In the Meyer decription on how the the whole VIC circuit is working (meaning, the transformer + chokes + watercapacitor) Meyer stated two things wich are a little bit of a contradiction.
First, he states that when the circuit is in resonance, voltage acros watercap is higher then output of transformer, secondly that voltage across choke is higher then output of transformer and as last comment that VT is higher then output of transformer.

A Simple calculation of U=I*R can tell you that HV across the watercap is simple BS.

So only VT is left...... Creating a HV zone on one side of the watercap and a HV zone across the negative side.
If you use a Bifilar winded choke, then at the right timing, meaning at resonance of the LC of the choke and with a little R from the cell, you will notice HV of VT.
(VT = 1 choke plus cell = L+C, accoording to Meyer.) C = electrode. Not the dielectric of the water, because Meyer states that that acts as R)

    regards

I have been browsing taobao.com, a chinese ebay, damn, the prices for winders are ridiculously low.
For example, 325 euro for this one:
    http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=7639023911
    or 190 for this one:
    http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=9787536382

Shipping costs will be high and will be shipped by sea, because the first one weighs 47kg.

here is a example of stan meyers voltage intensifier circuits output pulses going out of the tip 120 to the primary..

the gate simply controls the duty cycle of the resonant pulses produced by the phase lock circuit.. this circuit based on stans component allows the gate circuit to operate with a frequency range of around 1-40hz  while the pll has a range of up to around 20khz..

So when scanning the gate signal remains constant.. when the pll frequency climbs then the number of pulses per gate on time grows... As frequency drops the number of pulses per gate on time drops..

in the pic you see the red scope shot.. it is the gated pulse output going into the 4001

then you have the yellow which has the pll pulses that are being gated on and off by the gate circuit.. notice how they match

Well, makes perfect sense since it is a continuation of the 9XB/8XA systems. The gated pulse is no more than the replacement of the 50/60 Hz rectifite sine wave of the variable plate system. Meyer just took that as starting point for his future systems and searched for a digital/dc way of doing the same as the variable plate system.

    My two cents...

    That will be probably:
    1002 = 10000 ohm
    2221 = 2220 ohms

    Just like with capacitors.....

Ok, thanks steve. Type of resistors are on the VIC pcb.
Precision resistors are marked with a four-digit code, in which the first three digits are the significant figures and the fourth is the power of ten. F is +-1%

I have the first link winder.  it is best to set this up on a table and let the spool be on the ground.  Lay the spool sideways and let the wire unwind itself - necessary with 42 awg - or the wire snaps.

The foot pedal is very touchy.  I like to tap it on and off to keep the speed down.

Would love to see a slower speed on this, but with the above details you will be able to adapt.

WHAT IF WE WERE TO COMBINE THE OUTPUTS OF ALL 9 VIC COILS IN SERIES?

WHAT IF THE GATING SIGNAL WAS COMMON TO ALL 9 VIC COILS IN SERIES?

DOES THIS EXPLAIN WHY ALL THE WFC CAPS ARE SHOWN CONNECTED IN SERIES AS ONE BIG SERIES CONNECTED CAPACITOR?

SO EACH VIC CIRCUIT MAINTAINS ITS OWN CHOKE RESONANT FREQUENCY TO RESTRICT AMPS...BUT THE OUTPUTS ARE ADDED TO GET SUPER HIGH VOLTAGE?

309 TURNS PRIMARY 2000 TURNS SECONDARY AND 2000 TURNS ON EACH CHOKE, BUT THOSE EFFECTIVLY CANCEL EACHOTHER OUT BECAUSE THEY ARE OPPOSING EACHOTHERS MAGNETIC FLUX TO RESTRICT AMPS ... SO EACH VIC COIL IS AROUND A 7 TO 1 STEP UP FROM 12 VOLTS

THIS GIVES 84 VOLTS AT EACH OUTPUT BUT IN SERIES WE HAVE 9 VIC COILS FOR 756 VOLTS DC ACROSS THE WATER FUEL CELLS, WHICH ARE A HUGE CAPACITOR AND WITH STEP CHARGING THE CAPS CAN REACH TWICE THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE DUE TO THE DE Q ING DIODES IN THE VICS

SO WE GET 1500 VOLTS, AT THE RIGHT FREQUENCY TO PULL APART H2O WITH ALMOST ZERO AMPS ???

    IS THIS THE SECRET?

    I dont think so, Ali.
There was one vic for each tubeset.

But dont let this stop you from trying things out.
Nobody has the answers at the moment.

    Steve

according to the photo from dynodon, all the tube sets were connected in series with only two wires coming off the bottom of the resonant chamber to connect to the VIC ???

maybe that was a test version by stan that is misleading or not...

also dynodon has a spreadsheet that shows the wire sizes for the u-core VIC as all being 29 gauge... and the turns for each coil based on wire resistance and inductance calculations comes out ( with a primary turns of 309) to a 7 to 1 or a 20 to 1 step up transformer depending on how the polarity of the chokes is connected... at 12 volts in we get 84 volts or 240 volts at the tube set.

so im trying to understand how stan was able to get 1500 to 2000 volts

if we series connect the vics we get roughly 9 vics x 85 = 765 or  9 x 240 = = 2160 depending again on the coil polarities and connections...
    food for thought...

remember that figure 2 extra input on the VIC card... that extra OP AMP that we found that wasnt on the patent diagrams... maybe that is a common gating signal for the series connected VIC coils?

    Hi to all
I'm new in this forum. I have read all the posts and I want to re-open this topic.
See attachment. I found this at the last page of the The Birth of New Technology - S.Meyer.

Read this. He also speaks for high voltage over 40 KV.

If the VIC hardware is well constructed, and the given circuit is well tuned to that hardware, then the amplitude of the waveform you will see arise between L2 and C5 will show instantaneous voltages well above 40kV and higher. This is what facilitates the “electrical polarization process” effect.

This information I have just given you is the answer to often asked question about what is the capacitance (or some other parameter) of a Meyer cell. The fact is, the specific values of the components are less important then the knowledge that your real goal is to cause the cell to pulse in a resonant condition. By resonance, I am specifically referring to that condition which occurs when the capacitive reactance of C5  equals  inductive reactance of L1 (and by extension, L2). This “resonant frequency” is dependent only on the characteristics of the electronic components in use, including the resistance value of your water dielectric.

Please feel free to share this design and use it however you wish as I am placing it into the public domain. If you re-post it, please include attribution to me and a link back to my blog. (Thank you for that.)

Resonant frequency of course is electrical resonance, but when Stan refers to resonant action he is talking about the movement of ions in the cell. Resonat action promotes collision. This is the reason for the wiper arm on the negative choke in some of Stan's diagrams, in his actual resoance cell the chokes are different sizes to accomplish this task

Unfortunately my hard disc fail and all my date were gone. But every bad thing has a good one and vice-versa. So while I was looking for Stan's documents I found the most excellent Stan's data.
