Not sure if the you commented me adriantek i´m no judge i was just telling you how i feel about stan... TGS has his belief and i have mines... i´m just trying to make of this relationship the better it can be..
TGS i will do some scope shots to show you.. but i will ask one more time what is your noise level pulsing the differential probe both leads at 1kv amplitude and maybe at 10khz... just to know if how much noise i get is normal... i get more than 200v on the 2000x noise in that condition for me its not going to help anyway... i did a cage to shield and try get the right measurements.. how about you?
how you put 10kv there and get no interference?
TGS you talk about using this equipment but its error is essential to know what you did, in the scientific world if you give me a measurement and not the precision of your measurement it is totally not useable... To get a real measurements you must make tables and include the propagation of the errors and all...
so i ask once again what is your precision? at least noise level? so we know we can compare apples to apples like you say.

I already told you I don't have any noise problems with the differential probes that I use as they are working perfectly for me. I don't talk about percent error on forms like these as the people on these forums simply aren't up for that level of science. Most of the time I am within plus or minus 3% with anything that I do and the differential probes I have are all plus or minus 2% so the numbers I show and/or talk about are good.
When it comes to the things I build most of the time I am within plus or minus 0.002% inches. On the exciter array the space gap between the resonant cavities are within plus or minus 0.0005 inches. I take great care to build things or have them made to some very high standards.
In forums like these what is needed most is some form of standardization as we have too many people running about comparing apples to oranges and oranges to melons there is no standardization to be found here. People don't even have the right equipment to view this technology correctly and they tend to also force what they believe onto their experiments instead of listening to what their experiments are trying to teach or show them. Mostly they don't like hooking up the leads to the capacitor as it will show some really low voltages being applied to their water fuel capacitors and they don't want to be made fun of like they like to make fun of everyone else so they cheat and put the probes someplace else where they can see some high voltage. All this cheating really does is hold their work back as they aren't being honest with themselves nor are they being honest with the group as they are in full competition mode and and when someone like me comes around and shows 8.8kv being applied to a water fuel capacitor and if they hook up their probes to the same place are only getting 5-12 volts to their cells they get mad.
They don't ask how did I do it, what am I doing differently than what they are doing, and thus far have been totally rude and demanding towards me and some even racist. I remember Russ finally reaching 1kv and the crowd when mad but then I said to myself, "Wait a minute, I showed over 4kv more than a year before he reached 1kv and all I got was childish behavior, disdain, envy, and a bunch of smack talk for my doing so." I showed scope shots of 8.8kv being applied to the exciter array and again all I get is the worse people have to offer as it seems no one has anything good to say.
Massive and I uncovered the science behind the patents and it was completely ignored in this forum. I don't have much hope for these Open Source forums as they are not about sharing, learning, and comparing each others work but all about competition and ego worship constantly looking for pats on the back, and putting down anyone's work that seems to be getting far better results than they are getting.
Look at all the examples I give of Meyer telling us how the technology works and they just turn around and attack the messenger. I post what the electrical polarization process is in Meyer's own words and they still attack the messenger. I show Meyer himself telling us he is ionizing the atoms that make up the water molecules to break the bonds of the water molecules and again they attack the messenger. Are you seeing a pattern here as I know I sure am. From what I can see they simply do not want this technology despite saying that they do. They aren't willing to perform experiments, get the right tools for the job, or do anything in a standardized way.
What makes me qualified to be a judge they ask?, and the answer is "experience" as I have been there and done that. Right away I got the right tools for the job so that I could see just what was being applied to the water fuel capacitor. I didn't argue with the tools but just used them so I could observe the experiments and ask questions on what I was observing in real time. I set up a laboratory note book so that I could write what I was observing down and ask and answer questions about those notes of my observations. I used engineering principles when designing things so that I could improve things if I found a problem(s) that warranted a total redesign. I have a lot of experience with this technology and finally I have the science behind the technology. -

If you can prove even 1 LPM (wich is less than a fart btw) things may go a little better ...round here.I along with at least most others have very little faith in that 1 LPM claim you have.Its pretty petty to have to try and get such a great scientist to prove a mere 1 LPM, do you concur?

Here is a scope shot showing it work good at 60Hz at channel blue 2, both probes are connected to 360vpp line also the probe at the first channel so we know what is the peak...
so if the signal is peak to peak 360vpp and it gets 1,6vpp noise or error in the differential signal this mean an error of 0,44%
the problem really seems when it gets to higher frequency... i think i can try adding a potentiometer to one of the leads and try to trim out this..
another thing is that i needed to couple the probe with AC otherwise it will show a dc bias over that apear as a noise in measurement and this is about more or less from 550 to 650mv at 200x division ... and 450mv at 2000x division... independent of the where the probes are connected or not
Do you noticed it does your probe show this behavior or not getting to zero volts if not connected to nothing using dc coupling of the channel?
i know it seems a stupid question.. but may help me know if mine is working well...
so do you couple it to the oscilloscope using the dc mode or ac and if dc does it show zero when not connected to measure but turned on ?

well a 3 % error would mean that if you have 100vpp you already get 3v of noise?
and if you have 10000v you get what 300v? so how do we know if this is just miscalibration or if is a real voltage at the cell my friend?

300v appearing here could mislead totally what you are seeing as the waveforms also will get distorted out of it..
the probe seems to be working just fine but if we could get around on this problem it would be a perfect probe!
maybe small difference in the wires who knows..

I'd say turn your differential probe back in as you got a bum one. As I told you I don't get any noise and 2% error is what the probe I have is rated at. I set it on AC for the oscilloscope as that is what is coming out of the VIC going to the exciter array. It's a modified AC wave but it is AC none the less complete with a B+ and a B- voltage as per what Meyer talks about in his lecture videos and patent information. So when I show a scope shot of 8.8kv that is plus or minus 176 volts of that reading which is a good reading of the voltage that I show is high voltage. At 9.4kv the reading is good for plus or minus 188 volts so no matter what I am above 9000 volts of potential difference being applied to the plates of the exciter array.
Meyer says a cell of my size needs 10kv or more to work correctly so that is what I am shooting for. A cell your size will require 11kv or more according to the information Meyer gives us for it to work correctly. Only when we have reached these voltage levels being applied to the water fuel capacitor can we say Meyer was telling the truth or not with integrity. Not high voltage being applied to the choke but high voltage being applied to the load which is the water fuel capacitor with a resistance of Re according to what Meyer shows us in the patent information. If the transformer you make can't handle the load it will not send any high voltage to the exciter array. This is a problem most faced before I showed high voltage being applied to the exciter array at the 2013 Global BEM as when they hooked up their probes to the exciter array they would only see 5-10 volts being applied to the load. Then comes along Max, Ronnie, and me showing that you can put a high voltage to the load. Then Russ finally crossed the 1kv mark with Ronnie's help, Outlawstc with Max's help, and several others with my help. We all still have work to do but at least we are all getting high voltage to the load. We may not agree on many things but we all hook up our probes to the same place to take our readings from so we can compare to each others work as we all have apples.
Right now from what you have told me about your work you are getting 15kv at the chokes but need to figure out why this voltage isn't making it to the load. Just so you don't waste any more money I will tell you that your transformer turn ratio is way off and you should adjust it to the same or nearly the same as what Meyer's is which is around 1:3 to 1:8 as any higher and the transformers can't take the load the exciter array places on them. I have already told you that the secondary and the chokes need to have the same turn count and have shown you just how to wire everything up correctly, at least I think I have, plus a whole lot more.
Now this waveform isn't mines but note he does have a B+ and a B- voltage being applied to the plates of the exciter array and is in the kv range. His voltages aren't balanced as the B+ and B- voltages need to be close to being equal as you can get but it is workable.

Here is yet another person showing a B+ and a B- voltage being applied to his water fuel capacitor. Again the voltages aren't as balanced as they could be but it is workable and "we" can compare notes as we have brought apples to apple hill.

This is to kill some disinformation that water capacitor cant charge with direct electrodes to water. Each pulse of train voltage rises to some limit that maintain the maximum level when you apply more pulses per train, only that.
Ed (TGS) started immediatly throwing "sh*t to the fan" and got it back, as expected.

He has no potential voltage it's all positive. That is what I keep trying to point out to him he only has a B+ voltage and no B- voltage. The voltage is no more than 24-50 volts if that. He is so far away from what Meyer is doing he might as well make a new patent.
I pointed out just what Meyer says about needing an equal B+ and B- voltage trying to help him and lead him out of the ditch but he likes being in the ditch getting pats on the back for doing absolutely nothing near to what Meyer was doing. I show him others that are also getting good results since the sight of my work offends him but it seems all of our work offends him be it Don Gable, Outlawstc, Max Miller, Ronnie, Neal, Russ, and anyone else getting similar results as it doesn't matter we all suck in his book.
He ask a question, "Am I on the right way?" and doesn't like the answers he is getting. Reading this tells us we need both a B+ and B- voltage to get the electrical polarization process to take place. And for those that don't like what Meyer named this process tough as he gave his life for this technology so show some respect!

I got my own generator it is called Arduino Nano xD
I wrote a code that you select the frequency, number of pulses per train and interval between them from microseconds to milliseconds.
Thats only an 16x2 LCD, an arduino nano v3, pushbutton and an rotary encoder.

This is the pulse generator I use that sends programmable pulses to the primary coil:
