Sound Waves Breaks water down

   It is no secret that on youtube you can see sound-waves breaking water down to a gas. I will be experimenting in that area in the distant future. My lab is 1 quarter mile away and I have yet to move it to my new home which after work I can not experiement for that cause. I plan on researching the sound waves and figure how it works.

   thats cool... i still have some sonic spark plugs i allways wanted to play with in that area.

   Thanks! Since i dont have my lab I'm working on a Furnace to melt down aluminum for stans plug experiments. Its a work in progress.

   cool... I built a " cowboy style " furnace once..  I liked it a lot because it used propane as the heat source and was a very easy Saturday project.

   It's taking me a long time on this furnace, I'll share photos when I get it done. I hardly have time to work on it due to my abnormal worklife. It took me a while to find the fireproof concrete. I heated my home for 2 weeks back in the winter using burnt moter oil, I plan on fully heating my home on that this coming up winter. Meanwhile, its a work in progress.

   I've heard that ultrasonics is an interesting area to work with..

   It depends.
   If you use this on comby with electrolysis, then it is a bad idea.
   If you have bubles on your plates, no charge can be tranferred...
   
   But if anybody has other idea's....

   Have you guys looked into sonoluminescence? It sound like what you are talking about or at least a possible result.

   Thanks for sharing Dave, th get was neat... ive got to find somewhere else to hangout myself.. I cant get rid of the type skip when im here :/
