It seems like this is the next way to go , RF and reactance and all the impedance stuff only happens with AC . I am past the VIC with diode at this point .

This is not what puharich or Stephen was doing .
Reactance only happens with not-DC. Not only AC but also pulsed DC obviously. And impedance matching is just optimizing a circuit for minimal losses and maximum power or ruling out waveerrors in cables (reflexion and so on).

i think it's of course possible, but the losses due to the much too high voltage are enormous. it's simple current electrolysis, but both hydrogen and oxygen are produced at the electrodes which is not the case with dc.

okay i read the patent, very interesting that a car manufacturer has a system nearly identical to stan meyers.

- low power decomposition, low current, high voltage (decomposition explained with electromagnetic waves, noteable: negative voltage (electrons)!)
- sharp voltage spikes again (this time triangular, not gated)
- 400Hz from a 50Hz powersource, easily done, to minituarize the transformer which then steps the voltage up to 1500V
- semiconductor to inhibit current (various ways to do that, they use material, jnaudin uses insulation spray, stan uses his amp inhibit circuit)
- flat surface of the electrodes to ensure that the gas bubbles aren't sticking to the surface
- heating the water "activates" it (?)
- change electrodes from time to time so that no material is wasted

The theory on pulsed electrolysis:

This, you all can test.
Take a waterfuelcell and hook it up to a pulsing circuit (even Dankie's circuit would work... ;) )
The whole idea is that you get more amps into the wfc compared towards strait DC.
So how is that gonna happen?

Set your circuit on like 160Hz. duty of 40 or 50%
Put an ampmeter in serie with your wfc.
Now, measure the amp pulses. If you look carefull, you will notice that you see high amp pulses (example 10 amps by 10V)
If you compare that with strait DC on 10V, you will see a lower amperage, like 6 amps.

That is the theory i could find on this, sofar. I do see this effect and it is explanable.

But if you have 50% dutycycle that's as effective as 5 Amps DC. 10Amps * 0,5 = 5A effective

Just watched a documentary about water (in german unfortunately), it was very interesting. among various inventors and scientist it featured this man, whose invention is on the market for quite some time now and used in many russian hospitals.

notice the "unipolar" among other interesting things.

when i had my tubecell it measured in the megaohm range even with water. need that for a good Q value.

to all you guys with cells out there, how much amps straight-dc does a cell draw when immersed in clean tapwater?
please put your past results in here along with the volts. thanks.  :)

most people published everything they did here, but as you can see no one (not many?) had success with splitting water via voltage and moved on. The forum is full of threads about other peoples' work.
I don't mean for this to be a blog, can I pulse a inductor straight from my function generator #10 copper insulated wire 150 turns around magneticish core 4ohms resistance. Can I just pulse the base of a transistor or do I need to make a simple isolation circuit? Does anyone have a schematic with values? Thanks, Rami.
It depends on the function generator and the power draw of the inductor.
But most likely you'll switch it through a MOSFET, the gate is connected to the function generator.

Depends on the container you use?  ???  Also you can use the universal gas law to detemine the temperature at a given volume and pressure, you want to be below the burn temperature obviously.

He's talking about scalar waves and their influence on water. Then he's talking about his institute where he is developing projects for the industry, they did a project on water and the conversion of water to HHO.  Then a bit about efficiency of electrolysis and getting up the efficiency of the conversion, he's talking about high voltage electrolysis which seems to have a worse efficiency factor then standard electrolysis, but they do research on new technologies and on-demand electrolysis.
could be meyer technology, but he doesn't go into detail.

there is also the honda patent where they also use high voltage spikes to split water in the middle between the plates (no electrolysis), and there are others i guess...

everyone uses another way to restrict amps while having high voltage, honda uses semiconductors, stan used the vic and so on ...
i dont think it matters how you do it, as long as you get the high voltage spikes at a relatively high frequency to hit the water.

wow this is such a simple idea, no current, high voltage and no expensive stainless steel, no amp inhibit circuit needed, wow!

Everything of this book has been very enlightening to me, so many things he knew and he wrote that in 1900! He seems to have thought just about everything the energy industry is researching on today - better batteries, water, wind, geothermal, chemistry and even free energy. and he lived until the 1940s!!
