Alan,I have no info what so ever on the steam resonator.It's just not of any interest to me.
HM,I measure voltage with a oscilloscope,and it's set for 10x probe,hooked through 10, 10 megaohm resistor devider.So on the scope it comes out to 500 volts per division.I've had it up to 4kv at one time at resonance.And yes thats a swinging voltage between positive and negative.I will still working on that issue when I get back on it full time again Don
Alan,yes the next step now is to tune into the water resonance.I'm working on a new pwm that will help with that part.
I use only copper magnet wire.Stainless isn't needed for this VIC coils.This coil set when in resonance only pulls 20 milliamps.And the resonance is @ 10khz Don
In order to find this voltage,you'll need an oscilloscope.If you don't have one,you can still find it with a flouresent bulb like my pic shows.You can hook one end of the tube up to one side of the cell and adjust frequency untill you get the light as bright as it will go,and your at resonance.
Like I said a while back,the one thing that I noticed when I got to see Stans work was that everything he said was just how it looked.Meaning I did not see anything there that was not in his writings.I did not see anything there that he did not talk about.If he didn't talk about it,it wasn't there.
The VIC coils were just as he described them.The resonant cell was just as he said.There was no other capacitors in the VIC circuit.The coil pack seen in my videos hooked directly to the cell.Alot of people are making this thing way too complicated.Remember Stans KISS method?
People seem to be going way overboard on their thinking here.Their making it more complicated than it is.I see the process working just as he says it does.He descibes the process very well.Others seem to think that it's alot more complicated than it is.Alot of people seem to be over complicating things.More people need to be testing more, than thinking about how it might work.Alot of talking,and not much testing.
I have made my coils just as Stan says,and I have been able to make high voltage on the water.Just take a look at my pic below.So just follow Stans words and start testing.You will learn alot. Don
Nice job with the drawings,looks just like them.The bobbins themselve's were two halves machined out of delrin.The two halfs come together to form the three section bobbin.The bobbin halves when put together have the groove down the center for the core to slide in.Both sets of bobbins on each leg of the U cores were the same size.You could wind the two chokes or a primary, secondary and feedback.The small section in the middle isn't used with the chokes.
I have never been able to find that type of U core anywhwere.They may have been custom made. Don
From the cell I seen of Stans,there wasn't any coatings on any tube.They were all bare.Just a note to all talking about coating.And there wasn't any white Lawton coating either. Don

The buggy and everything else is now been picked up by a company thats is already into hydroxy generators.I don't know who they are,because they came to the owner through someone else.So it is now getting the well needed go through.The company has plans to bring it out,but they want to keep low key for the time.I guess so that they can work on it without being bothered.I don't know the direction they will take. So my part in all of this is now over.I have no connections to this company,so I won't know when they have anything. I will also be putting my work here on hold for a while.I have other things to do now that spring is here.My plans have been on hold ever since I started working with the owner.So now it's back to work for myself,without concerns for the buggy sale. wfchobby,embrittlement is something that is associated with hydrogen only.Burning hydrogen doesn't directly cause metal embrittlement.That is mostly a myth.Welders have to be careful when welding around wet metal.When welding, the water get electolysized and entraped in the weld,and that is what leads to embrittlement. If you want to learn more about it,I suggest you look into Roy McAlister,he has a book titled "The Solar Hydrogen Civilization".He even shows you how to run an engine on hydrogen only.He's been doing it since the 60's.Look for some of his videos on youtube. I don't know where it is you get you ideas from,but there not from Stan.Most of your post are so far off from what Stan is trying to say.You need to re-read all of his work and try to get a better understang of what he is saying,and stop reading something else into it.You are making this whole thing way to complicated.Everything you are trying to say,you would probably never be able to prove.You need to spend more time experimenting than typing.
Everything I have learned while working on this project has come from experimenting.The more I test,the more it comes out just as Stan states.It's that simple.I am getting down to the last of my studies on this cell.I have a little more to do on my new circuit before I can get back to testing my last few things.I have figured out what Stan claims to have done.If I can't get it to work after this,than It probably will never work.If Stan put everything he knew into his writings,than I know how he did it.If I can't get it to work as he says it does,than it either doesn't work or he left some part out.And as far as I can tell,it's all in there.You just need to put all the pieces together,and I'm down to the last few pieces. the references you gave are from his early patent,but it still doesn't say that he was removing electrons from the water to get it to seperate.Electrons are set free from the seperation of the water molecule.The electrons your saying are extracted, are the two electrons that hold the hydrogen molecule to the oxygen.In order to get those electrons you first have to seperate the water molecule to get to those electrons.So if your extarcting electrons,they are there because you seperated the water molecule.Not the other way around.Where do you think those electrons are coming from,if their not coming from the water molecule?Are there just free electrons floating in the water bath?If your isolated ground is there and your not pulling any in,than where do they come from? The Electrical Polarization Process is just a fancy name for the process of using voltage to pull apart the water molecule.It has nothing to do with extracting electrons from the water.When the water molecule is pulled apart,the oxygen molecule and the electron are pulled toward the positve plate,but when the pulse stops,the electron will link back up with the hydrogen molecule.That's how Stan describes this process in section one of the tech brief page 1-7. The ionization process as in the Hydrogen Fracturing Process is what your referring to.That is where electrons are extracted. Stans does not extract electrons to get the Electrical Polarization Process to work. Don
Just in case you aren't aware,the electron extraction isn't needed to get high voltage across the water.The extraction process is something that can be done after the gasses have been made.It isn't needed to make the gasses.If you can't get high voltage across the water and producing gasses,you CAN'T extract the electrons,because the electrons are removed from the water as a byproduct of the water splitting process.You need to get step one done first,than we can go onto step two. That sounds like you would just short out your high voltage altogether.Thats not how Stan did it.Don't try to reinvent the wheel.Besides,none of this is important,if we don't get the gasses made with high voltage.We need to make gas with high voltage ,before we can start to extract electrons,because it requires even higher voltage,10-20 kv.So without high voltage you arenot going to extract electrons.The high voltage is needed to pull the electrons from the hydrogen molecule. sebosfato,your one post you say that you can't extract electrons from the water with only the two leads hooked to the cell.If you go back and re-read the electron extracting circuit,and look at the schematics,you will see that the extraction only takes place when the pulses are in their off state.Then another circuit turns on and removes the electrons,again while the pulsing circuit is in it's off state.This circuit is tied into the positive wire going to the cell,and thats where the electrons are removed. Kali,both signals come into this board via the sub-d connector through pins 7 & 8.Now the signal from the analog voltage generator has the first OpAmp inverting that signal before it goes into voltage amplitude control.Then it gets inverted back when it passes through another OpAmp.What would happen if the second signal didn't get inverted before going into the the OpAmp that is in parallel with the the other signal?Would that make a differance on what comes out of the voltage amplitude control?
As for the red wire soldered onto the connection tab,it is the 12 volt input,and it goes to a place on the board labeled FUSE.From there it goes to the master on off switch,and on through the fuse.The trace where the red wire is soldered to the connector is cut.Thats why the small blue wire is there.The blue wire is 5 volts and is powering that heavy trace,and not the red wire.
The wiring is just as the schematic shows,and there is only one signal going into the Tip120. Don
