in fact in 1983 he patented, 4613779, his own rotary vic design that has better efficiency than the alternator because he eliminated opposing magnetic fields, read that description and every other description of the vic and you'll learn it's the same characteristics, he went to solid state after this because of his KISS principle, the rvic is more expensive and complex than a core and some coils
yes, the vic was developed before 1981, and not seen in in the patents until it was filed in 1987, 4826581, even though he patented the control circuits for the plate cell and pulsed alternator in 4798661 filed in 1985, he omitted the resonate charging chokes completely, and as he says in New Zealand in 1989 "there were two things i wouldn't tell them in the lectures back in the states, number one i wouldn't tell them how to restrict amps with the voltage intensifier circuit, and number two, i wouldn't tell them how to produce the magnetized gas"

the fact is, we have information now, and an understanding now, that experimenters did not have 1-2-3 years ago when many got stuck and gave up.

yes, and he specifically said he was using the alternator to restrict the amps, that's a 60+ amp alternator, do you think he has normal windings in it?
that system requires at least 30 volts input to start working, the test results graph shows it going up to 80 volts, this one was powered through the variac, so 12v wont be enough
well you'd have to use something like Bernoulli's equation, but the viscosity is going to be such a huge factor in a device so small that it wont be accurate at all, you would be best to just make it variable and tune it

Stan used red LEDs in the hydrogen gas gun and in the air gas processor, but he did use fiber optic lights with what appear to be possibly uv lenses  for the small stackable resonant cavities.
Hey Bubs, great video, I was actually thinking about tesla coils today and looking into a few things.

I am working on a thought that the VIC is two tesla coils in one. One of the tesla coils is the primary, secondary, and positive choke and positive plate. The second tesla coil is the negative plate, the negative choke, and it's isolated ground. The first tesla coil works independently with the primary and secondary, which then injects it's stepped up voltage into the positive choke, which can be thought of as a continuation of the secondary, the negative choke is exactly tuned to the positive choke and coupled 1:1 to create the equal and opposite negative signal that the positive choke has. The plates you can think of as the "top load" with water in between them instead of air.

I think Stan used the VW engine and the dune buggy because it allowed a simple and representative application of the technology to an automobile, while leaving everything exposed and easily accessible, nothing "under the hood", since the dune buggy has an exposed engine.

He shows his systems being installed on several Aircraft and high performance race cars, so the specific engine type is not critical at all.

Here's the general math for how much HHO you are going to need.

Water is 2.5x as powerful as Gasoline.

If your engine gets 30 mpg at 60 mph, then you are using 2 gallons per hour of gasoline, so you need 2.5x less water which would be 0.8 gallons.

When you split the water, it expands roughly 1800 times, so when you split this 0.8 gallons of water, you'll have 1440 gallons of HHO per hour, or 24 gallons per minute. (91 liters per minute) ... based on this example from my initial assumption of 30 mpg at 60 mph.

Now you can do the math to find out how much volume of air fuel mixture your engine needs, considering the HHO requires no air for combustion, the rest of the volume is extra ambient air and recycled exhaust gasses.
You've been posting some good stuff. It's nice to see you are doing original thinking and research into Stan's material. There are far too few people doing this.

As Stan lays it out, it appears resonant action and ionization are the result of simply advancing and improving on the VIC circuit.

Taking it to higher voltage levels and getting a better understanding of the pulsing. Building better VIC's.

This cell is a resonant cell, it's in the Resonant Cavity Patent, it's in the Tech brief, and it's in the lectures.

I believe he learned a lot from this cell and the resonant action that he describes, before he moved on to the Hydrogen Fracturing Process.

Measure the temp? if it's steam it will have a high temp, that'll settle it. I don't think it's steam though.

I wouldn't really worry about the trapped bubbles too much, because the water is only going to hold so much once it start running, and then all the production after that saturation point is going to be forced out... so if it takes 5 minutes to saturate with bubbles, all the gas coming out after that would not be trapped...
One approach, slightly different, would be to buy a flow meter used with other types of gasses, such as argon, and then re-calibrate it for Hydrogen and Oxygen.

Another method, for really high gas production, (resonant action type awesomeness), would be to have a water level indicator integrated into the cell, but isolated for the disturbance of the rising gases, and then have a tall thin tube on the cell so you could actually watch the water level drop as gas is produced. Then factor it 1:1800 or what ever it is exactly, to get your measurements.

When it comes right down to it in a real system, it doesn't matter, all that matters is that you "have enough" and then can adjust the production accurate to satisfy demand.

Every paragraph you wrote either says something wrong or irrelevant. Which is fine, if you are trying to learn, but since you think you have it figured out, all I can do is wish you luck.

The Orbo works basically by attracting the magnets to the toroid then pulsing the toroid to cancel the attraction just as it passes, so the rotor coasts by. For this to work you must have the magnets spaced out... which is why they have 4, one each 90 degrees.

You could scale this up by increasing the diameter, which allows you to add more magnets and still have the needed spacing, or add more rotors on the same shaft.

But you are still "coasting" past the magnetic attraction once you turn it off, so it makes it hard to pull much torque out of this to power a load.

If you want to get anywhere with this, you would have to invest a lot of time and money. You would need a multi-phase system where you always have a lot more phases in attraction mode while one is coasting by, so you can maintain some amount of torque and momentum.

If anyone is seriously interested in this, I could help you with a design and machine work, but I am not spending any money on this.

They didn't do the simple things you would expect to do to show over unity...

... they didn't run a bigger load on a smaller input...
... the didn't light up a bunch of light bulbs to show all the electricity produced...
... they didn't loop the output to the input to make it self sustaining...
... they don't even have simple straight forward "THIS IS MY INPUT - THIS IS MY OUTPUT -  IT'S OVERUNITY" type readings...

The guy has a fancy scope, and talks in circles, he has something that spins and looks nice...
JLN did a replication, and I think he has positive results, which may give the technology some merit, however based on the videos from this guy, he has a lot more development adn demonstrations to do before I take much of an interest.

If stan made that for the patent office he would have deliberately made it not OU, because he was filing his patents in a few series of patents, solving individual problems at a time, rather than a master patent, and says they didn't catch on to what he was doing until the second last patent. He didn't want them to know the power of his invention until it was legalized, so if this was for the patent office, then it wasn't supposed to be OU, just proof of concept.

After dynodons plate cell video i'm not even sure if stanley meyer found something interesting at all. Hundreds of watts do not sound like anything extra ordinary or overunity.

If the plate cell was as good as it gets, how would you explain the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of other devices built? Think he had half an idea and decided to build a bunch of random stuff?
