reckon WENDT and Landauer failed to get results for lack of platnium or nitrogen or what?

What exactly is the purpose of pulling an electron from a hydrogen what(atom,molecule,compound) ?  To pull implies an attraction force wich for an electron would be a possitive force it seems alltho a hydrogen atom is obviously positive by nature or neutral in molecular form right?
I think he kinda mentioned it was thought to take 13v to do that  before...
How do we accelerate an electron or pass it thru a potential diffrence of 11v to gain 11v for this pulling action and where does it go? Does it saturate in the water waiting to link up with an atom missing an electron we just pulled it from or is it used up some other way?

Its interesting to know also that it takes a 1,836g magnetic field to flip the spins of a protons electron in a glass of water.

Im wandering now if its possible to flip the spins of those electrons in that band Steve Meyers was talking about???

Im thinking the voltage field, with a tuned amplitude could restrain the motion or the frequency of the electrons of course but there is still and allways will  be motion or an oscilliation, with maybe in Stans case limited to the amplitude of the applied  tuned field.That applied field may have an effect similar to that of an applied magnetic field as to the electrons.A  tuned magnetic field can align the protons in the same dirrection or behave as in a resonance condition wich then are acceptable to abosrb energy.But when the magnectic field is released and protons align to an equilibrium state they emit energy.I think under an applied Voltage field the electrons behave as the protons do under a magnetic field and align themselves in the same dirrection wich are then acceptable to absorb energy.Under the stress of the voltage field the electrons motion may become lower in frequency and acceptable to absorb enuff energy to detach themselves looking for a host atom to attatch themsleves to become a more stable atom or molecule, because of the higher energy state from the absorbed energy under a resonance condition.To be polarized it seems may be a resonance condition as I see it. But this is just a thawt for me ...  havent got to play yet.
also durring Steve's interviews at one point he says " and that was OUR secret back then"  I forget wat he was referring to tho it seemed mute at tha time of the interview other than tha fact he knows the secrets.

I can get ya figure 8, but figure 7 is gonna be a no go. The reason for this is because Multisim or any other simulation that I have seen doesn't have the 4046 PLL IC's.  Here's figure 8.

Thank You again Mr.Tony ...  and Mr.Ali hmm  thats cool i just ran out on the education edition and installed 11.01.... man i iwish i had known that yesterday .Ill start ordering parts soon.
 
Do yall know what part number is Q4 and Q5 on figure 4? It acts like on the sim the voltage wants to go to inifinity on that circuit.

LC Resonance question.

Shark,there are no current spikes when in resonance.As dudleyengineering stated above thats it in a nutshell.Remember we are restricting current,if there's spikes,than there's a shorting in the cell.Not Good.
 
High voltage on the water alone will NOT break the waters bond,you need to get the water molecule to resonate with the gating frequency in order to pull the water apart.

It would be very interesting to know a gating frequency as per resonate frequency  as Stan examples (.5 hz gating /5khz resonate frequency) That confuses me as he says that will provide 2500 discreet pulses per hz, I want to think that it should say discreet pulses per .5 hz...  for some reason that part isnt sinking in to me.
