@Andy, yea it looks to be parallel resonance between the L1 & L2 chokes.

@Kickbackemf, yea the shots are from the B+ and B- outputs to the plates/tubes. The VIC is wire up like Stan shows in his diagrams for the 5 coil VIC Transformer. I'm using a 2000 permeability ferrite core with 30ga. copper wire. Have you tried M27 laminates? Stan makes reference in his writings that it can be used for the 5 coil VIC Transformer.
The Primary windings see the impedance's of the feedback, secondary, L1, and L2 coils. So when at resonance, the primary impedance must match the impedances of all these coils in order to get a 100% transfer of energy. As for the current, once you get a significant amount of current flowing through the primary, you wont get the resonance that Stan talks about. The current will stop resonance for happening and you will have an out of resonant condition.

A1 and A2 in the Digital Control circuit looks like they could be Multiplexer chips.

Maybe I need to study harmonics better.  I don't understand like when Puharich was talking about the 7th harmonic of 0.125 hz (= 8 hz)....

to get the 7th harmonic of 8 Hz it would go something like this:
1st Harmonic: 8 Hz
2nd Harmonic: 8/2 = 4 Hz
3rd Harmonic: 4/2 = 2 Hz
4th Harmonic: 2/2 = 1 Hz
5th Harmonic: 1/2 = 0.5 Hz
6th Harmonic: 0.5/2 = 0.25 Hz
7th Harmonic: 0.25/2 =0.125 Hz

Yea the Scanning circuit is setup to a frequency of 0.218 Hz and a duty cycle of 66.7%. Meaning the On time = 3.0492 sec and Off time = 1.5246 sec.
yea current can only pass in the forward bias direction. If you try to pass current in reverse bias, you will cause an avalanche effect and damage the diode. This is why in my video where I explain how the the LC circuit operates, I saw that due to the diode you will have only the positive phase current flowing through the circuit. The diode also keeps the positive phase of the L2 choke from reaching the secondary. Another thing to remember is that positive voltage is lacking electrons and a negative voltage has an abundance of electrons. While keeping this in mind, think of how a a transistor operates. You have a P material sandwiched between two N materials to form a NPN transistor. In Stephens radio interviews he says the cell acts much like a transistor, you have the two plate (N material) and the water in the middle (P material). That is something for you guys to think about ;)

From what I've learned about the AM signal is that it acts as a Wave–particle duality. This vibrates the molecule!

If you look at the theories behind Peter Davey's technology, it revert back to my theory of Meyer's and Puharich's tech of the "beat" phenomenon where 2 frequencies are merged to give a new frequency or AM signal.

Waterfreak - I used two of Stan's basic frequency generators to drive the circuit

HMS - A named Peter Davey may hold the key to Stan's steam resonator tech and he is still alive, but he's in in 90's so we need to get to him before he dies!

@Waterfreak - You must have something wrong, cuz I have built this circuit and it works fine. Here is the signal at the input of the transformer. Remove the R7 & R8 resistors.

Yea you should be able to make a simple variable voltage control by using a couple of resistors, a Pot, and a transistor and put it in series with the primary coil.

I've already gotten the 8XA setup to work. I just haven't gotten the VIC circuit to react the same way yet. Back in early January 2011, I got the cell to charge to over 800 volts with 12 volts input @ less than 20mA. It looks like what has to take place is the voltage to the transformer has to be slowly increased from low voltage to its max voltage. This allows a depletion layer to form on the plates, much like a diode/transistor. If you through 12v straight to the transformer it wont allow a depletion layer to form and it will cause a dead short condition. When this depletion layer forms, it blocks current and allows the voltage to build.

Because they are inputing ac or had unbalance in the cell for this the matching resistor is needed, There can't be ac across the cell...  a diode helps but is not enough the circuit must be in perfect balance for the unipolar pulses to show up. all conditions must be match, all parasitic elements.

The bifilar is a method for maximize coupling inductance and capacitance...

We are inputting pulsed DC square waves, not AC. Anybody that knows anything about inductors/coils, knows that they dont work with straight line DC. When you use pulsed DC and get resonance, the output will always be an AC signal.
If you look at the "wave-burst" diagram, you can see that the output is clearly two 180* sine waves. Stan says the voltages are opposite to each other (meaning 180*).
