Outer tube is + , and inner tube is -

Lets say I am using Radiants way of charging a capacitor , with counter rotating b flux from the bifilar

lets say using this technique  , we could use an ordinary coating (purple) , then put a small sheet of ss on top of it.

Would we still have our ''polarization of the molecule.

But when this 'virtual charge' discharges , I want it to extract the electrons from the 'weakened'  ?  water 'with' this charge it and pass it throught the eec circuit .

I need the positive tube to be conductive one way for the electrons to get out for good .

Does all this make sense  ???

So I hear about diode layer this , diode layer that ... Naudin puts a ''thin adhesive film' on the  negative electrode .

Radiant says on positive electrode , ravi says positive electrode . ( this is all very confusing )

This ravi conditionning is a big waste of time , there must be a better way . Cant we 'emulate, a diode layer with something simpler  ?

So when we install super corona dope .

What becomes the dielectric ? Super corona dope or water ? Does water become an extension of the cathode and is simple polarized by this force ?

The water is never really a dielectric is it ?  There is never any good definite resonance behavior or step charging .

From the cell I seen of Stans, there wasn't any coatings on any tube. They were all bare.Just a note to all talking about coating. And there wasn't any white Lawton coating either.

Very nice to know Dynodon...thx for sharing. I don't know if a layer is "needed", but, I do know however that the second SS touches oxygen it creates a chromium oxide layer....Also, I can show you Technical papers written on how such a layer is "seeded" onto SS through electrolysis, and how this layer is an N-type junction (semiconductor).
I have had personal emails with Ravi on his replication...he is for real, using a HV toroidal transformer and he got very little production until the layer was seeding (Also described an "aura" that is explained in the tunnel diode properties of the layer)...same thing is claimed in a "Breeding" Joe Cell (FYI Meyer tried with concentric circles too...he said they are second to the "cluster" formation in series)

So I do not think the main thing to be focused on is a layer at all...everyone needs to focus on their circuitry first and foremost, figure out how to turn on a circuit while turning off another (I will post my solution soon)

I do believe that no coating is required in this case. However, all calculations from Stan are LC based. That means he used a capacitor for something.
If you add the system he used, called EEC, then you can come to some nice conclusions.
He used HV. He used a capacitor. He used a circuit that transferred the charge from the capacitor.....
    Sounds familiar?
    You fill in the rest.....

So there was no coating in radiant's video .

Bathing your tubes in citric acid and drying them in air will make this chromium layer thicker .

Read this on a forum .

Radiant , did you do any special treatment on your tubes tho ?

    @all: This is INTERESTING: http://forums.ec.europa.eu/debateeurope/viewtopic.php?t=6103&start=15&sid=f19116ea9b6332136c5df09fbf181743

This guy has good ideas, just what I suspected about the crystals since some time. Right on, has to study up on the Piezo stuff now and Meyer obviously cheated many people for a long time but not much longer, the story will break very soon in a year or two... And Kinesis etc, who are you actually??... ;D

And about Ravi the crystalline coating gives the extra boost as suspected.

I suggest all members must give out a personal address and phone number or else they are not allowed as members. We have to keep it clean here from alot of confusing desinfo.

In the video I think you are talking about there is no treatment to the tubes at all.
There's a couple videos where I heated the tubes and created a carbon layer that was a few Mega ohms and the layering gave it a diode characteristic. I am assuming that it's got to be this...
    http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?pid=S0103-50532002000400005&script=sci_arttext

The heat treatment created the CrO2 inner layer and FeO2 outer layer, but, the butane flame deposited a carbon layer (resistance) on top...the result was more charge retention (slower charge leakage into water) and, a diode characteristic.
Myself and another person (collaborating on skype) both found that you could run it  wired up in only one way (The treated tube as - ). Otherwise the layer would be forced off the electrode by the +pressure wave.

When the water was made to conduct (electrolyte added), the cell was wired up correctly, and, 120vdc was applied, the 100w bulb in series with the cell would not light, meaning very little current was flowing. However, when the electrode polarity was reversed the light lit up and the layer was "ejected" from the now + treated tube.

I have never said it was what Stan was doing....nor that it was needed...I simply wanted to show that certain layers may be beneficial here.
I will say however that is most likely a factor in Stan's technology, because, it's going to happen no matter what!! (unless the electrode(s) are insulated)...As you see from the research any type of energetic/oxygen rich environment will cause the FeO2/CrO2 boundary interaction...this is very good, it's like the action of a lead-acid battery with lead + electrodes and Lead oxide - electrodes. It makes a one way energy storage take place (also like electrolytic capacitors).

    Hi Radiant,

Can you confirm that this layer you made, also improved efficiency in gas production?

No, I have not taken any liters/minute measurements.
