Well I am a bit dissapointed , I tought you were farther off than simming .

How are you so sure those waveforms result in the efficient fracturing of water ? We have learned with Stan that this wasnt the case time and again .

If this is supposed to be a radiating antenna as Stephen says then there is something we dont understand yet , how to make very high frequencies with low frequencies . And how can we trust the words of Stephen if the patent seems to have been rejected , I do not have an access code to see whats really goin on with that application .

 I wanna see some information on Tony Wooside's claims on waterfuelcell.org about replicating Stephen Meyers .

It is my gut feeling that this man is not truthfull .

yes, the vic was developed before 1981, and not seen in in the patents until it was filed in 1987, 4826581, even though he patented the control circuits for the plate cell and pulsed alternator in 4798661 filed in 1985, he omitted the resonate charging chokes completely, and as he says in New Zealand in 1989 "there were two things i wouldn't tell them in the lectures back in the states, number one i wouldn't tell them how to restrict amps with the voltage intensifier circuit, and number two, i wouldn't tell them how to produce the magnetized gas"

the fact is, we have information now, and an understanding now, that experimenters did not have 1-2-3 years ago when many got stuck and gave up.

I am designing my own ion wind generator .

My circuit will incorporate a flyback transformer that I make myself with some stainless steel bobbin I have I will cut the middle an d wrap a primary on top and see what happens .

I will then allow the gas to flow in the middle of wheree should be a core and feed back the HV wire in itself .

If It works I have also a deisng , a succession of +-+-+- and finished by - in  connected in series in the tube but parallel to eachother pareallel with eachother where the optimum frequency related to gap space is found for maximum acceleration and current is kept rolling in the same direction with a freewheel diode

Hello steve , its a 1.5 Kw which is 2 HP (1500 Watts) single phase motor so its quite a bit . I read in the paperwork that its about 8 amps @ full load .

Yeah thats the issue with this , it was designed to be a fuel saver add on thats ran with your petrol enginer , maybe you could switch halfway after getting it running right if you had all the gas processor tech to go along , never will it be overall OU even if it was resonating and producing extra gas .

You could use that much power and a cooling system and produce 15 LPM with some parralel car batteries plain electrolysis .

In the industry we never use single phase , its a complicated and costly device to maintain and has less torque and speed for the same amount of energy than 3 phase . I would suggest to find a 3 phase motor with some big gears and a make yourself a 120 volt high amp DC powersupply or some batteries and buy a 3 phase speed control driver pwm . You will save about half the wattage this way and you will get higher torque and speed and be able to reach higher frequencies , you cant experiment properly without a speed control driver , that thing is a must . These are common in the industry and usually cost about 150$ for a nice driver .

I am currently looking into this , I believe can switch my oscillator into a 3 phase pwm driver with 9 extra components and a pcb for all those and mosfet drivers not ring too much .

I asked a youtuber what he used and should be getting a response . Ive seen many OU claims that are real but the power density is not there @ this stage .

I wont make one myself now because it would be pointless besides for youtube kicks and wasting if  theres 1000 engineers work it out with them complex magnetic fields and sell a 2000$ generator , this type of thing has very low power right now .

If it works then we should see a product soon for like 2000$ very soon . That is a guarantee of human nature .

Its clear to me now what kind of system this really is , the phonon effect explained to me by an awesome professor with clear and beautiful notes . So this is what Stan meant by a resonant cavity , same as puharich . A hydrophone or a listening device is a very useful instrument for this project .

That video of the ping pong ball , the quotes from Stephen and Puharich , the ac , the alternating 3 phase triple tube setup , and this video makes it all come to light  on what I should be looking for for maximum vibration . Still have many questions but I am norrowing it down . Its pretty easy to see why people people are hitting a wall . Low skills , extreme complexity and misleading information mixed together .

I will be dealing with this as a stricly acoustical device and deriving proper empirical studies and maximum power tuning from there .

So basically the frequency of this wave (and acceleration of particles)

That is a most remarkable theory .

I have tought the same and that is the only possible wavelenght that can ever be even remotly related to a makeable size cell .

A tuning fork has their resonant wavelenght in the audio ranges in all makeable size cell , thats in air .

Roughly ,  matching an electrical signal to a stainless steel tube   will have a propagation speed be a bit lower than speed of light . . Same for electromagnetic waves .

He was a good old white boy with christian values and a pushing father . He was in the navy and worked with radars and antennas , do you know how uber nerd that is seriously ? Its probably the most OU producing field ...

He and his brother were smart enough to solve anything in the world .

I believe them , nobody is gonna tell me otherwise . There so much to test , so little testing that has been done ... People are noob seriously , I dont trust anybodys opinions for **** , just look @ Kinesis and Farrah seriously , these are the type of ppl whining everywhere . See them work and see how noob they are .

Puharich , Meyers , xogen all have that same dam thing goin on , same dam thing different method .

After dynodons plate cell video i'm not even sure if stanley meyer found something interesting at all. Hundreds of watts do not sound like anything extra ordinary or overunity.

If the plate cell was as good as it gets, how would you explain the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of other devices built? Think he had half an idea and decided to build a bunch of random stuff?

those computers alone were worth alot .

The most common case for measuring and examining SWR is when installing and tuning transmitting antennas. When a transmitter is connected to an antenna by a feed line, the impedance of the antenna and feed line must match exactly for maximum energy transfer from the feed line to the antenna to be possible. The impedance of the antenna varies based on many factors including: the antenna's natural resonance at the frequency being transmitted, the antenna's height above the ground, and the size of the conductors used to construct the antenna.[1]

When an antenna and feedline do not have matching impedances, some of the electrical energy cannot be transferred from the feedline to the antenna.[2] Energy not transferred to the antenna is reflected back towards the transmitter.[3] It is the interaction of these reflected waves with forward waves which causes standing wave patterns.[2] Reflected power has three main implications in radio transmitters: Radio Frequency (RF) energy losses increase, distortion on transmitter due to reflected power from load[2] and damage to the transmitter can occur.[4]

Matching the impedance of the antenna to the impedance of the feed line is typically done using an antenna tuner. The tuner can be installed between the transmitter and the feed line, or between the feed line and the antenna. Both installation methods will allow the transmitter to operate at a low SWR, however if the tuner is installed at the transmitter, the feed line between the tuner and the antenna will still operate with a high SWR, causing additional RF energy to be lost through the feedline.

Many amateur radio operators believe any impedance mismatch is a serious matter.[1] However, this is not the case. Assuming the mismatch is within the operating limits of the transmitter, the radio operator needs only be concerned with the power loss in the transmission line. Power loss will increase as the SWR increases, however the increases are often less than many radio amateurs might assume. For example, a dipole antenna tuned to operate at 3.75MHz—the center of the 80 meter amateur radio band—will exhibit an SWR of about 6:1 at the edges of the band. However, if the antenna is fed with 250 feet of RG-8A coax, the loss due to standing waves is only 2.2dB.[2] Feed line loss typically increases with frequency, so VHF and above antennas must be matched closely to the feedline. The same 6:1 mismatch to 250 feet of RG-8A coax would incur 10.8dB of loss at 146MHz.[2]

Steve,

nothing concrete, I wanted to investigate a hunch or at least prove to myself what happens when the polarity at the plates changes.

Even four solidstate relay pucks from ebay cheap would show me somehting that perhaps I hadn't seen before. 

I wonder how hard I could push it..  slow fire, rapid, timed? maybe a pause between the crossover action, who knows?

the idea of the whole thing acting as a positive charge collector (water and arcylic) with electrode pulses of the same polarity hitting opposite plates is interesting as well...  maybe there is a push or repellent effect at that point causing stress at the molecular level, that would change things up a  bit from the standard pulse routine

The Meyers question is basicly that of , can an opposing bifilar actually split the molecule . Is this simple concept true at all ?

Forget about scalar , Can it split the molecule ? What is scalar ?

I have theorized on that long and hard , only to witness people telling me it didnt work . What they did wrong taht anybody would probably do wrong I do not know .

I never actually had my VIC . I would wish to identidy how the energy was dissipated and the so called unipolar . It is clear that Kinesis or John never had the skills to test it , they should have sent it to me . Kinesis basicly couldnt even pulse it right ,.

In fact , that thief John Bostik stole my Dynodon wire from me .
