None of this stuff is posible unless we get the Meyer effect first.Get that figured out first, than the rest of this stuff will fall into place.Other wise were just wasteing time.It won't work without high voltage across the tubes. Don
to calculate maximum time for injection, devide 120,000 by the rpm,and you get milli seconds. eg. 120,000/6000 rpm = 20 ms. I use to do these numbers all the time when I was tuning pulse width for programable computers in cars. Don
Here are a couple of pictures of Stans VIC coil and the bobbins used to make it.Keep in mind the laminate core is @ 3/4 inch square,2 3/4 inch dia. and 3 inches long.
Of course,I'm holding back alot of info, only because it would be counter productive for the owner.I'm not going to cause him harm in what he's trying to do.But at the same time ,I don't have the answers either. There's alot to go through there and I or the owner haven't even scratched the surface,That's what we're trying to do now.But I don't have the money to go down there and spend weeks at a time to do it.Plus I have to go back to work monday,so it will be difficult after that.I've been off for three months.Completly broke at this time. Don
Stan had his gasses tested after they were, made at a lab,and it came out two parts hydrogen to one part oxygen. It's in the videos and the evaluation report to. No mention of ammonia. Don
My guess would be it was the only one,but then the one in Meyers slides shows a sticker on it,and maybe a different one.The one I saw didn't look like it ever had a sticker on it,could still have been the same one though. Don
I don't think that you understand the usage of the air gas processor. It does not process all of the air going into the engine. It only does a small amount. This processed air is injected under the throttlebody along with exhaust gas recirculation. Also the idle control air is added in there as well to control the engines idle spped. So you have ionized air, exhaust gasses and metered air,all going in under the throttlebody,in the vacuum area.
The air gas processor.tubes are the same size as the resonant cell.3 inches long.To ionize the air several thousand volts will be needed.
sebosfato, your getting Stans systems mixed up.The injection of 7.4ul is water through the water injectors, and not the gas injectors with the quenching tubes. Two different systems. Those injection numbers are for the water injection system, that injects water into the injector at the spark plug hole and it explodes coming out of the injector directly into the cylinder. He's not talking about injecting hydroxy gasses into the injectors. Don
sebosfato,that number is 120k ms. (milliseconds) 1 second = 1000 ms 1 minute = 60 seconds 60 seconds x 1000 = 60,000 ms It takes two revolutions to complete one cycle,so that means two 2 prm = 120 seconds 120 seconds x 1000 ms = 120,000 ms Don
Do not take these pictures as completely true. These components were passed around from person to person over the years. The configuration you see the cells wired in now, may have been something that was being tested for who knows what reason.
The biggest problem with the cells connected in this arragement is that you would need the voltage to be ten times higher in order to get the right voltage across each cell.If the cells were wired each to a coil pack, you may need 1.5kv to get it to produce gas.If you have two cells wired in series, then you will now need 3kv to get them both to produce gas.If Stan was running these ten cells like this, than the only way it would work was if he had 15kv going in,or he had 12 volts with a ton of amps. Don
the flame can not travel back through the quenching tube with the recomended size of .015-.025 inch period. It can not go through the small passage way.No matter what the speed or pressure. If it's under vacuum, than nothing can burn in that enviorment. Don
Yes,your point is correct, you will need to increase pressure to get the same flow output of a smaller tube to match the output flow of the larger tube. But no you won't need a larger tube to get the 2.5 litres/second,you just need more of the same smaller tubes to get more flow.Same orfice size, but more passages. The tube Stan used had 30 passages I think. Don
Donald is right sebosfato. The speed of the flow of gas has nothing to do with it not flashing back. The flashback can't happen if the passage ways are les then .025 inches. No matter has slow it flows. The hydrogen can't burn until the oxygen molecule is close enough. With the small quenct tube ID,you get trapped air between the hydrogen and oxygen molecules,so it won't burn untill both exit the tube.Stan states this at any pressure or flow rate. Don
Warp,if your still looking for someone else to test out your chokes,I'll try it on my setup.I'll PM you with my address.Just give me some specs on how to try it.My frequency generator can go to 30 khz, with a 50% duty cycle, with or without a fixed 50% gating. Don
I say good by to dankie,we don't need him. He's not productive to this group. What has he given us?All he seems like he wants to do is make money by selling his work. What happened to open source here?I haven't seen him post anything that shows he has a project,in the effort to figure this thing out. I'm either researching everyday,or working on my project.I have been working very hard at this thing now straight for over a year.Nothing else.Just because I don't give every detail of what I'm doing on here daily, doesn't mean I'm not doing anything.I've done more and learned more than most all of this group put together. And I'm still going. It's just alot slower because I've been laid off for the last three months. No money to play with, had to work with what I have.Plus I'm working weekly with the owner, setting up meetings. So enough about that.
Now for qiman.I don't see anything new in what your saying. But there are some errors in it.First off the nitrogen from ambient air does nothing to the power output of the hydroxy gasses.Yes it allows the burn rate to be adjusted down to equal gasoline.Thats it.It doesn't stop the link up of hydrogen and oxygen,it just slows it down. They still link up.Also the exhaust gasses do the exact same thing, slows down the link up.No change on power output. The only thing Stan states is that the ionization of the ambient air is one way to improve the power output of the hydrogen. But it will take in the order of 20kv for that to happen. If we never find out how to restrict amps and allow voltage to rise,we will never get anything to work.Because it all relies on the one very important thing.
So yes we still do need alot of hydroxy to get an engine to run.Only then can we increase the power output of the gasses.First the gasses then the power increase through ionization. It can only happen that way,and it will only happen through high voltage across the water,in excess of 1kv. Don
I saw some of Peters videos, and my impression is,He Doesn't Know Crap!!! Not from what I've learned first hand Forget about him, just another wanna be trying to say he knows how to do it,but doesn't. Don
