What I mean is when you pulse a transformer and open the switch the current will want to keep flowing and will burn the switch if no other dissipative or regenerative means exist!
Im thinking about this and i'm kind of inclined to think that the water below 1.23 v is a capacitor and this is the big problem.. What im thinking is that when water resonance is achieved the cell will behave like a short circuit allowing huge current flow...

Actually i thought of having the positive from the battery connected to one side of the cell and the output of the boost coil to the other side... than i energize the coil and store energy in it, while this happen the secondary start developing the first positive pulse to the cell than when coil is de-energized the resultant spike of accumulated energy is directed by a diode to enter the resonant coil having additive field thus increasing further the voltage... I will check right now if it works... but i want to build a pulse width variable frequency generator as the bigger the duty cycle the higher the voltage of the spike will be...
I also thought about using a delay switch to allow the conduction of this spike only after some microseconds to allow voltage to become the highest possible but i think that the mosfet i have will not handle this.. but if i get a 1200v igbt i could program it to discharge when it reach maybe 1kv... of course the amperage will be low...
Is like charging the coil and discharge it in less time than took to charge it... the voltage of the discharge will be grater...
I'm having problem to generate my high voltage to the cell so i thought of using the primary in series with the secondary than use the snubber action to raise voltage and send to the cell... the transformer in this boost mode will have almost 100% efficiency...

The antiparallel diodes limit the voltage to a maximum of 0.7v and the resistors in series limit the current, so you can always get the same signal voltage, than the opamp clean up and amplify and balance the signal so you get a perfect stable and clean square wave signal.. this goes to pin 14 in the pll...
To test it is easy you simply pulse your primary (in saturation) and work in the circuit until you get the right signal for the pin 14...
There is an error in this schematic, in the resonant scanning circuit bipolar switches are needed like indicated in the first schematic and the 15 pin of the decade counter must be connected to the ground . The rest is pretty much the same as mine...
i think theres something on the winding of the chokes that can makes its resonant frequency lower somehow.. mine are resonating at 30khz or so.. i used insulation between each layer...
i get the step charging i guess... but no bubbles at all...

Haithar once I got two car batteries and connected them in series and than I connected straight to my old parallel plate cell 20 cm x 10 cm plates 0,1 or 0,2mm apart and I got h2 and ozone from water, I don't know the proportion it was it just smelled like ozone, in the water there was only sodium hydroxide. I used that kind of paper insulation for transformers to don't let the borders of the plate to touch the other to very close to each other.
any water have deuterium, i guess his source of neutrons could be the nuclear fusion of the deuterium... in my opinion if we were to control a nuclear reaction as such the power output would be proportional to a certain input in power that creates a raction with a given rate..
in my view if we have very few nuclear fusions during the combustion of excited hydrogen oxigen mixture could be enough to run the car... think of that.. .
the power output must be greater... however in fusion reactors today is not viable...

Is not fission, fission is when a big size atom become two or more atoms, but could be fusion or another kind of decay. The atom releases some of its internal energy or all of it.. I have some theories of what is happening but is worthless to discuss something based on the belief.
But there are some possibilities, could happen a fusion in witch the oxygen fuses with the hydrogen creating another element
The hydrogen could become a neutron that remains free or get inside the oxygen creating a oxygen isotope
The oxygen could fission into more atoms..
Water could reform in the end with less mass
The hydrogen could simply break apart and become pure energy as meyer said.. and water is not reformed
The thing is that the impact is so great that anything can happen, but some things can happen more than others.. .

And if this is not enough not even meyer knew exactly what happens cause is very difficult to see how things go in atomic level... What he knew is that making the things the way he did he released energy. So he keep working on it.
Meyer said it don't violate the conservation laws nor is a over-unity device. Water is the energy source, electrical and thermal.
The big problem was to explain the release of energy. Without a proper explanation the thing could not even be on the market, and thats where the problem start. Meyer had to find a way to explain what was going on and said simply it release energy. He would be a lier if he said is this or that.
I'm saying that, yes, you could create hydrogen in large amounts and run your car. But all that stuff meyer was doing was for the controlled release of atomic energy from the water not to create large amounts of hydrogen.
There are other reactions that can release more energy, by catalytic processes like tutanka and like -- not saying theres not such thing.
I'm telling you that meyer was messing up with electrons energy levels not because he was stupid. Was just because he knew that getting up some energy levels you raise the probability of decay to happen.
Anything will decay, it is just going to take more time to happen than we have to observe. Anything want to decay but the conditions are not favoring for that.
