If you have worked with Bobs circuit or have his circuit and not performed this expieriment it is really neat... Bobs tunning method with the adding of the 3 harmonics as like a form of amplitude modulation will with a camera capture a square wave with 3 ripples on top...its rare and you have to take shot after shot of the scope with it in tune but eventually you will capture a square wave with those 3 ripples...i done it myself...its not seen with the naked eye and i dont have that picture anymore but it was facinating.

I think the part of it dealing with  "tuning in with voltage " plays a significant part ....(the repelling (ionization)part).Is it the electron or proton requires 13ev charge to eliminate the attraction force holding them together? Can't proof read my posts from my fone but u get wat I mean.

Looking at how the wires are connected to the tubes....it looks like they are the same polarity or at the very least ,the outer tube of one tube set is the same polarity of the inner tube of the adjacent tube set.
I haven't seen anybody talk about the function of having the tubes wired that way but it looks like they are effectively wired for the same polarity In some way.

I had a picture up of a FR19 cell....it was the pic of the tub filled with "the cloud"
His was a flooded cell design and the trick was where the connections was made....impressive to me at the time....a long time ago.
I think his main hitch was bringing attention to how if connections where right in a multiple 6-7 cell arrangement the additive effect was very noticeable compared to when they where wrong.

It seems plausable, I would want at least 2 injectors...I havent got my hands dirty in quiet some time.

a 900 watt fogger produces "dry steam" with rain water ran thru it pretty slow but it does produce an invisable "dry steam"
