yea i was thinking maybe stan had a analog signal on the positive source 0-12v variable with the gating transistor  on the other end to incorporate a digital means to the variable 0-12 analog...

this is what i feel about mind control... the brain operates on frequency just like everything else in this world..  in a normal situation where there are no man made alterations brodcasted like harrpp you and i will feel cosmic frequencys (natural)  of radiation from the cosmos.. instead they can alter them and cause distortion... they can amplify them so strong that it can alter moods... we all know the brain has  frequency( impulses)  if they are able to amplify them in your surrroundings they can over power and or impact our freq... for instance when u are awake your brain is cycling faster then when u are asleep.. to amplify in lets say a back and forth altering from faster and lower cycles you are defining bipolar... somone who goes from sad to happy in a moments notice may be someone that is sensitive to their outer environment more and are more impacted by it..  so all in all i wouldnt call it mind control but i would call it mood control... now if you were to introduce mood control with somthin like 9/11 then you could amplify sadness then amplify rage in the american people to encourage the movement of the mass in the direction they see fit...  all done under lies and deceitfulness of greedy people...

what ever speed stans alternator was spinning at was non variable so if any think he had from my perspective i would say no unless he had the ac style control to lower the speed.. most likely he had to take that set variable and equate all other variables to meet the spec..  im not sure if people are thinking maybe he was running a variable speed dc to the alternator.. but from what i see he had a ac motor running the alternator and the ac motor is being powered by what appears to be a single motor on the right side which is a old rotary style dc-ac inverter.. they used them on power trucks i used to have one.. when ever a load was applied to it, it would kick on and create power... 3 phase generators used comercialy that take 2 phase and make 3 they have to be turned on and turned off to use.. if they are left on without a load they can burn up. so i have herd from a welder i know that has one...

stan also mentions that with the quenching circuit he also has non combustable gasses in the lines and the gasses will seperate meaning you will have clumps of hydrogen and oxygen and u will have clumps of carbon...  so if there were a flash back then it is interupted by a gap of non combustable...

he mentions that when you produce they hydrogen and oxygen from water there is also non combustable gases that are being released.

Do you mean just like a disruptor spark in a Tesla DC charge circuit on the primary coil?

i would say similar but i would compare it more to a cloud and lightning.. for the reasons that your not forcing the electric fields through a narrow rod and gap... it is occuring between to planes like the lower plain of the cloud and the ground..   

earths surface is the negative plate surface while the positive plate is the cloud..  the cloud is white due to the fact it is positivily charged and deflects all light (positive) that the sun projects at it...  the quantitiy of charged particles is what determines amount of potential.. therefor the sun drives the force to energize water into the sky as a form of work  and causes displacement.. this displacment posses a charge that is attracted to the ground since it contains negative charge electons and will freely give them due to the fact earth posses a neutral charge..  but there is a resistance for the water to be able to reach ground and that would be the atmosphere and its resistance to conduct. notice we tend to have afternon showers during the rainy season..     

one must realize that the meduim does not contain  a consistancy of dielectric resistance due to contaminates... this means you get a reaction like lightning enabling current.. the potential will search for the less resistive path to cross and will form current...  we must tune into that i believe.. right before it finds the easiest path for creating current during the rise of voltage

i had a camo walkie talkie set that was able pick up phone calls... but only when i was near the reciever region.. phones back then were transmitting on a lower frequency then today's.. they really sucked when it cam to roaming distant away from the base unit..

Did Meyer pulse the positive side?  I don't  think so.    I went over the WO patent  schematic in detail and saw where the positive side voltage amplitude was controlled by a feedback circuit ,  but that was not actual  pulsing  of the positive side.  It was more like a voltage regulator that adjusted voltage based upon engine demand  and/or gas pressure.
 
Now if there is evidence based  upon someones research and experimentation  that positive side pulsing is beneficial,  I would certainly be interested in seeing  that data.   Certainly the positive side "could" be pulsed ... kind of like a synchronous buck cell.  Not a problem for a micro based system.  The timing would just have to be correct.

from what i understand is stan was controlling a analog signal on the positive side.. it allowed analog pulse to be produced on the  duty cycle gate and he had a digital signal on negative side of the transformer.. it has the matching duty as the analog but is a digital signal variable from 0-20khz.. these are my understanding from reading his notes on the cell driver circuit and the variable amplitude ... them two, the analog and digital working across the transformer in sync create signal 49axxx49n.. to my best of understanding..  i think you would use the duty cycle gate to send to gass processor and valve gatting as well, and have the logic needed to put them in sync by whatever means..  i also beleive stan had one of his choke electricaly linked to the negative side by the digital gate.. i think thats how he could transfer a clean signal into the cell. by gating it to ground and it would super impose onto primary? just throwing that out there.. i think positive choke is just linked to copper secondary through the diode.

we know from the beginging that like charges deflect (push away from each other) and that unlike opposites attract.. alot of people cant understand how stan could get unlike charges to be present in the water.. cause like physics say, unlike attract and the electrons in the stainless neagtive plate should want to cross and wouldnt that cause current?

well heres the main key that has come to me from lots of study .. there is a logical reason why the charges in stans setup dont cross or leave the plates.. it has to do with the laws of attractions.. opposites attract right? so what happens if you are pulling electrons out of the positive choke and theres a choke wound right next to it of same volume (capacitance) and is connected to a ground? would that choke next to positive attract and manifest excess electrons to try to balance itself out? since doesnt balance have to do with relative points of charge in quantum space (and they are relativly close sitting next to each other on the core)? the actions of that transformer are dependent apon the changes happening in its space. that being said wouldnt the opposite charges be magneticaly stuck on the core??? and this being the main reason why stan says that you need more capacitance in the chokes then the cell. so it couples in the transfomer rather then the cell... leaving you with 2 potentials that have the possibility to be in water bath relativy close without dischage.. since it is more energy to try to satisfy its self (balance out) due to the resistance of water... if this dont make since then i dont know what does... 

now this leaves one outcome.. the charges being connected to the plates allows them to be able to potentialize to the same as the cores potential .. now here is probly a problem that could be occuring with some.. it is really important for the chokes to have the same length a.k.a volume (capacitance)

think if you were to have 2 100 gallon air tanks.. these 2 tanks are connected to each other with a air pump.. so the pump will pull from one and expel in the other... if the tanks are of equal volume that means your vacuum state (positive) is building evenly and in sync with the pressure (negative)
example: 1second on = -20 psi tank one and +20psi in tank 2------------ 3rd second -60 +60 and so on...

now if your volume is not exact lets say one tank is 50 gallons and the other is 100.. we will say the 50 gallon is the tank air is being pulled from and the 100 gallon is where its being expelled into... your results would be... 1second= -20 and +10 --------- 3rd second= -60 and+ 30..

as you can see it would be imposible to hit resonance without balance. since those same figures of air pressure relate with the transformer in a important way.. the law of attraction... you would never be able to hold a balance load... it would leak..

so what does that leave you with? the goal of using this product of voltage as a timed signal with dramatic amplification from 0-up and above 20kv.. .. the goal of the signal is to hit water and try to sync with the orbital electrons to throw it furthest from equilbrium.. by doing so it lowers its self producing electromagnetic strength (create from the orbital electrons orbit rate) instantly turning of its covalent bond..  so all in all its about balance and timing

can people stop trying to relate this to standard electronics and TRY  top relate it as 180 OUT //////////////////////////////ALSO WITH the logics and past RULES that have been set????can we start off with a clean slate with non existant  things that involve new IDEAS  ? the unkonown that hasnt been read or said to main population stream? lets really step out side the box AS A GROUP INSTEAD OF THE FEW because if we dont the only one who will suceeed  are the ones who care about politics and personal gains>? ant thats the truth

its pumping the core  to where the core is producing a "Poynting Flow".. this i think will cause the core to polarized giving it a north and south.. i have been preaching this for over 3 months.. sombody please try this concept.. i have a feeling its going to show great results... think how that signal will travel on a wind like the cuff... throw some views out of what you thinks going on in that case i would love to hear some perspectives

what the worlds gonna do in the next 10 years is simple... right now the world and its people have been built up like a capacitor.. what do i mean by this?? segregation... such as raceism, judgjment, created from distortion from clarity.. we are going to do one of 2 things.. implode or explode...    if we explode it results in destruction and war.. if we implode it could create unity and reunite segregation as ONE again..  if we  implode is to use mental abilities and think our way out and solve the problems as one (the mass)..


 this is how stan came up with the idea that atoms have native intellegence.. think of what we are doing right now..  we are exploding at the moment.. remember the atom explodes but it also implodes..  these are changes of energy states..
as we drift through this universe do you think maybe the forces change as we go through the ages.. right now we are leaving a age and traveling into another zone in the universe (kinda like going from 180 degrees - 270 degrees in phase.... the age of the pieces( 180 degrees. the fish)  we are going into the age  of aquarius  (the water barrer..  270 degrees- 360 degrees then theres another age, as we pass through this ages the human races goes through different PHASES.. the question is do we want to keep putting black in the atmosphere (carbon) and creating heat??? i think the more heat we produce due to  over absorbtion the more we deflect away from the sun.. until we reach a point where it is to much and the earth goes into a deep freeze.. when that happens it is attracted to the sun again and we start to travel into a closer orbit in time.. i think this is like the atom exploding and imploading.. (happening in cycles)..

now knowing the difference in imploding and exploding  i think some should focus on practicing implosion results and fuel it off what you feel is a explosion toward you... what do i mean by this... instead of getting hissy find  good facts for your side and express them..

We have to remember that Stan was evolving his system....he was trying to achieve perfection in amp restriction. By turning the primary 90 degrees the interaction of coils would be a complex spiral that is a product...or a tangent of the two coils EM fields.

as for winding the core i say you would take somthin like a playing card in demension.. somthing that can cuff around the delrin bobbin and chokes windings.. stans says it is wound logitudinal in space relationship... when i speak of practice you need to read key points more then once.. you dont get much on one pass of reading.. when i read this tech i will repeat a sentience several times in a row in my head.. i practice.. which in return has brought clarity.. the answers stare us in the face everyday.. well at least the ones who read..
anyways back to the point.. space relationship and logitudinal are the right question.. anyone who knows cordinates and maps know that longitude lines on a map are traveling north to south.. ok now which side of the vic is north and which is south? they are the flat sides of the bobbin.. the chokes and secondary are wound east to west.. so you do the math.. which is north and south..   so maybe take the playing card wind flat 2-d lines on it.. with will make them bidirectional layed.. like stan says as well... now every piece of the puzzle fits in place.. word for word..     cuff it around the core with  wires running longitudinal..

Accoording to the knowledge i have, you will have a discharge. That discharge will happen very quick. Meaning: lots of amps  in a short periode. With a bifcoil you can slow the discharge, but it will happen..

if this is true then why would stan state on video that with a 15 second on put time he could continue to produce gas for 94 seconds during what he called off put time...

how is a capacitor made?  with a dielectic between parellel conductors right? ..

At the end you talk about a charge in the chokes/coils transformer. Well, what happens when the power is off? What happens to the charge in those nice coils?

i think during the 94 second  off put time he is still gating negative side of the primary where  the negative choke is also conected  (not to secondary)  and he is using common ground to dicharge the transformer in a gated manner.. so you are still drumming the water even when powers off. then when it needs to charge up again the postive side of primary turns back on. and adds the analog pulse.. analog is the variable amplitude..

think really hard on this senario.. the choke wire, lets say both are exactly 500 ft.. now think of that wire not as a line/string but pretend you are the size of a flea standing next to 26awg..  the fleas perspective in a size to size ratio.. the wire is like 3 foot tall and 5 miles long....to the flea that wire has great volume... what if that wire was a air tank and wasnt solid?  to the flea that tank can hold alot of volume under preasure..  so if we can except that wire has volume like a air tank you start to see potentials a little diff..

now what if one tank (wire) is a little longer (bigger) then the other? ask your self what happens to 2 air tanks if one is bigger then the other? well the bigger tank will require more air then the other to have the same pressure.. you could have the 2 air tanks (wire) hooked to 2 different pumps (emf) of the same force the smaller tank will peak quicker then the bigger tank (wire)  thats why they are of same length but there is still more to it for understanding why the charge stays on the core and not in the water..

now why does it.. well think of the 2 tanks again.. these tanks are wound side by side.. the positve having a diode is pulling electrons out and sending/manifesting/ deflecting  them into the secondary... so the chokes charge is  pos potential (vaccum/ positive polarity)
the negative choke potential (pressure negative polarity)  since the 2 wire are the same length they will charge at a even pace.. the negative is charging it self through ground, ,and is pulling electrons in.. the rising polarity of positive is causing negative to induct the charge into itself..  when it is charged (the transformer not the cell)  the charge does not leave because the 2 wires are the same length,  they are sitting right next to each other and have opposite charges in them.. that are happy on the core,...  so what happens if you introduce the neg choke to a gated ground? will it oscillate and discharge slowly drumming the cell with voltage?

im not saying im right on this but i feel like im close
