with the equipmenti had i connected a 1gigaohm probe to a point and it gives 50kv and than i change the point where the probe is touching and measure and its 47kv than there could be assumed this 3kv is somewhere isnt it?
basically the test maybe was bad but never my intention to fool anyone my friend... i only want to encourage you to do the same tests and combat what i said... like your doing... but i´dont need to be called a lier or whatever...
when i did the test with the isolated multimeter i posted the test that should be done... not sure how many did it...
an isolated multimeter at the potential of the cell floating with its lead connected to the cell and only one wire goin to the cell pulsing it..rel to ground...
what i was trying to prove is that if you charge a electrode relative to ground is equivalent to have the capacitor partially charged... and this was showing up in my tests
if you get the effort to get my conditions probably you will find similar results they will puzlle you like they did to me because all this can be noise on the equipments we have... today equipments are trash!@

This is why I blocked you on FB as I knew you have passed the point of no return. Right here in this thread you just said I didn't measure the voltage across the cell and I just posted a post you made showing that you did say you measured the voltage across the cell. Listen you can't have it both ways okay as it doesn't work like that.
You, Eletrotech, and a whole host of other people just love to take pokes at me from time to time just to see if you can get me to change the tune I have been signing since the 2013 Global BEM. As for the equipment I've had the right tools for the job for a very long time now. I got it when I started to work on the 8xa circuit as I couldn't make use of the probe that came with the scope for it would shut down the house breakers.
You say you didn't mean to mislead anyone but I think you just got caught up in the fight and wanted to come out on top to say to everyone, "There's no need to listen to him as I am getting higher voltages to my cell." But you did cause damage to the movement in that what you claimed was way over what Meyer stated in the patents to be the working voltages for the exciter array. Basically you tossed out what Meyer said as you passed his statements by 2000 volts or more and your set up wasn't working. Now that is true damage to the movement for now how many volts do we need to make this technology work?
Plus you make people like me look like we are just messing around and accomplishing nothing, which was your intent with the statement you made. I proved I was right with Electrotek about the science behind the technology I was telling everyone about with the help of a friend. With the core science the technology can be solved as those who understand what I wrote can figured out what the goal is. Now in the Global BEM video I already told people what the goal is but now I had some added scientific proof I was telling the truth and not just a hunch. Anyone that watched the video can tell just what the difference is between Dr. Faraday's electrolysis method and Stanley Meyer's voltage breakdown method. But in the spirit of competition "Who cares," right? People have been running around telling people not to listen to me for years now and since the post has been made of showing just where to take the measurements from no one wants to do it for some strange reason.
If I make a mistake I own up to it as if I don't I can cause someone to get lost who might be looking in on what I am doing, but people like me are rare in today's world aren't they? -

Actually the one telling people to not believe me were you right since the energetic forum... (man i was even in your ignore list, when i first tried a fund raising) why i forgive all this and go over it? not because you donated 50$! was because for me you are someone who i respect, for you worked hard like many of us and harder than many, so i prefere to not get into our core differences since we are different man from diferent country and culture but into how can we zero up anything we past because brothers must discuss but must aways understand themselves in the end. i prefere to recognize i not have any enemy other than myself...

Now that you have the right tool for the job lets get a real reading at points D&E so we can see just what needs to be done to get your voltage up. Just know and understand I did what I did as solution to a problem in that Electrotek was using your ignorance to pit you against me back then and after I analysed the problem that was the solution to get you on the side of Meyer.
So, are you ready to give us a real voltage reading using an oscilloscope and your differential probe at points D&E or do we stop progress for you because you aren't willing to share that information? This is a choice you have to make as I can't walk through this door for you. Don't worry about showing us low voltage readings as the goal is to get your voltage up, okay?
Recap from the 2013 Global BEM interview, what did I state is the goal we are trying to achieve in how we go about breaking the bonds of the water molecules with this technology? Ionization, correct? Now the rules for ionizing atoms don't change for anyone. If electricity is used then it takes a high voltage potential difference to get the atoms to release their electrons. This high voltage potential difference must be applied to the plates of the resonant cavities of the exciter array which we are to measure at points D&E as shown in this drawing or across the individual resonant cavities themselves which is not shown in this drawing:

As I stated the rules for ionization don't change so just what did change to have Meyer to build all of this stuff? Answer is the medium changed as air has far more resistance than water does and this loss of resistance must be compensated for so that the conditions of ionization can be met for the targeted atoms we wish to ionize. Basically just as I stated in the 2013 Global BEM interview the conditions of air ionization must be forced on the water molecules in order to get at the atoms so that they can be ionized. As you can see my tune hasn't changed since then as I am saying the same things now as I said back then but with a little more clarity. Perhaps you have seen this equation before, E = √ (PxR), as now we need to apply it to our designs in building the VIC transformers correctly to be able to place a high voltage potential difference on the plates of the water fuel capacitor.

i just tested my new coil... its just amazing... i never saw a transformer do the following:
it reduce the amps as frequency decreasessssssss
it increase the current consumption as the kilohertz get higher with the chokes open circuited... its very impressive...
primary over the secondary... 18 turns agains two chokes of 550turns each interleaved in the same direction,. 18awg
i´m not sure if is it not a limitation of my Half bridge since it has only 4 capacitors to hold the current and so the greater the freauency the greater will be the current they can provide...
the transfomation fator for the coils in series is around 75 from voltage measrement,,,

As I told you before these transformers do not make their high voltages by way of the transformer's turn ratio.

Note Meyer's words in that he states that, "increased coil length equally increases applied voltage level/amp restriction..."
It's best for you to follow our lead on this and I can give you some pointers in that the chokes and secondary should have had a turn count of 2850 turns each. For as of right now you are building them all wrong trying to get high voltage by means of the transformer's turn ratio for they simply don't work that way. The way you are going right now looks good on paper but you failed to take into account the load capabilities of the transformer you are building as built that way they simply can not take the load the WFC places on them.
As you can see me going back to the old 8xa circuit was a good thing as I learned some valuable information by doing so.
So, if you build it like you are planning to do you are on your own as it's either "our way or the highway!" I for one haven't the time to be messing around with someone that comes in this late in the game and doesn't know how to follow the lead of those that are far ahead of them. -

This shows the true difference from all of you and me as I learned something for I got resonance with the 8xa circuit but more than that I made sense of the words by way of experimentation using the scientific method which is something none of you ever try and make use of.
Like any tool it is only as good as the person making use of it and since it is clear to me that most if not all of you never bothered to even pick up the tool known as the scientific method you've been totally stuck in trying to figure out this technology. You all get mad at me for showing an understanding of this technology but never take the time to attempt to understand anything that I say. I can't even count just how many times I have pointed everyone in the right direction to only be told to go away as we don't want what it is you are showing us. I have spoken of the New Zealand video many times in the past and even took the time to post the video for you all to look over.
The 8xa circuit is of Meyer's early work and from there one can gain an understanding of this technology. Did you know that you can re-wire it to be just like a VIC transformer? Nope because you are too busy running your mouths and typing away on your keyboards to ever get to performing any real world experiments. Your all so afraid of failing that you never start doing anything. Or you are so strapped for cash that you can't afford to build anything. Either way if you don't get some experiments under your belt you will never learn anything. This is the primary reason why when I speak of how this technology actually works you have no idea what I am talking about for you have no practical experience with this technology as you are just working with theories in the mind.
The voltage intensifier circuit was the hardest part of this technology to figure out and I went through more than 20 transformers before I got the hang of it and was able to start seeing just what it is actually doing. I have a lot of experience in building these transformers now having made and tested all types of different cores. I made VIC's with I, C, E, and the donut cores, wired these things up all types of ways. But I took notes as using the scientific method requires the use of a laboratory note book. I learned by doing as sitting on one's behind doesn't give any real world experiences with this technology only hands on boots on the ground work does.
Example, in the photo I just posted of the 8xa circuit you will see the words, "Increased coil length equally increases applied voltage level/amp restriction since induction/capacitance increases proportionally." Did any of you give these words a try and observe the results? More than likely the answer is no, right? as you are too cheap to build more than one coil size and test it in a manor that would give you a chance to see what these words are talking about. So to all of you these are just words that have no real meaning but for me I learned the meaning behind the words as there was a lesson to be learn here. The 8xa circuit is an easy circuit to make but it's old Meyer tech and since it has no dollar value you can make right now you don't waste your time with it. I took the time to learn this technology from the ground up through the foot steps of Meyer as he learned this technology. Sure I had to spend some money on something I could never sell but the lessons that needed to be learned from this sure was worth it. I think I made and tested at least 10 different size choke coils and from this I learned. When I felt I was ready to move back to the voltage intensifier circuits I did so and made all the progress I have shown you in figuring out how to get the high voltage to the load and not have it be trapped at the secondary coil. So when you see me post waveform shots like this know it took a long time to figure out how to get the high voltage to the load.

As these results didn't come easy as it took a lot of hard work dealing with older Meyer technology to be able to get this far. But the Nay Sayers told you these results are a dime a dozen but I have yet to see a single person show results like this. Then I get the question, "where is the gas production?" and when I answer it to the best of my abilities to do so the answer I give is rejected. But now it seems common knowledge that you need 1kv or more per resonant cavity to get this technology up and running correctly, hum... I wonder where that came from?
I have come to the conclusion that what you all really want is for someone to help you start a business with this technology. I just observe all of the competition going on and came to this conclusion. You aren't wiling to work for it and some have even rejected it when it was freely given to them.
This year is going to prove interesting as I have a lot planned for this year and if all works as planned it will be a year to remember. -

And you would be yet another enemy of the technology to add to the list? Where to you people come from? What True Green Solutions is doing right now is trying to bring this technology to the people that need it most. The technology was not easy to gain enough understanding of to be able to duplicate it as you are well aware of. But since you like to go back 16 years let me see a single product that they have on the market for the people to buy. Just one company that is doing right by the people at trying to bring this technology to the market so that they can have access to it, can you show me one? I know of one but only one that is attempting to step up to the plate and build this technology for the many that simply can not build it for themselves even with a complete set up plans in their hands.
Who are these people that simply could not build this technology for themselves? Your mother, grandmother & grandfather, sisters, brothers, aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, and billions of people whom you don't know. How are they to be able to get access to this technology unless someone steps up to the plate and builds it for them in a manor that the technology is completely safe for use? The arrogance of you people is simply astounding at times along with your stupidity but I guess they come hand in hand. Why are you so adamant at preventing this technology from coming out? Just who's payroll are you on, the oil companies, the coal companies, you tell me? As one thing is clear and that is you are not willing to support True Green Solutions mission to bring this technology out to this world so that automatically puts you on the side of those that don't want this technology to see the light of day as there are only two sides from which to be on. True Green Solutions with it's mission of "Ushering in the science of freedom" has many enemies and you are just one more to add to the list as a true supporter of the current system of energy enslavement. This post doesn't make any sense. Are you saying I posted a lie? All I did was share the results I am getting you all are the ones that took offense to it. I have plenty of eye witnesses of me putting a high voltage to the load at points D&E to include Moray King, Russ Gries, and a whole lot more. Sorry I didn't reach the ionization threshold back then but I still needed to figure a few things out in order to achieve the needed voltage to bring about the ionization of the atoms that make up the water molecules.
Just to be honest with you all that waveform has problems that I had to figure out and figure them out I did. Now it looks nice and smooth right from the start. Will I post such results? Not at a site that is totally hostile towards TGS attempting to bring the technology to the market place. Practically all of you here on this site are enemies to me and my company and could truly care less if the company swims or sinks. Most of you simply can't see the big picture as your minds are only about your own self interest. Take the KWS guy for example he makes post to show what exactly? From my standpoint I have no idea as he simply doesn't make any sense to me.
KWS makes a post as if there is a panel of judges out there that will determine who out there is worthy of this technology or not. To this individual it matters not all of the hard work I put into figuring out this technology as in his view I simply didn't earn it. Now when look up examples of people that do things by putting in the work required to get the job done they deserve it, but not to this enemy of the technology as he is stuck in La la land.
But more importantly what does it matter when it comes to just who will attempt to bring this technology to the market place? Do you want the world to have this technology or not!? Like I said there are only two sides to be on one is on the side of those that sell us energy enslavement and the other is those that sell us stuff so we can gain our energy independence. Sorry it had to be me but know that I put it in the work required to figure this technology out and trust me I failed many times along the way. But I wasn't afraid to fail and kept spending my money to improve upon the results I was getting. Like Russ I too have quite a large bone yard of failures but that is what it takes to get this technology up and working and yes I earned it the hard way by putting in the work by way of trial and error making use of the scientific and engineering methods. As it truly is just as Meyer said, the inventor has to be a loner and somewhat thick skinned as no one is willing to help but all so ready to hinder ones efforts to bring about a technology such as this as not many of you will show support of any kind just as Meyer said you would be doing. The responses I have gotten on this and many other sites is total proof that Meyer's words were words of wisdom and truth. The examples of his words being true are all around me just take an honest look in the mirror and look at all of your actions towards someone doing his best to bring this technology to the market place with nothing but ill wishes of failure and saying that I don't deserve it as it shouldn't be a person like me when you have no idea what type of a person I am other than the fact that I am a black Hebrew Israelite. That bible quote Meyer used comes from a book of the history of my people, yeah that's right my people are direct bloodline descendants of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob and from where I stand many of you have a big problem with that. -

Jealous people is really what this is all about isn't it? Those who are jealous of your success, who wish to be in your place and who wish that you lose the things that you have in order to be better than you is what I hear coming from all of these negative comments from you people. I showed a waveform getting 8.8kv to measurement points D&E and this success has turned out to too good for people to accept and caused them to become jealous of me.
A jealous person won’t come and tell you that he\she is jealous of you nor will they say it directly to one of their friends but instead their jealousy will appear in the form of hatred, resentment and gossiping.
Not to hurt their Egos jealous people will never say it directly but the envy they have towards you will spill out of their mouths in the form of non constructive criticism, rude treatment or disrespect for you. These actions I see in practically all of you.
I am not about to apologize for my successes as I know I put in the work in order to be successful with this technology. A long time ago I use to believe in open source and would share what I learned very openly. But after many would claim they came up with the ideas I would share less and less. Now I have totally given up on open source as all I see is competition which leads to jealousy which leads to resentment when some shows results that they themselves can't do. These people will then resort to lying to make themselves look better than those who's work they have become jealous of. In the spirit of competition they want to be first and if they have too lie, cheat, and steal to get there that's fine by them as it's only a means to an end that puts them on top.
I left open source as it's underlining mission clashes with my company's goals. As they consistently show a non-caring attitude towards their fellow man. Never do they see the big picture nor do they realize who's side they are on as they typically can't see past their own noses and/or self interest. They will reflect what they are onto others as it is a form of mental illness they have.
Now I have ask Steve to delete this thread as it only goes to show just how much open source has truly failed as it's mission has been hijacked thus it is a complete and otter failure towards it's original goals. -

Did you calculate the capacitance of your cells in series? how? what is your resonant frequencY ? Your capacitance? coils inductance and reactance at "resonnat action" (not resonance).

I do think that basic principles are being ignored.
1. To vibrate or stretch the molecules apart, the Mid-infrared spectrum is needed. That is the only thing that will get into the molecules. To accomplish this there are two ways. Infra-red emitting ceramic or a Yag laser. The laser, is ruled out because the power source is not part of the breakdown process. Which I will get into in a moment.
2. This leads us to another aspect. Heat - In playing around with infrared, you would soon realize that creating the infra red involves generating heat!.
We know that Electrolysis breaks the water apart. We know that heat is generated, we know that a double electric layer is formed on the plates, we know that once that layer is formed, more current is needed to break thru the layer to produce more gas, which produces more heat.
What to DO?. All of our efficiency is being lost as HEAT.
1. If I could recycle the heat back into the process, I could gain MORE efficiency.
2. If I could eliminate the Double Electric layer, I could increase efficiency.
3. If I could current limit the electronics, I could increase efficiency.
Double Electric Layer - A Resonant Cavity with water being pumped thru it, with gasses being produced, will create resonance at a certain pressure. This is not even debatable. It at least doubles production with straight DC, and also makes nano bubbles. So, with this in place, efficiency has been increased, because the double electric layer is being destroyed by the moving molecules, which also creates
particle impact.
Heat - Designing a cell with the use of an infrared emitting ceramic, in the 2-3um range will take the heat and convert it into IR. That IR will weaken the bonds even more, thus raising the efficiency. This is the only path "INTO" the molecules. Also, this part of the device should be heat sinked to the atmosphere!. Any "overunity" device would incorporate this technology.
Combined together with a resonant cavity (vibration) and a gated pulsing circuit. 100% efficiency should be realized. Resonance is in the breaking apart of the molecules (electronic), with the action of the water. (physical)
Forget Stan Meyer when it comes down to magically breaking water down with just voltage. The VIC is not designed to stop current leakage thru it. It is a thermostat, He even states that in his patent. Does the thermostat on the wall of your home generate the heat in your home. I think not!.
This is all about recycling energy. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

It seems Ronnie and I have a difference of opinion in that I am shooting for the benchmark voltage Meyer set for us being 1kv per resonant cavity and he I have no idea. Since the both of us don't share all that much we have no idea what each other is actually doing so for him to make a rant on the RWG about me just throwing volts at the water fuel capacitor he fails to understand that until we reach the benchmark voltage we can't see what Meyer was talking about. I am okay leaving him to his thoughts and wish he would would extend the same curtsy to me.
Since I understand the science behind the technology I understand that we are ionizing the atoms that make up the water molecules in order to get the molecules to simply fall apart once the atoms start to give up their electrons. The rules for ionization don't change when it comes to using electricity to ionize atoms, IE, high voltage potential difference and low amps. What changed in what Meyer was doing was the medium as water has far less resistance than air has. One day people will understand this easy to understand science but for now I guess they need to go back to school as they seem to have gaps in their learning. My whole focus was getting at the science behind the technology so I could see the whole picture as that is how I work best at problem solving so I play to my strengths. Once I understood the science behind the technology I was able to troubleshoot it far more effectively than before I understood the science behind the technology.
For me I have always been good at problem solving and troubleshooting. I recognize that I don't think like everyone else as I would solve problems far faster than most. I remember arriving at my new station while I was in the military and people playing jokes on me in that they gave the new SGT a couple of bays with trucks in them that had not worked in over nine months stuck in those bays. These trucks had problems they couldn't figure out and they had given up on them. It took me just two weeks to get those trucks out of my bays fixing what they said couldn't be fixed. Like what's happening to me with these forums they weren't happy that I fixed those trucks and got jealous of my abilities when it came to problem solving and troubleshooting. They would even tell me to slow my roll as I was making them all look bad again the same situation I face here in showing results no one else is even coming close to showing at this moment in time. But like I said this is not new ground to me as I have been here before in dealing with a lot of jealous people.
When I had gotten those vehicles out of my bays those same people who couldn't figure out what was wrong with those trucks in close to a years time had the nerve to tell me, "What took you so long." Mind you that it took me two weeks to get those trucks out of my bay which means I solved what they couldn't solve, ordered the parts, and installed them in two weeks time so it actually took me less than a week to figure out what was wrong with them. With Meyer's technology what has taken me so long is it has a lot of stumbling blocks one must over come along with figuring out the science behind the technology. The science part didn't take me all that long in that it took me around six years to understand it but the stumbling blocks did take a bit of time to discover as they go towards the core of the technology leading people the wrong way on purpose or out of ignorance of those that placed these stumbling blocks in our way.
This is to Ronnie, lets just agree to disagree, okay? You have what you think is a solution and I have what I think is a solution that is based on sound scientific principles by making use of the scientific and engineering methods. Best of luck to us both.

What TGS showed was only high voltage, large watts and tiny bubbles.

Ed, I have no problem agreeing to disagree with you, That's why I have keep most of what I know to myself. Anytime anyone expresses an opinion based on facts it only causes trouble in the community of Stan's Tech. I have always said to everyone that your Vic and Cell will work, You can ask anyone that I have talked to and they will confirm that I said it. It's just for a long time now I knew what your problem has been and keep it to myself until yesterday. I gave you and everyone what they are doing wrong over at RWG forum. You have more than enough voltage in your cell to get it to work, and that's all I been saying. You don't need to keep throwing voltage to it unless your trying to fracture the water. And you will never do that with a copper coil Vic and a Water Gap as wide as Stan's resonate cavity cells. You stated in the post above you are trying to ionize the atoms, and I agree with you 100%. But you will never ionize the atoms while they are in the form of a water molecule. You have to break the molecule first into hydrogen and oxygen in order to ionize those atoms. As long as the atoms are in the form of the water molecule you will never break them apart by throwing voltage at the water molecule unless your are trying to fracture the water molecule. Your biggest problem is your creating the polarization process and loosing it with the gate signal. The Gate signal is superimposed over the polarization voltage. All I ask is, Give it a try. Then come back and tell everyone I was wrong. That's the best I can do to agree to disagree. It's easy for you to do this, Just have Gunther to program the P-Gen to have offset control on the gate frequency for you. If it don't work out for you then it's a simple process to go back to what you were doing. Just keep this in mind, everyone will be trying it this way since i made it public, It's up to you if you want to try it or not. It don't matter to me either way if you do or don't.

Do you remember when I used Ris's books to prove I was correct about something? Right now I could do the same thing concerning Meyer's technology as science can explain how it all works. I even created new general theory based on the science behind this technology that are shown to be taking place in nature also as I found the examples that go along with the theory through observation. One shows the water being broken down by way of ionization the other by taking away the electrons from the atoms that make up the water molecules. Plus I have found a whole lot more things taking place in nature that prove the theory to be valid. Remember I am a man of science and one of my goals was to come up with a new theory for the science books.
I'll look into what you had said when I have completed my work on this as I have to get back to the Gas Processor once I am done with the Water Fuel Capacitor. One thing I want you to understand is Meyer himself says the working voltage of the resonant cavity is 1kv or more as those are not my words. Thus for an exciter array like mines it will take 10kv or more as I have them wired in series. Just allow me to reach this benchmark voltage Meyer set for us as then I will know for sure. Hopefully the new setup will reach 20kv or more being applied to the water fuel cell at measurement points D&E.
