this are the energies for each electron. 871 is only the innermost electron...

Here at the physics department they got a linear accelerator and they mess up with oxygen charge to get it accelerated to 9Mev

They initially give two electrons to the oxygens so the get an initial charge, than they accelerate it to a certain degree where than the oxygen is ionized again but at this time taking out 6 electrons i guess, than it is further accelerated...  if i remember well.

A potential difference of 2000v should be able to ionize providing the mean free path is big and you get some free electrons to start with.. this mean a hot filament and some vacuum.

The gate is only a mean for controlling gas output, in later design actually it is probably substituted by the injectors signal... think about it...
Well I completed the system and have been testing it for the past couple days. I haven't been about to generator high voltages with the transformer. This could maybe be to the cores that Im using, maybe I need ferrite cores instead of powder iron. I'll have to see if i can get a hold of some of these cores!


You could try OG laminations, so you can cut the way you want it (keep in mind the orientation). Would be difficult to get a ferrite with the specific size of your bobbins, otherwise you would need more bobbins.


Newguy, is much simpler to use a 555 timer and an opamp like 741, so you can vary from 0 up to 100% dutycycle without changing the frequency. Please Don't think that this circuit for the gate is absolutely necessary or the only way to make the gate to put the thing to work cause its not.

Of course is better than the opamp, for higher frequencies, maybe,,,

The important thing is to match the impedance so you can apply maximum voltage to the water restricting the amps.

GREAT part of the gasolines energy come from the formation of CO CO2 and NO's

Thereto meyer simply used the equivalence of hydrogen amount to compare the power. not really fair...

anyways -

The CO is almost aways formed but the CO2 is harder to form rapidly during combustion thereto it is burned together with NO into the catalyser to form C02 and NO2 which are less agressive gases since they are now stable....

Part of the gasoline goes out the pipe without being burned at all


i use igbt rated at 96 amps 600v i don~t remember the name now... and its not really important for you becasuse probably it won~t be available...

you must get the list of your local suplier to chose the better one or your tests, theres no one fits all solution but the greatest is the voltage and amps the better...

well If you turn on a lamp and clamp the probe on the two wires feeding it, of course its going to read zero too.

The clamp meter measures the magnetic field related to the current flowing on the wire...

if you get current in one direction its able to measure it... but its not able to do it if you get one current canceling the other...

You would need to confine them like antimatter, you need an electromagnetic bottle... 

Of course the electrons need to complete the circuit, so the energy they gained derives from the electric force imposed.

You may be aware that there are two kind of electric fields, static and electromagnetic (circular)

what if science discarded a component of these electric fields?

I think i'm  discovering how the EPG system work.

If you could use an electric field to acelerate ions they would result in a magnetic field... 

Meyer clearly stated that we can indeed use electric fields to perform work if the amps are restricted but what is the meaning of this.

What if you could use the electric field force to sort ions from the air for example?

I had this idea when i tried to think about a sequential ionizer to get millions of volts applied...

when you consider the electric field lines of force you get that positive ions would go in one direction and negative ones in the other direction, but when they arrive at the electrode nothing impeeds it from discharging...

I mean if you had two metallic electrodes the ions can exchange charges with them and consume power and we don't want that.

For example you get plastic tube in form of T, and there air is forced to get in from the middle, and you put an electric field at both exits, but with an insulated electrode not a metallic only... with that you set up an electric field across both exit of gas, well it seems to me that at one side positive ions only should exit and on the other side negative ions... well if you than pass this charged ions into a metallic tube you could collect their electricity right?

Actually those are not actual photons being emitted, its said that the electric or magnetic forces acts by exchange of virtual photons.

if you bend the ater stream, its not the electric field that is doing ork its only changing its path. Its the same for a moving charge in magnetic field being used this  don't discharge the magnet but the trajectory is bent anyway...

The concept of ork means force applied for a distance... in the case of the stream...

Another way to do the fracture cell makes sense would be to have exactly what he shows for generating the high voltages but to connect the inner plates in a parallel resonant circuit and drive it at the resonant frequency.


The beauty of this circuit is that it works like a Van de Graff charge bucket if you add charge when the potential is zero you can aways add charge analogous to charge from inside. one side charge pull the other.
at least is what i'm seeing please tell me i'm wrong.

if we think about component size if the cell has only 1nf the impedance at 10khz is 16000 xc
so 100v should yield around 7ma

here is my thought about it ...

I think there might be a coil in series (acting as a primary like) with small turns coupled to the secondary with more turns ... the "secondary" being that in parallel with the cell... all that being pulsed by a transformer with a diode or in a circuit like 8xx ...or simply like the one i show with a series inductor coupled to the variable one. in my opinion this is going to help somehow. because a kind of voltage feedback happens between the coils.

There occurs a kind of parametric change in the series inductor as the capacitor gets charged so initially the secondary has a discharged capacitor in parallel with it so it transmit a low impedance to the primary, and when the capacitor gets charged the secondary have less current flowing thru it.

i think the lower is the impedance the better this mean raising the frequency as much as viable and or increasing the capacitance by decreasing the gap and increasing the size of the tubes a little. lets say the capacitance increased to 10nf and you get 100khz now the impedance is 160 xc!

i mean if the water you are using is very resistive might be ok to go with lower frequencies but the higher is the frequency the better because most of the charge is going to the dielectric because ions might not have enough time to move.

Yes Steve kind of the idea is to use the flip and flop of the water molecules to shake everything and get the resonant action so desired.

Meyer said go simpler and i'm always getting simpler and it helps to understand why he complicated things.

For example in the fracture cell patent by eccles if you try it the way is described in the patent i cannot work because the capacitors get charged and nothing happens but generation of very high amount of ozone

but if you think about what they say about the ground reference, they say that the electrodes receive +or- 25kv ref.ground this mean that both transformers are actually 50kv ones and they have a center tap that communicate between them. this way yet nothing happen because you get 4 diodes in their circuit.
 if you take apart one diode from the lower part of each circuit the idea of the circuit start to make sense. Why?
Because now you get a resonant circuit and the outer plates stay charged to +25kv ref to ground but the inner plates vary from -25kv to  25kv so they actually oscillate the potential of the outer plates up to 50kv!

I mean at any moment you get the outer plates charged to +25kv each causing a reppeling force between them. if the circuit is turned of this charge must be bleed of.

I think another easier way to accomplish this patent is to have 3 transformers circuits, two to charge each of the outer plates isolatedly and one low voltage in series with a inductor and the inner plates.. this is going to create the same effect but is safer i think... in terms of components interaction.

Or could be done with 4 transformers like those for spark plugs 25kv each connected in series so you end up with a center tap .

I understand this like if they wanted to create a permanent electric field and simply switch it with a field equal and opposite in order to get very high displacement current in the capacitance of water using the lowest possible power consumption.

Anyway what they do with all this electronics and plastics stanley meyer seem to have done with a 555 timer a scr a couple of coils and a pair of tubes. And his system probable is not as complicated as described by eccles.

I mean a simple thing look the drawing.

My Point is that we need to start from simple.

Thick wire and a cell in parallel.... For what? For shake the electrons.

According to eccles the requirement to achieve fracturing in the cell is to have a strongly alternating electric field across the water.

I propose that it can be achieved by simply paralleling a coil with water cell. Since the coil will reverse the voltage immediately at the switch off of the transistor current.

The effect is that its going to accelerate the ions back and forth like per meyer description resonant action. According to eccles at the boundary of the cell or the interface between the plastic and the water the ions get striped of electrons and this electrons and protons start to populate both plates in such a manner that collision as per description of tay he happen between the free electron and free protons generating monoatomic hydrogen which ends us summing with neighbored monoatomic hydrogen atoms forming hydrogen gas

We could  think that its stupid what i'm going to say, but in my opinion we did not tried everything and the things we tried was not good to provide data to examine and use for progress, the most important things about doing a good scientific work is to take notes, drawings, data and put in a manner that it can be read and understood a kind of thesis work. 

I just thought that in my opinion anybody tried properly to add a coil in parallel with the cell and pulse it with dc at its resonant frequency.

I remember i did that and even achieved resonance but i was not knowing very well what was going on exactly.

I aways think about what is the progress and how could it be if those who discover things didn't patented them.

I'm working on old ideas like tay he han and fracture cell and all related again because now i think that i have enough or at least more background to be able to achieve results.

Now i also have a small 3 member team and a lab in the university. Unfortunately we are all very very busy and the project run very slow but keep going.

I'm recently thinking about meyer using the cell like an antena. At frequencies that were not the frequencies that he mentioned.

here is the circuit

this is the last circuit i have worked on it has many possibilities...

the frequency mixer can be used with other circuits if you want

the A connector is from gas management system and should be held at a logic level to set the pll to run while we dont have the gas pressure signal the gms system shuts the pll down when the pressure is reached simply that!

the accelerator control mess around with the voltage going to the primary coil to detune the circuit to control the rate of gas production during on demand operation.

the gate frequency generator is perfect from 0 to 100 percent at whatever frequency you just need many rotary switches for the number of capacitors the potentiometer gives an octave

and all the rest work... the feedback coil should be as big as the primary but could be smaller depending where you put it... if it is as same as primary with a capacitor connected in parallel it locks automatically.... if it indicates a lock in automatic mode and goes to the max or min frequency in the manual range than you dont have resonance happening or if its going to min the polarity of the feedback coil is wrong!

don't forget to look all the pins of all ics some pins are not show,...
