i would say 8 proton oxy having only 4 electrons would hold electrons twice as close then a balanced oxy unless being acted on by an external force that will accelerate the orbital electrons to maintain a further orbit

the oxy tries to balance it self due to the fact its missing to many.. its all simple math.. 8 protons 8 electrons = 0 neutral.. 8 protons 4 electrons= +4 electrical electrical charge....  the oxy will not want the proton of hydrogen to amount to 9 protons and 5 electrons.. i will say that once hydrogen looses it electron oxy going from having  4 electrons to 5 it will appear to the hydrogen as +3 and will not interact with it until a chain reaction occurs..   water we know has 2 protons for hydrogen and 8 for electrons =10  so and has 10 electrons =0 net charge... the wounderful thing about water is its a dipolar and can be alligned between opposite polarity fields.. this means its able to be stableized while exciting into higher state which i believe is where u are oscillating the orbital electrons as stan calls particle oscillation.. just as if the moon was to speed up it would fall into further and further out orbits due to the fact that its speed and velocity is beating the gravitational attraction of earths density... right now you see maintream working on particle accelerators trying to make antimatter (real vacuum)  there is density in all the universe even space.. light is a elementray particle therefore it is density.. to make a vacuum is to have the weight of the entire universe trying to concave it in.. they are focusing on accelerating higher densitys (protons) we are focusing on accelerating way smaller density called electrons.. which one seems easier to generate acceleration in a bigger mass or smaller?
water isnt a conductor but the elements withing water make it conductive... its resistive properties are determined by the amount of contaminates within the water.. there is a magnetic field i would say being forced on water because if you watch dynodons 3rd video when he bring the video camera  withing a certain area behind one of the plate the audio starts to pick up the pulsing field..

stan explains that its really hard to ionize hydrogen.. but it is not hard to ionized oxygen this is most likey due to density i believe..  stan says when you ionize oxygen the hydrogen is present but the voltage stimulation doest effec the hydrogen. electron . he says that once oxy is in high positive state it will steal hydrogens electron leaving it a proton which is highly unstable...
i had one of the coolest 8th grade science teachers.. he taught me much about atoms.. he was the second teacher in line for the challenger mission that exploded at lift off.. lucky for him he wore glasses or he might of been the one in the shuttle... anyways he had pure sodium and we had the chance to see how it reacts.. sodium is highly unstable in ambient air due to moisture in the air.. he kept it in a glass jar filled with kerosene to keep it away from water.. it looks kinda brown and is like a block of cheese...  he would put small pieces in a pan of water and it would sizzle.. it was breaking down water and making hydrogen..  after a few seconds it would make a loud pop from igniting..  u could hold it between your fingers and feel it get warm as it sucks moister from skin...

gases coming out of the cell are still neutral having no field until they go through the hydrogen fracturing.. after hydrogen fracturing  the gas will be electron deficient and will have a positive vacuum field... its the same idea as the epg but it relies on energy from the vacuum to generate current (the highly unstable gas...

im still thinking about what u were saying about maintaining a constant fuel pressure while just regulating the non combustable and ionized ambient air.... im gonna have to disagree at the moment because in stans video when he first starts running the buggy he specifically states that in order to increase rpms all one must do is vary the voltage being applied to the cell.. so i would say voltage variates acelleration due to increases of quantity and pressure..

stan had 10 tubes cells hooked up as dynodon said.. it has 11 holes but one was not active.. each tube had its own vic and each tube had its own pll circuit (resonant tuner)  they have to because as stan mentions that resonant varies during gas production do to the gases exhisting in the gap... there is no way that each tube will be changing there dielectric resistance equally simotaniously.. each tube will experience its own distinct variablity during production..... that when it comes to resonant tube cells.. the rotary version going to multiple tubes doesnt appear to have that capability so i would say that may be one major distinction between a resonant cavitiy and the rotary vic

this video  shows a sweep of 40 hz to 14hz what i find relevent in this video is how when he is sweeping from high to low you see the db meter (amplitude meter) start to drop but then it shot up again as the freq was still getting lower in freq.. what this video tells me is that the waves leaving the speaker had resonance at different frequencys..   i think the main job of the pll is to find all them spot on a wider range and compares them.. it then chooses the pulse that provided the sharpest rise time..  since a sharper rise time is the indication of voltage shooting for infinity

    Notice how pure dc enhances moisture compared to gas.. then notice how pulsed electrolysis drastically switches to more gas compared to moisture...  moisture in the gas is dampening the net product.. this must be a good reason why you need to keep the water cool to the touch.. to help promote a dry gas..

your a ok in my book.. as well as everyone else on here.. anyone who has taken the time to question the illusion that luminates in front of their eyes on a daily basis is ok in my book.. i have learned through the last year of studying that you never know when your gonna stumble across a answer to a ponderd thought.. it can come from the most unlikely places.  any who back to the subject at hand.

i understand the whole process you are speaking of.. i understand stan states hes producing power from waters electrons on the off time and at the same time restricting current due to the led resistance and he is converting the electron energy to photon energy. this is understood on my parts.. but i dont see a E.E.C being involved but only in what stan calls the hydrogen fracturing process.... that involes a dry cell resonant cavity... being pulsed at high amplitude to excite Oxygens electrons off in the already processed water (gas) it would be linked to a extraction circuit  (led arrays hooked to a tube/ or screen right above the exit port of the dry cell). you will not tune into hydrogens high freq of electron orbits and be able to remove its electron.. you must rob most of the oxygens and the oxy will rob the hydrogen of its electron. you have now created very unstable hydrogen.. it is a atomized proton looking for balance with none to be found. this gas mix alone has a static charge and must be insulated from being grounded out i would say.. i think it regains its electrons through the motor apon entrance and exposure to ignition... heat equals energy loss in a material, does that mean when a cylinder is hot it can easily pass and receive electrons from a ionized gas? also remember non combistables are being introduced to the mix too.. they will allow  protons  to cling to them and you find yourself with hydrocarbon..
and the retardation of ignition due to the time it takes from hydrogen to pull away from the carbon and cling to the oxygen during ignition.. we can now match the burning rate of fossil fuel.. so what it amounts to is how we ring these little booggers.  to produce cold hard physics effects.... these are not ideas from me these are understandings by stan for the most part.. explained on videos and his tech..

not saying im completely right on the concept and i could be mistaken.. but i beleive im darn close..
tell me if this sound like it could be correct.. stan says this is a physical process, so this means the building of voltage potentials (steady amplifying voltage pulse frequency) in the cell plates is whats giving you the force to drum on the protons an electrons with potential.  it is a non chemical reaction with water so there are no trades of electrons from the plates into the water or vice versa. so the only way the water is going to be effected to elongate the orbital electrons is with a change in potentials in the plates (gaining and dropping in amplitude on a  frequency)..

 so lets say it gets charged up to 40kv.. once it reaches 40 kv  where is it being discharged? into  the water? to be a physical process are you aloud to leak electrons into the water? but if you were leaking electrons from negative into the water would you not pull electrons from water into the positive making it a chemical reaction????   or does positive balance back out  with the diode colapsing  as the negative choke potential drops?

 could stan be turning on analog and digital on seperate sides of the primary to charge and then he discharges the choke on a frequency through the negative digital gate as well???  plus when your allowing a solid analog to be produced on the positive and the digital on the negative, doesnt that leave you with the primary receiving a inclining pos on time even when the digital is being gated off?? would that create any effects on the core? maybe frequency multiply? im not sure if i even make sense..

  i see stan charging and discharging through the transformer since he says it a physical process.. and it would make sense to pulse your dischage, but to do so you have to have analog on one side and digital on the other... i read somewhere that neg choke superimposes onto primary..??    sorry if it seems like i repeated myself like 3 times i just wanted to cycle it through your brains from different perspectives..or am i seeing this all wrong?  please correct me in redneck lingo lol..   and sorry if you feel like im going off topic on your thread.. i have study stans stuff for over a year and this subject confuses and bothers me on a daily bases.. also where stan states the primary is longitudinaly wound in space relationship on the core of 6-1.. that also bothers me lol...
the lawton works with the gate and frequency on the same side going into the vic using one transistor.... couldnt you supply a constant freq source of 0-20khz with one transistor on the input side then have you gate/switch transistor/ gate on and off on the neg side?? wouldnt that isolate the vic during pulse off time from ground(neg)? the current on  time will be contradicting it self in a form of impeadance in a since??. it would be as if its compounding electrons toward the 90 degree center tap of secondary. output. to ss neg. since the current and freq effect the displacment in secondarys.. by doing so  the ss take on a potential difference in a step up pumping action with diodes working as back flow preventors..  and what i mean by potential difference is that the negative is being forced with more electrons then normal.  and the positive is having a 1 to 1 ratio jump in holes (positve charge) during displacement.. that will allow potential to build in a step up manner.. and when it comes to discharge its not in to much of a hurry since the charges would most likely want to stay in the choke since there bifilair wound next to each other they would be highly attracted to each other at a balanced ratio.. and there is no difference to cause the current across water for balance. i would say a true -400 and +400  potential the negatives extra electrons would be the exact amount needed to make the positve back to neutral. so if you have -500 and +400 your system probly isnt isolated and is getting extra electrons from some where throwing it off balance.. that would cause your bifilar to create current flowing  50 volts worth of neg potential(electrons) through the water to the positive side to make -450 and +450.. well if theres a imballance like this from stray electrons finding there way in system it  will create imbalance and force  current non stop so it will fail. not sayn this is right just a perspective.

now think on this people.. in stans data he says the ss choke are coated with a 3 kv rated insulator.. i bet you dont have more then 3 kv going to the injector.. remember less winds then secondary typicaly 11.6 k resistance. a step down. the secondarys insulation is not as much a concern for its insulated properties.. its displacement is being isolated in a step up manner by the delrin. it doesnt have a high difference sitting right next to it like bifilar ss chokes.... when you read dual secondarys that means its like bifilar but the displacement is going in same direction.  and is said to allow an accelerated magnetic induction to the core compared to a single wound. all perspective/ insight

the way i show the vic in this pic i would think it would performs like 2 vics...  i dont know if im going crazy by the way i see the copper chokes job in the vic.. or what.. i feel like alot are still focusing on this transformer like any other current/ amp transformer. i feel like the copper chokes which are  the secondary on 6-1( works as both).since wound on same core.. mix your electric knowlege with plumping.. and one direction current flow.. which is the displacement of electrons in one direction caused by the back flow preventing diodes.. there is no current in this system.. only isolated potential displacement.. the gold i see in this idea is that if your power for displacement EMF is going to the copper chokes/ secondarysand its isolated.. it will work as stan says.. for capacitance and induction.. not for load.... by coupling the ss chokes and primary.. they all share inductance...  but what if we gave the copper a job with high resistance load so the displacement in the chokes don't keep equalizing at a fast rate causing current in copper by electrons having a easy path back to the positive side.. air processing will allow the copper chokes to build up in voltage since the resistance across the air gap is tremendous compared to water..
i would say the gap of the air ionizer could play a role in the max potential of the vic.. since i would say the air is getting 40,000 volts and not the water. notice there is less winds of stainless then copper.. would that be a step down? the center tap i show is the 90 degrees out i would say.. it goes to the neg stanless choke... now if we were to hit the core from both side bidirectionaly. would that not create a electron displacement force to center of bobbin where the negative electron potential is being forced into the center tap of seconadarys to goto neg ss choke?  lets call it hydrolectric its not relying on the current yields but the pressure/ potential yields. creativity at its finest right here fellas. i think my pic still needs some tweeks and i will post it soon.
