An identity on IonizationX as it was harvested, not an account on this site. Nobody here has claimed it, and nothing connects it to a person by name.

Yea, the thing about that item with the bridge is that it's not from the early stuff. He shows a multi tapped transformer in some of the patents as an input before the opto pulsing part of the circuit. It's not from those early patented systems. It used the same aluminum heat sink as the other VIC cards so it was made around the same time. Also it is heavy gage wire, and we see that by this time he was using 29 gage wire and mentioning 36 gauge wire in the newer patents. So why the high current transformer? Anyway I can't figure out what it's for... Maybe new details will come up in the future.

For the SR, we know his first one on the 1992 dune buggy was two flat plates, the later one was two tubes side by side with slots milled into them all along the length. Both appeared to have the same single VIC as the power source. The crossover circuit for them must be in the big VIC box somewhere.

The diagram you posted has 2 VIC coils to run one SR, yet in the VIC box with 11 units, it only has one 3-23 VIC for the SR. With a different switch over circuit you should be able to use one VIC. Or use two VIC coils and run two SRs at the same time as shown in the TB.

What are you thinking of building?
Yes, I considered this before. It's in the same picture as the VIC system. Ask the question why would there be a AC bridge rectifier in a 12 VDC system? There wouldn't be. So it's something else... Not sure what system it is for.

I am not sure what is going on in that steam resonator diagram with the transistors... it does not indicate the switching signal for the BJTs below the plates. Maybe they are in sync with the other ones?
Nitrous Oxide is discussed in the Exhaust Reclaimer Technology in the Tech Breif, it can be broken down and completely eliminated. It is not desired, and yet even without eliminating it, it is minimal as a byproduct anyway. Listen to him talk about it in his various lectures.
Stan did not use UV light. The reason why he did not use UV light is because it would exceed the work function of the SS and create a photoelectric current inside the Hydrogen Gas Gun. UV light would pluck electrons off of the plates and send them into the gas cavity, which is exactly counter to amp restriction process that is required to ionize the combustible gas atoms.

Dune Buggy

No, not yet, and by the time it gets built, i bet i'll be ready to run it on water, but it's going to have 500 hp, which is a bit more than Stans 50 hp dune buggy, so you need a bigger wfc, hehe
Oxygen will absorb and emit ultraviolet, while, Hydrogen will absorb and emit infrared... So, I assume he used both at one point or another. In fact, in the tech breif he illustrates how to make a laser device with the use of ionized hydrogen to emit infrared.

This is one of his most amazing developments. He is "flexing" the "energy aperture" of the hydrogen atom which allows universal energy to enter this three-dimensional portion of the universe. Like he explains, with the electron spinning around the proton, it should collapse into it in a billionth of a second, the forces require it, however it does not happen because energy is constantly being drawn into the atom structure to maintain it's stable state. This energy that is constantly being drawn into the atoms to maintain their existence can be manipulated by putting the atom into a non-equilibrium state where an increased amount of universal energy is demanded by the atom to maintain it's existence. Doing this in a controlled manner allows him to release energy directly from the atoms without reacting or destroying them. The kind of energy that comes out is electromagnetic energy, of which light is merely a select frequency range of the larger spectrum. He calls it an EASER, where the E stands for Energy, instead of an L for Light in LASER. Energy (Light) Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation

well, i have a lot of things i'm thinking about and not sure exactly what you are going for, as the correct picture

i might venture that the high pulse frequency gets you electrical resonance of the VIC which turns into a huge impedance to current flow, then the gating is applying these current restricted voltage pulses to the cell at a frequency to match the water movement between the plates

i have been trying to figure out a way to calculate the frequency for the motion of the water, but so far no luck, but like stan says in 661, it is more readily determined empirically, so maybe this is why he has manual tuning on it

that resonant action stan is talking about for 94 seconds is when you match the pulses to the movement of the particles between the plates to match their motion, as he says right after that, if you leave it on, and leave it alone, hydrogen gas will increase at a geometrical progression until you have reached the maximum flow rate going into the resonant cavity, which has nothing to do with gating, unless the gating is being used to match the motion of the water, but it can't do both

the biggest clue i think is in tony's picture, although as he added his own picture on the bottom he changed the shape of the step charging curve, and i think the original shape of the step charging curve provides the clue

tony's drawing shows a capacitor being charged in one pulse, with the time broken up by the time constants, and it is a smooth, continuous curve, however that is not what stan draws

stan draws each pulse of the step charge like a new capacitor is being charged on top of the previous pulse, what this means is that the dielectric properties change after each pulse, as if to add more capacitance, look at the second step charge pulse, the shape as if a empty capacitor is being charged, and not a continuation of the previous charing profile

this indicates that the water charges up, it's dielectric properties increase, as he points out so clearly in the switzerland video

so again, water is a dielectric. the dielectric properties come from the polar nature of the water molecule, which has lone pair electrons on one side, and hydrogen on the other, and if you research Debye, who did the original research on waters dielectric constant he indicates that the electric dipole moment of water is largely due to this lone pair electrons, and these electrons have a great ability to swing position farther from the oxygen, thus increasing the dipole moment when in the electric field,

as the dipole moment changes when the water is stressed, it acts to increase the capacity of the cell, which is why it looks like more capacitance is being added with each step charging pulse, but it adds up to a diminishing increase, until it is fully charged up, or where breakdown would occur

then comes the gate pulse which allows the water to relax, restructure, it allows the gas to join up and form O2 and H2, and recapture electrons to become neutralized, and float out, otherwise with the eec, the particles are kept monatomic and charged, and deflected around the cell even more during pulsing to increase the collision rates, as in the stacked cavity unit

but the water has to relax, recover, restructure, and the gas has to escape and be replenished with more water

also, in the resonant cavity patent, and the 661 patent, he says the pulse frequency can be matched to the wavelength of the movement of the particles between the plates, and this can be done with either the pulse frequency or the gate frequency

the MUR 1560 is a 15 amp diode, 600 volt. do we need 15 amp diodes? any comments on that?

there is a MUR something with 1000 volts and 8 amps for $1.33 each, is 8 amps enough?

Thank you Don! That will make it a lot easier to build this!

What about Figure 2: Gas feedback control circuit,
Figure 11: Digital Control Means, I think this is inside the laser accelerator?

Do you have any pictures of the cards inside that GMS unit?

Sweet stuff, I'll be taking a closer look too, as soon as I can.

Thanks for the picture Don!

I've been comparing with the control and driver patent, do you know which Figures from the patent are on this board and which are on other boards in the gas management computer? For example in the patents there are about 3 tests jacks for the scope, so with one on this board, the others must be on other boards.

I'm trying to think what circuits can be built to make it work without having the whole gas management computer, as those signal inputs might be required for this board to work properly.
Awesome Don, thank you.

The electrical connections do not protrude out the side of the cell, so i am lead to think that the delrin block all the tube sets are sunk into comes out of the main cell casing, is this so? can you describe the water flow system into this cell and the electrical connections with a bit more detail? In regards to the water flow, i am wondering if the water is sent only through tubes, forced through the tubes, compared to just being pumped into the cell and allowed to come up through the center.
