Who can say that, at leat only looking is impossible. Now if you look the dune buggy demonstration video and you notice the cell you see he is really using Gas and lots of it. not just the white stuff..

I know english is not your native language, but that is a contradicting statement. I'm not sure what the "white stuff" has to do with any of this. I have actually tested my cell as Stan did in his video with several different motors and engines to run idle. Cold starts were really the only hurdle I had to get over. The amount of gases produced was never the issue, it was always a mixture problem. And when throttling was achieved the ICE's still lacked power and torque. Humidity was also an issue at times.

Fabio, how well educated are you in the art of ICE's? Do you have access to any small motors or engines that you can tinker with? Do you think it would be beyond your skills to rebuild a small junked motor?

Over Unity? Who said anything about over unity? Certainly Meyer never did. In fact, he had stated several times his devices were not. I get the feeling the desire for mystery overshadows the need for truth.

Tell me... Does this look like low gas production?

Why would you assume the process requires no current? I don't recall Meyer ever stating such a thing. Less current than normal electrolysis is what I have always understood. In my opinion, his technology works just as described. My replications work just as his did and I have seen many others on this forum alone do the same. If your able to run a cell for a long period of time, such as 45 minutes to an hour, with little or no heating of the water, would you not call that a successful replication?

during current restriction you will not have electrons from the coils crossing the plates, but you will have electrons from the SS plates them self crossing through the water and this will aid in the water splitting.

You got me thinking... it would seem to me that electrons only pass through the water by being carried with an ion. As in a simple electrolysis experiment, the purer the water, the less ion content = little or no gasses.

But, can resonant action be achieved with a typical submerged cell, or is there some design factors involved to make it work as described? Could there be a gap tolerance where the resonant action cannot propagate due to having too wide of a gap? Do normal injectors have a resonant frequency? Pulse jet?

Very interesting! I read where Don says he hasn't seen the frequency doubling. I have measured doubling with alternator coils and such, but, to get a better understanding I put together a super simple test using a signal gen, diode, and an air cored 100 wind coil. Measurements direct from the signal gen shows the selected frequency such as 60Hz, although, any measurements after the coil are all over the place. What am I seeing here? The meter rapidly fluctuates into the Khz range well beyond doubling from 60Hz.

Thanks again Don! Sorry for all the questions... Is the measured 1Kv the target voltage you are shooting for? Why did you choose that value?
Ever thought of using an "Ion Detector"? I noticed when I did open cell tests, I could smell ozone. I then noticed the almost exact odor coming from an "Air Ionizer". The thing is though, the ozone is a negative ion, where as, what we are looking for in the Stan Meyer way of things, is to generate positive ions. They do sell them for an inflated price, but you can make your own for as little as 25 dollars. Maybe even less if you recycle.

Nice! I hate to say it, I have done nothing other than try to find a resonant frequency of which I cannot. Any other regular coil? Yes, but not this one. I am going to take your advice from earlier and increase the power input and see how much it will take before it gets hot. I figure if there is no resonant frequency of the coil, I should be able to use just about any frequency like 60-120Hz and it should not make much of a difference as far as the coil goes. I have to admit, I was taken back by my results and I'm having to rethink a bit.

I have acquired a small Bipolar Tesla Coil for high voltage research. It's maximum output is around 185Kv which easily will spark an eight inch or more gap. For the most part, I have been studying coronal discharge through the air with make shift plates and such. I bought a 100Kv diode for it too that I haven't even begun to test yet. It's a whole new world with high voltage for me and I am in the learning process still.

So what have you found out with your coil so far Donald? How do you make a split core stay together? Glue? I fricken dropped one of the core halves and broke the damned thing! Ugh! I tried to use it anyway and didn't see any differences with or without it with such low power. Keep me updated with your tests. I am so curious as to what you find in your results.

What is a "crowbar diode"? I did test with and without diodes. I did not notice much more than the diode adding a little resistance.

With a few personal discoveries and minor breakthroughs, I have found a clearer path to understanding the works of Stan Meyer. As some of have read my earlier posts discussing how a resistance can be used on the cathode end of the VIC circuit to allow the voltage to rise without a voltage drop and restricting current, this post will be an exploration of the "Resonant Charging Chokes" and the characteristics they exhibit. I feel this part of the VIC is very much needed to be explored and fully understood as it is a major factor in the overall circuit.

I have been slowly acquiring new research equipment for this very venture which hopefully will be complete today as I eagerly await the mailman. I have most of my lab setup for today's tests, but I am waiting for a high voltage probe meter(40Kv) and some other odds and ends. Where are you Mr. Mailman!? Even if the goods do not show up today, I have enough to do some easy tests and we will see what we get.

To start the day off, I have wound a choke coil as described by Dynodon in another thread. 14 turns per layer, 4 layers thick of 19AWG bifilar. My goal is to find resonant frequencies of this coil and other phenomena they may result from certain frequencies. The Tools consist of a Function Generator, Digital Multimeter, and a light bulb. If my luck is good today, I'll have a high voltage meter for the good stuff. So, I'll get started and get back to this post as I progress. I'm slow so don't wait up for me...

Do contaminants change the size of water clusters? I would say true, although, I'm basing it off what I have read so far. Does the size of the cluster affect it's ability to be adsorbed by tissues or membranes? Possibly, but, other factors such as hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity will have a definite influence on such reactions too.
Voltage alone will not break the covalent bonds unless the levels reach Mega Volts. If you re-review the New Zealand video there is a part where he talks about the oxygen molecule and how it's electronegativity can overcome the water molecule and help break the bonds. This is where the EEC comes into play, but, it is used with the ambient air gas processor and not the gasses released by a bulk water cell. In fact, a bulk water cell is much to dangerous and inefficient to consider once you realize that it only takes about a drop of water and some ionized air to push a piston down with the explosive power the combination can produce. Remember, less mass will result in a higher thermal yield during combustion. Putting the demo cells in this same category is erroneous.

I would like to point out that I do not own very much equipment, especially lab grade tools like scopes and high voltage measuring devices. When I make a device like a Tesla Coil or anything high voltage over 1Kv, I can only approximate it's parameters. Sure I can measure input to the device, but that's about it. Basically all I use is a multimeter, LCR meter, signal generator, and a light bulb or two. Oh, and the ion detector comes in handy once or twice.

Komtek, I feel bad as you bring up the point of demonstrated evidence. I can see where this all looks as a charade of "I Know The Secret" crap that you see on the forums everyday. I  do not want to be known as such a person, but, I'd rather you make up your own minds and do what you think is right or pertinent. I will be showing working prototype stuff as I go along so this won't be a some bullshit story. My goal really is to point out how easy it is to understand all this. Nothing is mysteriously magic or a miracle. These words are only used when one does not care to ponder the secrets of the heavens. I guess it's just because that's the way God made it!

If you want a good place to start, get yourself any low powered cheap air ionizer, well, make that two of them. One positive, and one negative. We need to either build or buy an ion detector too. I have one I made that I modified to detect both in one box. I'll take a video of my stuff as soon as I have time. I would imagine a week or two tops? If you want to see how atomized water reacts to the ionizer's field, you can buy any cheap ultrasonic humidifier and point the mist through it. Maybe one of you have these items on hand and can make a video before I do? Or pictures would do. Komtek, you said you had an NST? That will come in handy. Maybe you can tell me more about it.
