A moving electrical charge produces a circumferential magnetic field. When a charge moves axially through a coil, the charge's magnetic field is parallel to the windings. This will not produce an output from the coil, whose windings must be cut by the flux. Getting current from the coil requires a different geometry, such as shown, for example, in Figure 1a of patent #3,196,296. This demonstrates conclusively that Stan's EPG circuit does not use ionized gas.
I think what he meant by EPG was an electrically powered particle generator, with the particles being magnetic.
I still have difficulty with the fact that Stan was using other gasses then the ones you can get out of water....
His gasses were magnetic, passing through wire pickup coils. (A MAGNETIC Particle Generator). My proposal involves electrified gasses from water, passing through electrostatic charge coupling rings. I'm not sure a coil would register a static charge.
I just tested a 1.5 V adaptor plug transformer. This should produce 9.6 kV when reverse wired. It does make a decent hV spark, even with a current limited primary. I should have time to check the bubble quantity in a few days.
Having charged ions inside the bubbles is an important part of it. This doesn't happen with normal electrolysis. My electrode with baffles added produces bigger bubbles which shoot upwards, zipping back and forth at certain points. This tells me the bubbles are charged. Another part of it which is just as important is increasing bubble production.
I've found out that I can run a MOT at 5.8 Watts on the power meter. I use the same current limiting capacitors (7 Mfd) as before in series with one input wire. This makes about the same number of bubbles. But switching the caps for a much larger value, then a 60 W light bulb doesn't make a bit more. More milli Amps doesn't make more bubbles. So I'll see if it's voltage related by using some other little transformers for 3.5 kV and 12 kV. Current limited, of course.
I'm starting to think this is a pretty good idea. The Miliken charged water drop apparatus can build up a substantial charge sending drops through a single ring. Using a large number of rings in tandem with charged bubbles could rapidly accumulate a usable amount of energy. It's just a question of how many rings each bubble has to pass through to provide enough milli Amps to generate a new bubble in an appropriate amount of time. Or it could be wired up to output a series of pulses, rather than for accumulating a heavy charge.
A hit crew recently moved into my neighborhood, the next house down the street. They have an imaging transmitter which pinpoints my precise location. This produces high frequency field energy. This energy, over a period of time, constitutes a bio hazard, but it's transmitted constantly, even while I sleep. If I sit in my car very long, my feet and legs turn bright red. (It's parked by my bus, where my workshop is). Two days ago, one of my big cats died, with no sign of physical trauma, after sleeping on top of the well grounded metal freezer cabinet.
I spent a lot of years refusing to do anything with my Space Drive equipment, just to keep THEM happy. So now they're going to take me out anyway? I may as well go public with my discoveries.
Does the rate at which the water molecules are shaken have an effect on how long the water capacitor takes to discharge? Do the molecules continue vibrating after the pulses are switched off?

I've seen a taillight like that, too. Their symbol is most common on the Masonic ring. But you're right, only you can sort through what's going on. There's likely to be details you haven't mentioned, and I certainly won't comment about the men popping into your house. Just remember you're not the only one being harassed. And you're correct in wondering by who?
A bi-filar coil has an output which contains two different phases. The phase angle depends on the relative lengths of the two windings. With both wires the same length, the phases are at 180. The output wire could keep on winding, by itself, until that wire is, for instance, a quarter wavelength longer than the input wire which is wrapped side by side throughout its shorter length. Nikola's patent shows the outer wire extending an extra 90 degrees around the perimeter, but this doesn't necessarily give rise to a 90 degree phase difference in the signal. That wire could wrap on around a couple of times, or more, depending on the desired phase variance, and the overall wire lengths.
When both wires have the same length, running the single wire output through a full wave rectifier will double the intensity of the potential. Or a single LED on the output will chop the bottom of the phases, leaving the same biphasic frequency. (With a DC offset, both complete phases will pass through the cell).
The effect the phase variance has depends on the substance. A given substance will require a characteristic phase angle. If all you want is a longitudinal wave, use 90 degrees. Then each molecule will experience a field which compresses, then expands, as each wave passes.

Here's a thought: anything which gives off Longitudinal Energy experiences a recoil, due to environmental reaction. Why not suspend one of the LEDs from a plumb bob tether, pulse the Tesla coil, and see if the plumb bob moves a detectable amount. If it doesn't, then either your measurement isn't sensitive enough, or there ISN'T any LE.
I think the best part, besides getting the bubbles, is that you discovered LEDs work as high frequency diodes. I wonder if the circuit can be powered with rf from an antenna.

I don't think the circuit has to be confirmed; it's basically an energy harvesting circuit with Stan's inductor added in. But I am working on it. What I'll try is one wire from a CFL.
hi I do not think that the electron will or can ever get into the Proton of the hydrogen atom, ie inside the proton is three Quarks held in place by glucon I think it is called. you can get the electron out of the orbit of the proton. I make atomic hydrogen plasma .
I recently found out that there's something called a 'pseudo neutron' which is an electron sticking to a proton. Apparently, the electron doesn't have to be inside the proton to neutralize the Coulomb Barrier and allow a fusion reaction which produces, for instance, deuterium. The right conditions exist in a Plasmoid, which is a special type of plasma. IF hydrogen CAN form a Plasmoid, all you need is the right kind of circuit to produce it, which is what I've shown.
Electron Volts can be used to express the energy of particles other than electrons, for example, neutrons, bowling balls, and satellites. EV's can also be converted to velocity. It may be that a charged water molecule, traveling with a velocity which matches one of Stan's photoelectron values, would produce the impact dissociation. If this velocity is less than the speed of sound in water, then that could be the key to resonance.
My copy of that magazine is in storage and I don't currently have hold of it. It can probably be found in a searchable data base associated with the Library of Congress, or maybe somewhere else on the Internet. But the tablature was simple enough. It was the treble cleff, with a black circle in the first three spaces, up from the bottom, one above the other. Each circle had a slanted line going up to the right, and the ends of these lines were connected by a vertical line. Normally, this would indicate three eighth notes played simultaneously. Still, the proof is in the puffin' (as they used to say on the Grand ole Opry). It is possible to play three strings at the same time on a violin. You can even play all four strings at once by taking the hair off the bow, turning the bow upside down under the strings, then replacing the hair, over the strings. You can also play one note, then another, while continuing to hold the first one. I don't know how this would be indicated on tablatur, but If you hear the riff in person, the notes sound sequential, with the overtones coming together to form a spherical surface which is a few times larger than the violin. If you're within a few feet, at least some of the sound seems to come from the surface in the air, rather than the instrument itself.
The magazine didn't say how Keely played the notes, only that he "played three notes on a violin" and this launched the cannon ball. Keely's tablature drawing showed what the three notes were - F, A, and C. What wasn't shown was the order the notes were played in. The reason I know is because I once heard an old time fiddler play the riff, and observed the effect. (1951). Back in those days, tricks like that were passed around and handed down. Somewhere, some fiddler must have heard what Keely did, and shared it.
For what it's worth, it only takes two notes to cause a longitudinal pulse to condense. A longer, faster baseline overtaking a shorter, slower one. Or you can use four or five frequencies. Pulse length is always equal to or greater than four pi times pulse width. Keely may have found that he needed three notes for the pulse to be long enough to effectively launch the mass of the bowling ball. And that's why you might not be able to use just the 42.8 kHz, even if it were the active harmonic component of the overall pulse. When Puharich did his hole punching experiment, through the ceiling and the roof, his test tube setup was producing the key frequency. But he also had a couple other frequencies mixed in, as a standing wave, trying to produce sedimentation.
Recently we learned that the Water Disrupting Spark Plug promoted around 1994 by Stan Meyers was in fact suggested to him by Dale Pond at a conference in Switzerland back in 1989. The idea was you should be able to use Keely's 42.8khz emitted from a spark plug to instantly dissociate the water molecule to hydrogen and oxygen which would then be exploded to drive the piston.
Keely gave a public demonstration in which he placed two drops of water in a cannon, then caused them to explode, launching a cannon ball. He did this with sound, not an electrical spark.
He had a wire running to the cannon from a metal sphere, and this wire conducted longitudinal sound waves to the water. This happened when he played three consecutive notes on his violin. They were the the first three open notes on the treble clef - C, A ,F - in descending order. (I've seen a picture of the tablature, in Keely's own handwriting, and I've heard the sequence played with proper cadence). It would be difficult to do this with a sparkplug. Keely's metal Dynasphere contained a number of metal tubes having resonant lengths. Properly timed sounds interacted to form a pulse whose surface had the same size as that of the sphere. This compound frequency sonic pulse was then carried by a wire, to the cannon.
The 42.8 kHz, by itself, isn't going to work.

edit: If you want to try doing this electrically, at the very least you'll need to incorporate a delay line into the circuit, to facilitate pulse formation. Edwin Gray used a delay line which was just a coiled up 50 foot extension cord.
In my mind, this still seems like a possibly feasible approach to low energy fusion. My own research in this area is ongoing, and there's no point in belaboring the concept until I can do another test, and get some spectroscopic output.
The electron in a Hydrogen atom doesn't orbit the nucleus in the normal sence. It's position is based on statistical probability. Nothing says it has to be in adjacent positions from one moment to the next. Some of the higher orbitals are even split between two non connected regions, with the electron able to jump from any point to any other point in either region, from moment to moment. Sometimes, the electron's position is inside the proton itself. In this case, fusion makes the electron's charge neutralizing internal position permanent, allowing two Hydrogen ions to produce a Deuterium nucleus, with one proton and one neutron.
Regardless of the electron's shielding position in a given reaction, presence of ionizing radiation prevents the ions from reverting to normal atoms.
Also, this 'e-cat' (electron catalysis) should not be confused with Rossi's 'E-cat', which stands for Energy catalysis. (This was his Cold Fusion reactor which supposedly converted a manufactured synthesized Nickle isotope into Copper).
Why no one wants to deal with nuclear fusion which is in my opinion the only real free energy source, our Sun does it 24/7, there's nothing impossible about nuclear fusion, the only difficulty is in making a machine which can simulate the same conditions and fields as the sun,
We also have something called electron catalysis. When an electron comes between a proton and some other positive particle, the Coulomb Barrier is cancelled out. Neither high temperature nor extreme pressure is then needed for colliding particles to fuse. These electrons are found in low energy neutral plasmas which are flame like.
With this configuration the coil is in parallel with the capacitive cell, so they'll act as a tank circuit. This means, at resonance the potential will rise and fall, becoming zero at some point in each cycle. However, the water molecules are also non local capacitors and they should retain some amount of polarization since the applied signal is broken by a spark (in the switch). The collapsing spark produces spikes which are not resonant, and additive.
