Meyer was not completely honest in his demonstration devices.
The Independant Evaluation Test Report showed 40Amps load on alternator Setup and 12,5v applied voltage. In my opinion that "applied voltage potential" refers to the applied voltage of the alternator field.
And if we run the math of the plate demo cell we can see that MMW is lower than faraday 100% efficiency

Maybe because there is photograthic evidence and videos of his (Meyer) devices, but in the other hand, there is no proof that all of these inventions worked.

I believe that Meyer copied the Faraday's Law of Electrolysis...

Can it be the explanation for "tuned into dielectric constant of water" claim?

Searching about dielectric constant measurements and definition i found this article:

"The resonance method of determining the dielectric constant of a specimen (A4 Paper) "

It is valid for a lot of dielectric elements such as WATER.

I uploaded a video with an easy to build variable inductor for experimentation (single coil).

My version varies from 200uH to 5mH just for experiment (of course that more wraps will change the range).

My own design of variable inductor for Stanley Meyer Water Fuel Cell experiments. Easy to build.
This one goes from 200uH to 5mH

Partlist:
- 1x 20mm ferrite rod with 9.5mm or 10mm diameter (old radio AM coil)
- 1x transparent tube for fit ferrite into coil (13mm outter diameter and 10mm inner)
- 1x VD tube (the electrical white tubes) for coil former
-  Insulation tape
-  Lots of enamelled wire
-  Patient (lol)

What do you think?

- @ aprox 62.4khz, 100us interval between pulse trains
- 2 chokes (b+ 4H, b- 1.3H)
- transformer made from TV flyback (pri=8T. (80uH, sec. 800mH aprox 700T.)
- Vin 50V
- Amps: 0.1

Smallbtiny bubbles appearing.

When we fall about 2KHZ waveform almost desapear, rising up the same behavior.

Anyone saw this strange effect? Only can get it with transformer closing the circuit.

This is the second time i saw this, but rarely i can replicate this strange effect.

The waveform is sinusoiodal when we change the scope time to zoom in.

I got my own generator it is called Arduino Nano xD

I wrote a code that you select the frequency, number of pulses per train and interval between them from microseconds to milliseconds.

Thats only an 16x2 LCD, an  arduino nano v3, pushbutton and an rotary encoder.

This is to kill some disinformation that water capacitor cant charge with direct electrodes to water. Each pulse of train voltage rises to some limit that maintain the maximum level when you apply more pulses per train, only that.
Ed (TGS) started immediatly throwing "sh*t to the fan" and got it back, as expected.

Resonant cavities may have dielectric medium inside, and obviously act as RC oscillator

Where is the calculation of the resonant cavity? do you even know any principle about what it is and how it works?

I will continue my research by myself offline without "interferences" of the "smart" men like TGS.
