well i have come across some interesting results with voltage wave .. i have been messing around with a 9kv neon transformer  at the moment i have it hooked to about a 2kv cap but only to the negative lead.. i have taken both capacitor post and connected them to 2 seperate pieces of stainless wire of decent gauge and made them like old tv antennas. i took the positve wire coming out of the 9 kv transformer and hooked a test probe on it from my multi meter.. its werid holding the test probe it vibrates.. so both stainless antennas being contted to the cap which is only connected to negative lead of the neon output.. the antenna does not want to react with istelf at all but when i bring the probe to one side i can get over inch long arks.. but it gets more intersting.. when i put the probe between both of them it jumps side to side and  tend to go to which ones closes.. but!! after a while of of trying to hold the probe center and watching it jumb back and forth between the gap i loud pop happend and a briight solid ark occur dominating any ark it can produce.. now first off.. whats going on in the cap to allow oppoing fields to set next to each other.. even though with my logic a cap is made to where it has opposite charges on each end.. i have some more observation but my point made is i am putting  the opposite field between 2 fields that are alike.. and every once in a while it will give of remarkable voltage.. also i have introduced the antenna to a ground and it gets a ark, but not as big as the secondarys positve.. and also this ark produces exsess heat unlike secondaries.

Perhaps the middle point is the ``zeropoint``

i beleave this is true if you are apply two negative fields and gating one..  2 of the same fields repel each other so therefore if they are of equal negative force they will cancel out in the middle of the cell.  that is the zero point.. now gate one choke to ground and ground will send a positive increase of charge to that cell plate.. it makes sense.. a electric field is the force direction to a proton..  you got to realize that a negative charge plate is creating a force on the proton.. that force is a pulling force.. so if you hit double negative the pulling force on the proton is in both directions with equal force so they stay unified or are trying to divide?  and the water will be neutral in motion.. the electrons will want to condense to center of the gap.. then on gate on time the electrons in the cell are collapsing toward grounded plate. that collapse is really a up in potential since your allowing your sub field to ground?   like your using a sub field state to produce your pulse  with grounds higher charge.

define space relationship.. what space is he relating the wind to?.. to me the most defined relation there is on  a 3 dimentional object would be the poles..  and to be longitudinal wrapped would be from north to south in linear direction.. to consider it the way it is now.. wound end to end back and forth.. would be worded somthin like.. wound in a longitudinal direction...

excelent find radiant_1 .. i find this pic helpful for one of my questions..  notice the wire is making a-fields next to the core.. the a-fields create on big b-field. the b field is really the same as a field.. its just the product as a whole, meaning all winds working together.. now my question to all is about the primary winding.. stan meyers was a smart fella.. when he wrote the tech sure there was some miss spellings and what nots.. but when it comes to describing how to wind a wire i think stan would be very direct and clear.. so clear it can seem unclear lol.  he says "Primary Coil (26) (typically .030 Ga.) film coated magnet wire is longitudinal wrapped in

look at a globe and you will notice longitudinal is north to south.. which means from one end of the core to the other.. not wound around it..  layered bidirectional.. imagine if you were winding the primay on a 2-d object such a ace of spades card.. the back of the card would have one direction while the front of the card is 180 out so when u are winding each time you fold the wire to the other side it is change direction by 180.. now think if that card were to be wound and sat on a table for observation.. would the wind not be layerd? now take that playing card and cuff it around the vic bobbin where its wound north to south. think of one pulse going through the cuffed primary.. it will start at one side and pulse around the core to get to the other end of primary.. all in all it would be using the primary wind to imitate the b field.. it would be fueling the power in a vice versa manner then todays ways? i like vice versa idea's.. winding it that way would also put primarys current out 90 degrees like stan mentions in a video.

but i would like to mention stans designs for his water cells.. the outter tube is being held in place in a way where it is possible for it to vibrate due to frequency and voltage i belevie.. the inside tubes are all welded to the same base making them non movable and less likely to vibrate. need to focus on the quote i have posted from stan.. need to visualize what he is saying and how that type of pulse will restrict amps.. 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3---------gate---------1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3-----------gate----------1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3   
1= positive plate pulse, 2= both, 3 = negative plate pulse.... that will create a standing wave in a unipolar direction across the water gap, it will  restrict amps since your sequence is keeping it from dead short... it is working more with a physical change to the water rather then chemical..  it almost sounds like ac voltage but it is not.. ac voltage is always switching polarities in plates this it not, since we are rectifying it as well.

i want to throw another view out to help people see the truth..   we people have been distorted into segregation (hate and the belief we are different and that we couldnt never be compatable..    but the truth is the only way we will suceed is to become as one... people are to busy trying to compete and say there number one in the world.. they need to understand  that the one is really all us combined working together... since what ever happens on this earth even though there are millions here, from the observers perspective not on earth but looking a earth as a whole (one) are results are not seen individualy...

social outcomes work just like voltage... a negative responce hit with a negative will have you walking towards hell since you are multiplying neg....  a negative hit with a positve response will be one working towar hell and the other counter acting making a neutral outcome.. this leads no where..  but a positve hit with a positve will multiply positive and lead the path of g.o.d.

i have to agree nice video dankie.. thanks for sharing... while looking at that it makes me think about whats the atoms are doing in the free space (movement) (expanding/ contracting)?  also the surface is round for that demonstration.. think of how in a tube cell they are flat and parallel so it will create flat flux likes in the cell?   beardon mention somthin about a mono fold occuring.. if you look at that pic that is at the begining of stans conference in swizerland you will see how it represents a mono fold... i also think this monofold is created by the the meeting of opposition in the cell.. the fold being the curent flow turning 90 degrees.. i think this mono fold is in turn once lagging in direction by 90 degrees must find a exit.. i think on its exit it develops a vortex and the gasses will produce in a vortex ribbon patter within a flat plate self that is observable..   anything fluid that has current movement , like water comming out a water hose hitting opposition such as a side walk will develop a 90 degree lag right? forming a puddle.. if the oposition isnt of at lest equal force then it will continue as forward current???

what if i said i saw it another way... i see  the more winds over the capacitance means the charge will be more magnetically attracted to the core for capacitance rather then the water to exchange and balance out...

P.S. i would say the raising and lowering amplitude.. is causing manefistation in the cell... electons move toward the pos and protons move toward neg..    the discharge you are thinking of is not a discharge really your just pausing the pulse to let the water stableize then hitting it again upping its potential even further... your alowing it to fully take on one wave set, before hitting with another..

What you suggest, is to use an EEC circuit to discharge the charge of the cap. Is that the trick accoording to your knowledge?

sorry i know this was addressed to radiant but i would like to put my 2 cents in..

i dont see the capacitor taking on the charge you are thinking of.. the charge you speak of, "discharge" that would require current flow to happen...

it is a simple physical process  meaning the skin effect fields and potential in the plates are drumming on the water... no charge is going in or out the water through the plates... the charge build up in the cell is done by using the physical force to up the orbital spin of the electrons..  the drumming creates the scalor waves i beleive.. stan says the cell pumps itself.. well if there is any movement of water with NO moving parts i would say that is like antigravity of a fluid..

there are so many uses for this tech alot havent even came across yet.. like for instance this tech can be used to propulse underwater.. it can also be used to make a vehicle such as a figher jet be able to go from submarine (underwater) to flight..
if i can suggest anything to study in full other then water tech.. i would look into the electron particle generator...

stan said he would use the E.P.G. (electron particle gen) and the water fuel tech.. to power homes... he said it would be no bigger then a 4 foot tall hot water heater in design.. really listen to these next word because they are gold..

stan learned how to make a magnetic gas that would exist at room temp... gases of such do not exist at the moment in acedemia..  but i have noticed some speak of acknolegement such as i think radiant when we were talking about back emf and the bright spark when disonecting power source.. someone mentioned how the copper ions and what nots could bond which ambient air gases..

ok this magnetic gas is made from argon and metal.. stan built a sealed container that had electrodes in it with argon being fed into it.. using the vic to produce these magnetic gases.. so understand this vic and voltage is able to restructure atomicaly and makes the perodic table obsolete in  alot of ways when it comes to what can bond to what.

the secret to this is that when you put a magnetic gas in a closed loop tube.. that is being mirrored on the inside..  you can pump the gas with a primary wound on a ferrite that couples the glass tube.. (i think its glass, it hasnt been clears said what the material is.. but it is non conductive..  you can then wind secondarys right to the glass tube (no ferrite) this can produce power more effecient then todays conventional..

the ultimate secret.. is that stan figured out he could send light into the mirrored close looped core that has magnetic gas in it.. listen real carefully to the major point being made here..   when stan sends frequencyed coherent light into the tube, it doesnt create current!!!! (pumping gases through the tube.. the light alone makes the volt fields jump in the magnetic gases.).

in conclusion.. stan would use the vic to power a hydrogen laser to power the closed loop core..

i see it exactly the same way.. thanks for sharing the words "Poynting Flow" ... so tell me this radiant, would you say that we are copying natures natural driving force (eaths driving forces) ?... the primary is sending a signal that is driving a core and resembles the same flow of earths atmosphere's   energy flow that makes it possible to read a compass?   a compass acting like a wind vein in these forces of flow?    


while the chokes energy flow resembles wind flow/ and TRADE winds?   occuring in seperate chokes??  postive flowing toward the south while negtive electrons travel north at the same time on the POLARIZED core?

imagine a tornado  and its flows of energy...

for energy such as winds that are spiraling  up and out the top of the tornado  they are radiating in a expansive manner. that is non harmonic..  (loud/ destructive)

for energy such as wind to spiral  down and compress into the tornado from the top down into the bottom is  harmonic (silent/ creating)

harmonic energy is what drives the growth of forest and life..   i would say the silent harmonic energy that drives growth is sunlight.
