I believe step charging to be more of a Forced Oscillation than an effect. I've seen some of Stan's still private documents that would suggest that step charging is electronically forced!
When Stan talks about "Step Charging", what do you think he means? Does he mean forced step charging? Or does he mean that step charging is an effect that takes place?
One last think I will explain why he called it a "tuning" choke. You have to adjust the inductance of the L2 choke thus adjusting the frequency/phasing so that when the L1 chokes voltage is "LOW", due to the diode half-wave rectifying it, that they line up to give the "ringing" effect. You can see this in the image named "sim-2".
Was Stan being dishonest about the configuration of the charging chokes? I'm questioning this for a couple of reasons. Stan says over and over in his videos that the charging chokes where equal length, but from all my research over the years I don't think he was being totally honest about that aspect.

1) In a lot of Stan's diagrams he shows the L2 (-Ve) choke as a variable choke or "Tuned" choke.

2) As Don showed with the choke measurements taken from Stan's actual VIC transformer, the values were different.

3) Stan also refers to the chokes as "Frequency By-pass Coils".

4) As you can see in the simulation images and actual real-time image, the only way I've been able to get the "Ring" effect is when you use two different value chokes. I've been using a mathematical formula to get the choke values, but I'm not going to go into that aspect right now.

Well just thought I would throw this all out there and see what happens  ;)

Does anyone have the inductance measurements from the original 5 coil VIC with the core?

Yeah here's the measurements that Don took from one of Stan's VIC transformers. Don has it listed as 29ga wire but 30ga wire has closer measurements to Stan's coils.
I said if it acts like AC power, then it should heat water. As in if you take 120vac mains voltage and feed it directly to your cell, it will heat water very fast.
I never said it worked as far as converting water into steam. I just said this was a circuit I made and tested that does the flip-flop to the input signal. I used the 220 ohm resistors to limit current in the circuit, but they aren't needed...you can replace the 220 resistors with a wire if you'd like. But once again, I never claimed the circuit produced steam, if it did them we would also have all the WFC tech working properly, since the steam resonator is a spin-off technology of the WFC.

not sure why its not working for you, I use distilled water for all my testing. You have to have two signals, one is the resonant frequency signal and the other is the gating signal.
HMS-776....I think I know know why Stan made the flip-flop circuit on the secondary side instead of the Primary side. If he would have make the flip-flop on the Primary side, it would mess up the resonance, by placing it on the Secondary side it allows resonance to continue during the process. what do you think about this?

Also, the FWB rectifier is connected to the output of the Steam Resonator transformer.

The 5 coil VIC transformer was all copper wire...the 6-1 (Tri-Coil) transformer used both copper and 430FR SS wire. In the 6-1 coil, Stan used the SS wire for the chokes for many reasons....1) To create electron clustering between the secondary and chokes. 2) Prevent signal "ringing". 3) Create a resistance to restrict current due to the high voltage (approx. 40kv). 4) The SS wire will produce a much stronger magnetic field than copper wire.

The core for the 5 coil VIC transformer was made of Ferrite with a permeability approx. 1000 - 1500. The 6-1 transformer M27 steel laminates.

From testing that I've done with my replication of the 5 coil VIC, I've gotten over 2kv out of it and its a 7:1 step-up. I also tested a 1/2 scale 6-1 coil and I've gotten over 4kv out of it.
I also want to point this out, not sure if anybody has paid this much attention.
