the number that is 38 volts is for break down of a capacitance i beleave.. its where  you have a failure in the insulator allowing for current of elctron to pass though the medium like a lightning strike..
two opposite potentials dicharging... which air has 3kv a mm.. thats where i got the 38 based off the 78.54

the dielectric strength i think is for deflection of electrons of a material not a discharge..... so what if stan didnt focus on deflecting them with exsessive force he simpley added little bits of energy keeping up with the max it can handel allowing you to work out of equalibruim sequentialy rather then brute potential from the get go.. when stan say attenuating voltage what does he mean?

so if thats tru then natural water is 78.54 more resistive so 3x78.54  = 235.62 millivolts...

yes water is a conductor only due to the elements of the contaminate witthin.. other then that it still has its own resistive quality that still remains in the equation of the whole..

stan says that natural waters dielectric value is 78.54 @25 degrees C  since he says natural he is speaking of water with a ppm's of contaminates.. which i think he based off rain water..

so if natural waters dielectric break down is around 38 volts  i see traveling standing waves in the tubes of around 38.. i think you have to have a circuit that can hit 38 volts almost instantanious,, then you create a traveling standing wave of 38 volts.. its traveling standing waves of didlectric break down  its not breaking down in the parallel  capacitance ..  it is traveling up the parellel in wave format just like the flat plate demo cell shows.. 

now if its 38 volts then does that mean you split it to balance out for the negative and positive potentials? if so the you would have +19 and -19 totaling 38 volts to start the reaction of resonanting water into higher states.

im not quite sure steve all i know is they have different characteristics and that stan used them at least in his schematics for operation.. scr's are tricky to use since when latched open they remain open until the holding current drops..

Religious is a general term that encompasses all religions.  Christians would proclaim "Christ is Lord", Muslims would proclaim something else as would Jews or Buddhists or whatever take your pick.  Christian isn't the only religion last time I checked.  It may be your religion but not everyone else's.  Whatever works for the individual as long as other individual's beliefs are not infringed upon.  That's one of the pillars on which this country was based among others.

yes everyone is entitled to a free mind of open perspective to the views that they have found through there time here on earth... but when it comes down to it theres a kiss method with god... the most simplest of views.. which is god is light and clarity and knowledge all that pertains to good... while evil is dark, distortion and false perspective of knowledge (lies) its as simple as hot and cold.. they both are needed to creation motion (action aka life)  god is love which is magnetic attraction creating manifistations in are 3d world while evil is deflective creating destruction in our demension.

i have always wounderd what perspective stan was seeing this statement from.. ok this is the strongest view i can come up with on how stan may have got 7000cc from 7 lbs pressure in his cell....  i dont see anywhere in stans evaluation that says the temp of the water in the fuel cell... stan says that this process is a cold process not interacting with the temp of water... i think stan would use colder water in this process at least colder then room temp.. water is at its most dense point at 39.2 degrees F.. density i beleive has a proptional relation to dielectric resistance, stans ideal circuit is one that restricts amps and allow voltage... .. i think stan liked it in the 70 degree region when showing off.. 70 degrees water is in a higher density then room temp...   if the water is 72 degrees and is being relesed into a chamber that is surrounded by a ambient room temp and or environment would it not expand due to room temp?.. this also means if the gas is cold entering into the intake of a vehicle the ambient air temp will cause the fuel gass to interact exothermaly.. mean the gas would want to force a expansion of it self into the medium that holds a constant ambient tempature... (ambient air)

i see  that stan could have a misleading statement but if stans graph is tru 25 volts each  @4.4amps will produce 1000cc a min,,    50 volts will do 2,000cc a min @4.4 amps.. 100 volts will do 4000cc in a min,,, he shows that when u reach 12.6 @4.4 amps the climb in production becomes proportional with voltage compared to electrolysis.. 

My friend and I did a test.We pressurized a one litre cavity to 15 psi,knowing that atmoshere pressure is 14.7.Then the pressurized one litre cavity was released into an inverted bottle water test.
It only filled the bottle once exactly.
So to make one litre a minute with a cavity of one litre volume,you will need to pressurize it to 14.5 psi.
So what does this mean?
Stan's demo cell was only producing @ 500 cc per minute!!!

dynodon i feel u may have the wrong perspective with this...  u have to reach 15 psi to be able to reach the point to release a liter of gas  into another container,, the 2 are balance capacitance between each other...   when u release the gas and only filled the bottle once with 14 psi are u saying that there isnt another 7 pounds still left in the cell?..... the liter container u expel the gas into is it sealed or no?

i think  where stan really shows effeciency is when he combines a ressonant water cavity with a electrical particle generator... using the expanding gas to drive a turbine that drives a magnetic gas that drives the cell... a system like this stan claims runs until it runs out of fuel (water)... and u dont have to burn your fuel to produce the gas...

ok fellas i have been thinking on this alot recently after i got a newtons cradle for christmas.. for those who dont know what that is you probly know what it is just not by name.. it the scientific toy that has 5 metal balls on strings and when u swing one ball into the four since all the metal balls are MUTUAL in shape size and weight when the one ball hits none  of the others move except for the one on the opposite end...


ok for there to be a bounce  with electrons you would consider it a collision of electron into another electron (2 negative entiies that repel..)  kinda similar to the newtons cradle???  now realize another secret that is revealed by the cradle is that when u swing one ball the first 3 balls it hits remain still... this is the sign of the transfer of potential without current... now if i were to take my finger and try to replicate the one ball swining into the others it wont work... my finger is missing the mutual characteristics such as weight size and hardness of the material.. when my finger hits it will create current in all the balls..

now i went even further to see if i can find answers in a unipolar perspective with the cradle... i did this with a standard household hammer... the hammer having a higher potential when it comes to mass and being made from a similar material kinda like to electrons except ones bigger in potential then the other aka mass/ quantity.. i can make it appear as if 4 balls are sitting still by using the hammer on one side.. if i get my frequecny right being a 50 percent duty with the bouncing and swing ball on the other end of the line then it amplifies... the hammer is barley moving and putting little busrts of potential into the line.. it doesnt need acceleration in order to achieve a higher amplitude... it just needs a higher volume of mass aka potential..

now i see the hammer as putting energy into the mix in a linear fashion... being inline with the amplifying bouncing... so how can one put energy into this device 90 degrees out of direction of charge? meaning a push or pull that is not being achieve in the direction of swinging balls?   you would do so by holding the device in your hands and when its swinging if one has good cordination he or she could  pump energy into the balls with little up and down movements..  everytime the balls are getting ready to  impact on the craddle a little jerk up on the cradle will amplify the bounce, you will be inducing energy by the amplification of g-force ... this to is a 50 percent duty cycle one must tune into with precision and cordination to see effects first hand.

i thought these were some interesting perspectives to gain trying to visualize whats going on in them coils during electrical resonant action..
