Tgs i changed my water to 0ppm water i had here... and i got 6kv on 6 cells in series... measured across the cells with the differential probe... only few few bubbles appear... the 6kv come in the form of a peak...was consuming from 160 to 200w
i would post scopeshots if its worth -

I´m looking for start a reaction that if started theoretically will generate endless amounts of gas... i´m nor really worried now about efficiency... i´m looking for breaking the molecule!
more specifically turning off the covallent force of the molecules in bulk
i was cosidering if i had some sort of laser superimposed on the electrical polarization process could be just enough for doing that... thats because a laser is able to do a fast transistion for the oxygen orbital electrons in the way my theory requires..
if i was able to i would already input killowatts of power... to see what comes
the problem is that is already very hard to get this levels of rms power..

With your setup if you balance the B+ and B- voltages you will get a very high voltage being applied to your exciter array but it will not be the same way Meyer did it. They must be kept within 20 volts of each other at all times, its a been there done that sort of thing. You really need to increase your primary turn count twenty times or more from what you are using right now.
Your transformer is going to get really hot so placing it in a cool oil bath will help you out a lot; http://www.electrical4u.com/transformer-insulating-oil-and-types-of-transformer-oil/ When I had my setup like yours it would actually start to boil the oil so keep an eye on the temps so you don't burn through the wires insulation.
And just so you know with your set up your going to need to reach 11kv before you reach the threshold for ionization. So don't listen at all to those like X-Blade as they have no idea how this technology actually works still thinking it has something to do with Faraday style electrolysis.

How about a little help, I need to switch a capacitor voltage like this synchronous to an ac line ,how would I go about it with the electronics??? The maximum voltages are irrelvant I just want to switch their voltages like this they don't have to be equal.attachment_14515 capv.png

Not sure if you are talking to me or not as I don't remember talking to you, but in Meyer's technology that is what the blocking diode is for as it will switch on and off just as you drew up. As for finding something to switch like that I can't be of help to you there, okay?
As far as the maximum voltage being irrelevant and the B+ and B- voltages not needing to be equal you are wrong about that as this technology will require a different type of ratio being that we will be needing a voltage per amount of water breakdown ratio as that is how this technology works. This is letting voltage do the work just at I stated in the 2013 Global BEM video for ionization is the key to breaking the bonds of the water molecules with this method of water decomposition.

I was talking to fabio but what is the meyer's blocking diode?? I don't need it to make hydrogen yet , I need it to make electromagnetic motors and propulsion devices, test the formulas I've come up with.
maybe I can make some experiment with hydrogen but how can I make this waveform?? What kind of electronics will I need , can anybody draw a schematic? Did meyer give a schematic for this waveform?
