right i think of this too

i have found that it locks at certain frequencies of the gate and at certain duty cycle... when gating of course..

the pll can follow a frequency.. .i used it to make a sweep changing a coil parameter... it follows briliantly

it maintain the circuit tuned at the highest possible voltage as you change the coils

the increadible thing is that analizing it the other way round its totaly diferent... bcause the resonance is on the size of the chokes not the amp inibitor as i´m going to refer to here and after related to this configuration where the chokes are pulsed and and the circuit is closed by diode and amp inhbiter coil...

probably was not clear that i mean that using the chokes as primary is different than using it as secondary..


the amp inhibitor coil was on external core... in many drawings and a coil on a external core receiving pulsed dc flows currnt in only one direction althohugh there is a voltge flip to keep the currnt flowing...

meyer say he have a charging choke on both sides of the cell

Horvath also talk about xrays right... for xrays to happen there also must be vaccum ... i dont know how this neutron stuf is ... what i think really meyer was doing was breaking apart some hydrogen atoms tranforming mass into energy.. he usually say that the oxygen missing electrons wouldnt allow for water to reform and so the reaction keep going until another structure is formed... i think he mean that thermoexplosive energy will result probably because of the decay of few atoms into particles with high energy in a container pressurized such as ice

so maybe you just need an xray tube than..   their target usualy are made of tungsten for being heat resistant,,,

 this was kind of the content of the courses in atomic engineerring i did and chemistry of radiations...

i´m doing a big cell to make some tests with it too...

i´m doing a circuit that will get the rpm sensor signal to provide hydrogen proportional to the gasoline injected respecting the maximum it can generate...

also another thing that could be intersting is to study the injectors signal and see if make sense to use it instead as triger or control for the hydrogen production in demand.

the main idea is to increase the detonation of the gasoline raising the pressure/temperature gradients therefore theoretically reducing the energy in fuel to produce the output by increasing the efficiency of the burn... causing reducing in consumption theoretically..

about storage there is a guy using solar pannel to regenerate an hydride tank with special electrolyte/materials and acumulating hydrogen... when hydrogen is to be released just few heat is added to liberate hydrogen from the hydrides.. he ran a car with the tank..

he sugests that like in plasma confinement the particles will travel allong the lines of magnetic field

i would split into 3 parts... the oscilator the power supply and the output..

he indeed say he uses radiolysis in combination with electrolysis telling that radiolysis change the faraday relation between product and charge run thu circuit...

in my opinion the energy radiolysis provide is traped into the resonant cavity until it dissipate so it affect many molecules time after time..

100% efficiency electrolysis is a huge step he got something but maybe didnt went up to where meyer or horvath did..

You voltage only get that high if you are doing something unusual like having no resistance...

i use today because of money limitation igbts of 1200v 15 amps... 1,2kv 30 amps i was used to use more than doubled the price in last years so i dont get them ... it costs here 10$ each...

Tgs i changed my water to 0ppm water i had here... and i got 6kv on 6 cells in series... measured across the cells with the differential probe... only few few bubbles appear... the 6kv come in the form of a peak...was consuming from 160 to 200w

with the equipmenti had i connected a 1gigaohm probe to a point and it gives 50kv and than i change the point where the probe is touching and measure and its 47kv than there could be assumed this 3kv is somewhere isnt it?

basically the test maybe was bad but never my intention to fool anyone my friend... i only want to encourage you to do the same tests and combat what i said... like your doing... but i´dont need to be called a lier or whatever...

when i did the test with the isolated multimeter i posted the test that should be done... not sure how many did it...

an isolated multimeter at the potential of the cell floating with its lead connected to the cell and only one wire goin to the cell pulsing it..rel to ground...

what i was trying to prove is that if you charge a electrode relative to ground is equivalent to have the capacitor partially charged... and this was showing up in my tests

if you get the effort to get my conditions probably you will find similar results they will puzlle you like they did to me because all this can be noise on the equipments we have... today equipments are trash!@
