You got that right Tony, their is a lot of information that is still out there that is not being shared, I know a few that is setting on information. Like you said they are well known people, I call them the elite people. But their is enough information from the estate files that was released to get this working. I was silenced for over 3 years and banned from a forum myself also a threat of a law suit, called a thief, So I know what all that's like. It's like I said in the post above, They may hold some documents from the mass of people, but the key to get this working is not in any of Stan's documents. They can build everything they are holding back from everyone, but until they learn the procedure of how to tune the coils and capacitors it's useless to them. I am doing my best to get this information out there to everyone. But I am doing it in a way that the mass of people get it first. It's a hard thing to do publicly because I know for a fact the elite has everything ready to go. I/We can beat the Elite at their own game one person at a time until we over power them. They may ban us from their forums and such but there is other communication they have no power over, and I use them a lot to help people. They can only see what I post in public on forums, but have no idea what I'm doing through other way's of communications. It's going to be a fun day when working cells start popping up on all these forums and the elites that has been holding back information is left out in the cold. I'm doing my part publicly and privately to see that this happens. The Mass will someday have control over all this if I have anything to do with it.
I love it when people say I don't have a working cell, It just makes me go turn it on and see if it still works or not. Who knows they may be right one of these days, I may go turn it on and it don't work. But so far it's not let me down yet.

Tony, correct me if I am wrong. Those drawings are for the water injector plug and not for the resonate cavity cell. Two completely different animals.

It's an effect that takes place. They are two ways to charge a capacitor, you can use the 5 time constants (period of time) that it takes to charge the capacitor and lump all 5 time constants into one pulse. Or you can use the the 5 time constants and 5 pulse and pump the capacitor charged using a 50% duty cycle, But you must have the frequency doubling effect in order to fill in for the off times of the 50% duty cycle with a pulse in order for it to look like one pulse of the same time. That's what Stan means by step charging.

I use a little different concept than Stan did, but still does the same thing. I put two coils on one set of cores and two coils on another set of cores.

Got one more shot, after tuning my coils a little more today, I got the full potential out of my VIC. Been running now fro over an hour now and everything is still running cold coils, transistors, ect. I think I will quit while I'm ahead. LOL

Here is something I'll share with everyone. Work toward this. It's only pulling .02 - .01ma  at 14 volts from the power supply to get this voltage.

Ed, I have no problem agreeing to disagree with you, That's why I have keep most of what I know to myself. Anytime anyone expresses an opinion based on facts it only causes trouble in the community of Stan's Tech. I have always said to everyone that your Vic and Cell will work, You can ask anyone that I have talked to and they will confirm that I said it. It's just for a long time now I knew what your problem has been and keep it to myself until yesterday. I gave you and everyone what they are doing wrong over at RWG forum. You have more than enough voltage in your cell to get it to work, and that's all I been saying. You don't need to keep throwing voltage to it unless your trying to fracture the water. And you will never do that with a copper coil Vic and a Water Gap as wide as Stan's resonate cavity cells. You stated in the post above you are trying to ionize the atoms, and I agree with you 100%. But you will never ionize the atoms while they are in the form of a water molecule. You have to break the molecule first into hydrogen and oxygen in order to ionize those atoms. As long as the atoms are in the form of the water molecule you will never break them apart by throwing voltage at the water molecule unless your are trying to fracture the water molecule. Your biggest problem is your creating the polarization process and loosing it with the gate signal. The Gate signal is superimposed over the polarization voltage. All I ask is, Give it a try. Then come back and tell everyone I was wrong. That's the best I can do to agree to disagree. It's easy for you to do this, Just have Gunther to program the P-Gen to have offset control on the gate frequency for you. If it don't work out for you then it's a simple process to go back to what you were doing. Just keep this in mind, everyone will be trying it this way since i made it public, It's up to you if you want to try it or not. It don't matter to me either way if you do or don't.

I wouldn't worry over it to much, It will find it's way down to everyone soon enough once the elite makes a buck off it. They think they are holding the key to all this, but the key is how to tune it so it will work.

I'll answer that for you X-Blade, This is not saying Tony is a prat of all this at all, But here is the answer. When the elite has something over the masses they can control the masses. It's no different than the elite having control over the money, If they can control the money they can control your life. But the best part about all this is, to find other ways to live your life without letting them control it, then they lose all control. It's kinda like when all the estate files came to life, they were hidden from the masses for a very long time also, due to the fact they thought they could get it to work and control the mass of people. But once they could not figure out how to use the valuable information, they sold it to some selected politicians to see if they could get it to work for them, once they couldn't get it to work, then and only then they gave it out to the mass of people to see if they could get it to work. But keep in mind they are always one step ahead of the mass of people. As you know the elite nor there politicians has yet to figure out the first batch of estate files that was released to the mass of people yet. This next batch will not be released until the elite has there chance of going through it and building it then passing it down to there politicians first. Then and only then when they fail to be able to use it, Just like the estate files, then it will be released to the masses to see if they can do anything with it. Again one step ahead just waiting for someone to give them what they need to stay ahead of the mass of people so they gain control once again. Also keep in mind that the elite that has all this information, has all this built already, They just need what it takes to make it work. Which is the tuning process. Without it, they have nothing but a pile of parts and pieces collecting dust just waiting for someone like you or me to give them what it takes to make it work. My advice is if you get it to work, do as the elite and there politicians has done, but in reverse share it with the masses of people in a way that the elite and their politicians gets it last. Then and only then the Masses of people has the control over the elite and their politicians.

P.S. Keep an eye out for the politicians, the elites make money off them by selling the information to them. Then and only then the information is filtered down or leaked from the politicians to the mass of people if they can't get it to work. The elites always wins they make money off their politicians. You can bet your bottom dollar the mass of people would not get any of this information if the elites or their politicians could get it to work first. If you want to see a real pissedoff politician, Just let one of the people from the mass get it to work and not share it with them, they can't stand it when they have been beaten at there own game, that they and the elite played on the mass of people.
