Why you guys bother copying the skematic from picture and trying to replicate it if don had the original vic and didn't work,if 1circuit for example was hidden/distroied by stanley/or somebody else we construct the whole vic for nothing... don't mean to disapoint just a tought!reply's

Have you ever put a puzzle together and almost finished it, but found some pieces were missing? Do you remember how you felt about that gaping hole right in the middle of your beautiful picture? If you could only find those missing pieces (maybe they're still in the box or under the table, or worse yet, mixed in with another puzzle), then you would have a complete picture at last.
Where and what are these missing pieces to the puzzle? How do they fit into the picture?
    Let's find out. 8)

''Have you ever put a puzzle together and almost finished it, but found some pieces were missing?''

No webmug,I am just assumint there are missing parts because as you know don tried the vic unit and did not work,(also hdrocars states in  one topic that the car cannot be started by the owner)or this whole thing is a scam...reply

All I want to say that there are indeed a lot of unknowns why Dynodon didn't make it work.
I do not know how Dynodon tested the setup and why it didn't produce any gas at all. Could be wrong water-type in the cavity and that the connected VIC wasn't calibrated for it, I don't know. Also SM has build in some key parts what he could remove or add to prevent it from operating. Could be.
But the technology SM invented and documented in his words is very convincing I don't think it is a scam.

Electrostatics aren't fully understood in for example his water-capacitor. Preventing current in a water dielectric.

Remember that this is the first step to understand SM technology, there are a lot more steps above this first step to use as a supplement.
    For example: Resonant Action.

WHAT ABOUT SM.lawsuit in 1996 when he was sued by the 2 investors because they gave him money to build the wfc and can not prove his technology work:wiky link

''In 1996, Meyer was sued by two investors to whom he had sold dealerships, offering the right to do business in Water Fuel Cell technology. His car was due to be examined by the expert witness Michael Laughton, Professor of Electrical Engineering at Queen Mary, University of London and Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. However, Meyer made what Professor Laughton considered a "lame excuse" on the days of examination and did not allow the test to proceed.[3] According to Meyer the technology was patent pending and under investigation by the patent office, the Department of Energy and the military.[14] His "water fuel cell" was later examined by three expert witnesses in court who found that there "was nothing revolutionary about the cell at all and that it was simply using conventional electrolysis". The court found Meyer guilty of "gross and egregious fraud" and ordered him to repay the two investors their $25,000.[3]

    How do you comment that?

Listen to Stan's brothers radio interview for more information about the case. It's not what you think. Remember reading about in a wiki.

Dave what to you think about the buggy could never been started by no one (his owners) and that don don't get results on tryying the VIC?
    reply please

I believe Stan had the buggy working. Don didn't get it to work but that doesn't mean it never did. Image one of the first pc computers, without the 1000 page user guide the owner would not of been able to get it to work unless the owner of the computer was also the designer. Who knows what kind of trouble shooting is involved with Stan's prototype system

There is conflicting information floating around - since no one has been able to get the dunebuggy version of the vic to do anything, it makes me wonder:

Artinvegas says Stan had the coils made from stainless steel wire he had epoxy coated at a company in NC.
Don says the wire was copper magnet wire, AWG29.
Who is right and who is wrong? Did Don physically disassemble the coils to verify they were only copper?

Also, what kind of core was used - did Stan make his own?
It seems there would be a supplier somewhere.
I simply do not see how such a small number of turns could make KV output.
All my tests show very low voltage out, certainly not KV.
Are we all chasing a pipedream with this? Perhaps when Stan's stuff was confiscated, these vics were planted byt the MIB to throw people off, as they did with the rotary vic motor?
    A lot to think about...

The 5 coil VIC transformer was all copper wire...the 6-1 (Tri-Coil) transformer used both copper and 430FR SS wire. In the 6-1 coil, Stan used the SS wire for the chokes for many reasons....1) To create electron clustering between the secondary and chokes. 2) Prevent signal "ringing". 3) Create a resistance to restrict current due to the high voltage (approx. 40kv). 4) The SS wire will produce a much stronger magnetic field than copper wire.

The core for the 5 coil VIC transformer was made of Ferrite with a permeability approx. 1000 - 1500. The 6-1 transformer M27 steel laminates.

From testing that I've done with my replication of the 5 coil VIC, I've gotten over 2kv out of it and its a 7:1 step-up. I also tested a 1/2 scale 6-1 coil and I've gotten over 4kv out of it.

you mean across the water or across a simple capacitor?

across an actual capacitor based on the calculated value of the cell's capacitance. Still working on getting a resonant cavity made.

hy tony,i listened the radio interviu-Jeff Rense show and ''JW'' said that he will put some videos and doc's on jeff's site, but can not enter the arhives..must pay to register,do you know what is this docs about?
by the way nice site you have!

dont forget the resistive element custom made on the negative side of the wfc...

maybe a huge wattage 10 megohm pot would be a start

you mean ten 3" tubes in series with a calculated cpacitance of around 877nF ?

I asked Steve Meyer about that very issue, the series connected cells...he replied "there were many different configurations being tried, that just happens to be one of them..."

IS it possible hat the square pc board on the right side of the vic coil cards in the control unit was designed t rotate the signals to each cell in a specific pattern to limit the power used..i mean when cell 1 was pulsing high cell 2 is halfway and cell 3 is just beginning , i find it interesting that there are a few 741 op amps 2wo plls and some gates...anyone have a clue to what that card is doing with all the other vic cards?

in the VIC cabinet there were two other circuits, one for the "Steam Resonator" and another for the "Gas Processor". If I was a betting man, I would say the circuit you are referring to, was for the Gas Processor.

Anyone found a good place to get those plastic bobbins made up?

A while back someone on this forum gave me some info on a guy who was printing them. I sent him a requenst to have some printed up but I have never heard back from him.

I sent the dimensions to a local plastic printing place and they want over 100$ for a set.

Russ Gries just told me the other day that he knows someone printing them.Try his web site.
    Don

    #421 ·

Yeah, Russ got them printed from the same guy I pointed hms too who also made my bobbins. I think he might be a bit overloaded right now. Try the forum And if that doesn't work out, look for someone that does 3G printing, it costs so much less and I need more sets as well

Does anyone have the inductance measurements from the original 5 coil VIC with the core?

Yeah here's the measurements that Don took from one of Stan's VIC transformers. Don has it listed as 29ga wire but 30ga wire has closer measurements to Stan's coils.

The only place I could find that is selling them online is here:
    http://stansdream.com/stan_meyer_vic_bobbin.htm

Perhaps we could make them an offer?

Wow they are expensive! I'd wait to find another Source before buying something like that. I think max is machining them which is much more expensive
