   I dont agree with unclefester , I dont think water is a waste of time,  it can be energized with a good joe cell and kill cancer , it can be filtered to drink  . You can destabilize it and run rockets with it or create massive heat .
   
   I like Hydrogen and water .
   
   This guy is just an advanced replicator with  access to expensive tools , he does not even understand the PLL .
   
   They are much better experimenters on this site unclefester .

   wow this is such a simple idea, no current, high voltage and no expensive stainless steel, no amp inhibit circuit needed, wow!
   i'll build one in the semester holidays.

   i know the dimensions are small, but that is just for verifying the theory. there cannot be current with this apparatus!
