Do you know those perpetual holders? The have a coil shorted so when you Pulse the coil than as the coil is shorted than the field colapse generating another pulse of same polarity just like stan said..
Think of this when you pulse the transformer the current will flow into the coil ever increasing the voltage as the flux is varying right? Than when you finish the pulse as The residue magnetic field of the transformer will collapse on the short circuit vary thus the flux again and thus doubling the frequency and therefore generating another pulse.
I'm starting to really believe that this short circuited segment of coil is the main secret of the vic.
If this is right my theory about the electron extraction must be focused to work on this parameters I guess. Wow at this point i don't know...
I think we need to match the frequency for the cavity, maybe... Like adjusting the inductor aways in resonance up to the point it resonate with the water too...I mean the shorted inductor adjusting the short you will change the resonant frequency of the inductor...

The amp inhibiting coil aka variable shorted segment coil i will do in a separate core.
I will add the diode directly after the secondary 600 turns with a small coil in series just few turns on the same transformer, than in series i will connect to the other resonant charging choke.
The resonant charging choke and the amp inhibiting coil i will make on separated air cores being variable by introducing the iron rod or ferrite in it and being a mean to control the couple of both by introducing a core that cross both... Obviously than i will make the variable coil with a moving wiper.
I think that If what i'm saying is correct we will also need a circuit that controls a motorized moving wiper to always keep in resonance with the cell. My friend told me about that last year and now i see why and how to implement it.
I think that is a too big value... however i'm not quite sure.. If you are getting the voltage amplified strangely you might have the resonance but now you should try to divide this resonance maybe between the coil and the water. I'm very exited with this. Also In few days i will start working very seriously on this. One my collaborator is coming to help me out and will bring some of my stuff to me.

If i remember well i tried building the two coils on a ferrite core... I also tried with that transformer in that video in youtube where i show the consumption of the current change when the magnet is on the core. I'm pretty sure i tried... Anyway i din't recognized the importance, i had some taps...
I think that it would work better on another core so the current consumption of the transformer will be low as is not short circuited...
would like to also add that maybe the induced current in the short circuit would be in counter direction... If so maybe the resonance is on the coil it self by the charging and discharge of the coil maybe not.
Yes the pll can do this, i'm not sure if he is using a pll. Actually if i understood well the guy is synchronizing the beginning and the end of the pulse with the square wave. If i understood well when the square wave is on, it turns off the saw oscillator and until the square is off the saw wave wont start. It is a kind of synchronization, like those for half wave bridge drivers.
Thinking yet better you can do this if the saw source have a trigger input so you can use logic Ics to accomplish this kind of sync.
This kind of sync is 20milion times better than dave lawton circuits cause when you adjust the right frequencies you will get the resonance pulses always being sent at the right time. This is interesting. What was that circuit from the video used for?
A pll can pick up a signal and tune into it, it can do this because there is a capacitor witch is the filter that stabilize the voltage of the VCO, when the received signal frequency is different from the signal it is generating and is in the bandwidth of the pll, it will automatically control the voltage of this filter capacitor to adjust to the frequency received. Stan created a resonant scanning circuit that was able to scan the frequencies by changing the voltage of the VCO arbitrary and when the frequency match the resonance, the scanning circuit turn off by receiving a signal from the pll lock in circuit witch is feature of the pll chips witch you can make to light a led to know if you are in tune and also to control logics when in resonance or out like turning on and off automatically the scan circuit.. I'm going to get my mind on work next year to have the power stage just like the one he proposed using bipolar transistors. Even if they are more sensitive, i think that they are faster and the most important feature is the current control.

I have seeing the doubling effect however i was using 2 diodes for this. There were two coils one connected thru a diode to the secondary and in series with the cell, and the other (bifilar) connecter to a diode on one side going to the cell positive, and the other side of this coil only connected to the cell negative side. It gave me the exact waveform stan show, but only having tap water. I could not replicate the effect again as the diodes got destructed. they were rated 600v 70amps. I need to buy some more and do more test.. I would need also a better scope to be sure of this. However this schematic i have posted before. Is this one...
You should try them with iron powder core, you can take some glue or a resin and mix with iron powder. Than you make the core the way you want.
I would make a core just like stan had, C cause is easier, i'm using a flyback core, and EE cores on my experiments, with interchangeable bobbins.
I'm realizing that resistance on the primary wire is something necessary for a well design transformer. Actually maybe is the most important thing, cause you can maybe kind of create relativistic effects.

I was assuming from what we know about the dune buggy on the papers stan show 4amps 12v. 40kv 1ma .. So i assumed being 11 vic coils, and as he was using 2n3055 transistors he might have used about max 1 amp per vic... Well just guessing.
I was meaning air coil in the sense that the amount of core i see in the picture is not enough for more than 1 amp.. So he might have used the core only to link a bit the coupling. The charging chokes are loosely coupled in my view. While the secondary seems well coupled.
As from the experiment i described with the magnet, seems to me that stan was coupling maybe half from the core and half the air it self. By the position proximity relating to the primary coil.
When i have some more time i will try this approach. However first i will tryout my complement resonance theory.
A bipolar transistor, is very fast, and one of the most important characteristics is that it is a current controlled device so if well designed is easy to control the power going into it. I never succeed i actually exploded some 2 years ago, but i still have some here and will learn more and try it more. Now i have more background. The series resistor, is something i once tried but i thought was only there consuming power. Don, do you have any idea on what resistance? My guess is around or less than 1ohm... I found that the smaller the diameter of the wire the faster the electrons need to travel into it. This changes a lot the induction. In the sense that if you make you coil very thick even if it don't heats up you wont induce very high speed electrons magnetism, SS wire? Greatest resistance the faster they will need to go. Any thoughts on this?

Inductor is said to restricts the amps cause it creates an imaginary resistance, for example, if you short a capacitor it will start to oscillate instead of discharging all in once, this is because it will create a imaginary resistance while it accumulate all the energy in its magnetic fields, after the capacitor is completely empty, as the inductor being like inertia added to the current, thus will want to keep let it keep flowing so the capacitor gets charged with reverse voltage, and this is electrical resonance. A capacitor would have a negative resistance associated so when you connect a capacitor to another similar capacitor +- half of the charge immediately go to the other capacitor however as capacitor have a negative resistance to a difference of potential it becomes a critically dumped oscillation witch readily finish so half the energy is destroyed in the vacuum.
I made an analogy to the vacuum brake i thought off, having a piston inside a cylinder witch suffer the action being pushed down having no inlet port open, so it become a vacuum brake, however if you think what is happening, you will ask your self, if you create a vacuum or drop the pressure, you will get a reduction in the temperature, so where is the energy going to? The idea of this brake is, that in the end of the vacuum cycle, the air valve open letting the air to get in rapidly, to than also use the compression cycle to brake while accumulating energy as pressure.

I think that when he talk about universal energy he talks about space time resonance, and thermal energy sometimes he talk about the energy present in ambient air.
The vic as its described, works like a charge pump, if you take a capacitor and turn it on you will reach 1000 volts or more, because the output voltage will not follow the rule Ns/Np turns relation. The diode allow the charge to be pumped with the referential of the charged capacitor so voltage continue to build up.
If you construct a vic you will see it by yourself.
If it is powerful enough you will make distilled water get up to high voltage, however if its not that powerful only capacitors will let the voltage to grow up-
For example think, a distilled water having 3kohm of resistance, if you apply one amp you will get 3000 volts. However for this you would need 3000 watts and to pump that into the circuit for real.
So if you are coming from 12 v you would need 250 amps, if 220v only 13 amps
So what i'm saying is that if we have a higher voltage on the primary it becomes easier to make the thing happen. With higher frequency transformer can be very small and need less turns.
We just need to create a good circuit for pulsing the 220 voltage. I tried but everything explodes here... A variac would be handy..

For example you have a primary having 200 turns of 18awg wire, and a secondary maybe 22 wire, having 200 turns and a diode and the two chokes having maybe 100 turns each being part of the same transformer.
Now come the interesting part, if you made it flyback, the voltage will depend on the duty cycle of the pulse, because the time of the discharge is forced to collapse so voltage bursts can be in the 9kv peak if you create a peak of 3 amps... I mean if you make it pulsed and not dc you can concentrate the pulse to create a higher voltage. So lets say you adjust the duty to have 10 amps at 90% duty cycle, if you discharge it in 10% you will have 9 times greater voltage. Concentrating the pulse. Depends also on the impedance of the load the speed in witch the inductor can discharge all in once. The greater the impedance the fastest it is and the higher the voltage peak.
So we need to design a pulsing circuit that handle 220v input at least 20 amps and capable up to 50khz.
To range the frequencies, different transformers must be made, to find the right configuration. Toroidal transformers work good, you just need to have a big one that can handle this magnetic flux without saturating. An E core with high frequency laminates would be good for a 10khz frequency.

Its very very danger cause pressure can build up very quickly depending on the configuration. Fast fredy discovery or claim that they can create a gas that can handle high pressure would be the key to solve this problem.
The fact is that you can create a double feedback effect, the first being the pressure from the expansion. The second the further expansion, by recycling the lost heat so you can get up to more than 120% thus very high overunity gain geometric in this case.

We all know that nuclear plants uses heat to expand water, to drive turbines. However as you know when you create h2 you create the expansion and still can burn the gas later. A plastic turbine driving an alternator would do the job-
However the EPG was better in that it could actually generate direct current with no diodes.
