bidirectional means that you can wind it from right to left then left to right and back and forth or even vice versa.....the windings don't have to be in the same continuous direction like the bifilar and secondary do.....that is one of the purposes for the seperate sections......and anyways the primary is only one wire.....so how the hell could you do what you drew.....the primary isn't 2 wires it's one.

You know i find this interesting Because 395 Nanometers is Exactly what i use inside my fuel cell. I Have also found that it Boostes the gas output by 3 or more times. Of course As mentioned it does not work well with an un-conditioned cell.

I can see that Stephen meyers was also using a dc bias .

He was also filtering his power somehow with those components of the impedance matching circuit and leaving behinh some sort of inductive ringing phenomena

Stepeh was using a sine wave , its less hard to get a signal going throught a transformer than a pulsed dc .

People have trouble transfering that pulsed dc to usable power .
