Ive been listening to Steve's interviews again and thinking I want to know if carbon electrodes will work in a gas processor or EEC.
Im gonna go search around and see if something comes up.
Im not so interested in building an exact replication of Stans work, I really do want to understand the exact science tho .

Im missing all those guys...Im missing Bob Boyce and James Robey a lot...James was a good guy and I don't blame him for anything wrong any more...if he's reading this I just want to apologize for getting upset over the interview with Herman and stuff .I wish he'd come here for at least a little while and bring us up to speed with his adventures and things.

that's why it's hard to get the energy you spend back from electrolysis.. with bigger temperature and magnetic field there's less hydrogen bonding in water.

what does breaking hydrogen bonds gonna get you?

well I maybe ask a real chemist but when atoms are in E or B field the orbit expands something like dipole-dipole forces called stark forces or zeeman forces.. that is evident because the lines of emission change when this happens. And because the lines of emission are changed the frequencies of the atom also change... the frequency that the bond will oscillate also change.. so maybe by using natural magnets the frequency required for a forced oscillation will be lower hence energy required to break them lower.

When Stan Meyer resonance is achieved, it is a phenomena. .  The only way to control it is with the 3-23 by means of resistance.

 The signal will change similar to what PuharIch mentions.

The only thing I can contribute to Stanley Meyer day is a story my 7th grade grade teacher told me in the mid to late 80's... im 40 now and was 12 or 13 then lol  anyway I over heard her telling another teacher " those crazy guys did it " and went on about putting a piece of blimp skin in there to get the patent or to freak em out enough to have no doubt about the quanity of gas Stan and Steve Meyer's produced. ( this frikin page is throwing my typing all over the place again ?) I told Robey about it and Steve mentioned some things about it in his interview.The jist of the story is a secret never told about what they used the blimp skin or the silver rocket fuel model paint was used for.I think it was either used on the generator tubes or in the gas processor electrodes.I hope somebody else knows more about the use of those type of materials with all this... maybe go back and listen to Steve Meyers interview with James Robey and see if you can fit it when where it belongs.

I need to understand the difference between a positive peak reading and a DC  reading... I cant find any documents explaining the do's and donts with peak and DC voltage readings regaurding FET's.

I want to have a broad range in frequencies.... I would like to turn a knob to change frequency range below and beyond 1.8nf.Those are the values I would like to start with but I would like a whole variety pack of what ever kind of variable capacitors for other projects as well.

My oscilloscope reads 3 volts on DC setting and 12 volts on + peak setting.. which one do I go by when driving a FET/Transistor?

the other day i was doing amp readings on a 3 phase motor at work. I noticed that each leg had 20.9 amps more or less, but when i clamped the probe around all 3 conductors at the same time, i noticed the amperage was zero.

maybe this was the secret to high voltage and very low amps !

NOTICE that in steve meyers canadian patent for a three phase circuit for 9 cells, there are three sections to the circuit, in his hydroxy generating station circuit.

is the end result the cancellation of one phase by the other two?

when stan meyer said to look at the snowflakes , was he referring to the pattern? is there three phase symmetry there?
and does thos correspond to the phase angle of the hydrogen bond?

wondering if that square circuit board on the end of all those VIC cards, that nobody seems to know about, is the key to a three phase sequencing of the signals, to cancel out the currents in the combined water bath cell array?

I would bet if there is a circuit on the VIC card nobody knows what it is .. I bet its an impedance circuit as in Steve's patent.
