Corona wire tests with a candle flame indicate the flame does have a charge.  Normally, DC corona wind blows the flame.  But when the flame is centered between two opposing magnets, the flame is pulled towards the corona wire.  This is a fairly strong effect.  One of the magnets got hot and lost most of its field, so it might be best to use a coil around the fire.  This will separate charges towards the outside of the flame and at the center.  Any current produced by the flame could be fed through the coil.  Efficiency might still need to be addressed and, perhaps, improved.

How about using the magnet in combination with steel or iron bar / plate who has some length?
The steel will become magnetic, but the magnet it self will not be in the hot zone...

I tried today to get my candle burning, but after 2 attempts with backfire, i must say that the amount of gas produced is not enough.
I need more of these little buckets with koh and alu, and connect the output together.
Maybe that way i can start as well with catching electrons...

I agree.  And the length and diameter of the feedback tubes would have to be tuned to the flow rate velocity to maintain a precise output frequency.  It might be better, at first, to build the diode version, without feedback, then use an inverter with the output DC?

If this works well enough, we can get our $300,000 by building and selling these units.  No one likes the noise from a piston engine driven generator.

This looks like something which can be 3D printed, using the right kind of ink.  Like transformer laminate varnish, a high temperature insulator made from alumina, magnesium oxide (Milk of Magnesia), iron oxide, and sodium silicate (automotive stop leak).  Of course, the electrodes would have to be installed manually.

I think that you are the only one knowing about this plasma diode. Whatever i google, i find nothing.
Ok, not the proces you describe, but i find related info.
What i learned from my own tests is that the flame of HHO is very conductive.
So, there are electrons in there and ions in the flame....


update:
I got my stuff for my next test on this.
Its simple, but good enough to see if i can filter the water, if i can use a second copper electrode so i can directly create electricity (battery)
etc etc...

i checked some of those cheap gensets and no one delivered the promised kwh...

My calculations are an example, btw.
In my case and in most ideal situation.
I dont know what you guys will get per kwh and i dont know what you pay for alu and naoh or koh...
For me, even if the costs where double triple etc it would make loads of money....

That's a good idea Steve, about adding a filtration system.  The waste alumina could be sold to the recycle company, to pay for the electrolyte and then some.

Where I live in the US, a kWh costs 11 cents and the utility company is required to buy co-generated energy.  They want $30,000 to extend the power lines out to my place, although I could buy another property which is on grid for the same amount, or less.  I think you're on to something.

Tektrical, you name the left overs Alumina. Thats the restproduct of aluminium and oxygen.
I read that alumina can be melted back into aluminium?

Good luck with making decisions...30,000 usd is a lot of money.
Power cables are expensive as well, if you want to buy that other property, and extend the power to your current house.

I thought, i should be more then capable to create my own aluminium naoh/koh hydrogen generator.
I must say that this test run, surprised me positive.
The aluminium consumption and koh consumption is not very high, and the hydrogen H2 is good.
I need some time to think this idea thru, component wise....
I´m using HCL and aluminum to generate H2 for filling balloons sometimes for the beer business..

My plan is to use this H2 to test with the generator i got last year... and perhaps being able to excite the gas somehow ...

In my country i pay 14 cents for 1kwh.
If i sell, then i get 7 cents......

The bigger the better......meaning bigger are more efficient, as far as i can tell from my engine hho tests......

It looks like that the aluminium testprobe is loosing mass.
That part i understand.
The thing is that the water is getting dark and i also see that the reaction is getting less after some hours.
So, i think that the KOH in the water is getting oxydised or consumed.....

Yes, the opportunity might be real.
So, what i did today, is that i took a testprobe of alu and submerged it into water (reversed osmose) with some KOH.

Here are some short video's i took. Maybe you can follow my thinking here.
The first video is of course the start. After 1 minute, hydrogen starts to occure.
The two other videos are taken 5 minutes after eachother and after the start video.
It looks like to me that the proces is pretty stable, depending on pH levels, and water temperature.

If you want to save my life please explain why. If been working with pure hydrogen(H2) it's a friendly gass to work with.

Ok, serious. We all know that splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen is dangerous in the first place.
Hydrogen with oxygen or HHO is very explosive and putting that combi under pressure is deadly. Simple as that.
However...
I have personally worked with H2 under pressure. I had the pleasure to buy 1 bottle for my tests years ago.
Having said that, Leon, making a cell with a zemelap, or something else that you can imaging as membrame is a different koekie.
You have NO garantie that no oxygen is leaking into the hydrogen output..
Thats a bit my worry.....
Ill gues if you would make H2 with help of a Hoffman apparatus, then you might be more safe, if you can deal with the pressure differences between the two parts.
You see, the pressure difference in a platecell with separator is not easy to keep in balance...

Any news on this subject?! I've been 6 years ago on this forum with a last post. This week I took a quick look what is going on. I was stunned by this find and even more surprised nobody tried this out. I'm back on H2 dry cells again by seeing this Dutch guy who is compressing H2 in a propane tank up to 15bar=about 150 liters! [youtube]https://youtu.be/REV739pRNcw?t=454 [/youtube] In combination with green laser and magnets this all gave me hope and an inspiration boost. Have to rebuild my cells and I ordered two green laser pointers on Alie. In the meantime I became a 3D printing specialist so enough skills and tools to build something. I will be back.

Look what i have found here.
Its a ver very nice document about adding magnets and laser diodes to the electrolysis proces. They claim 9 times better results.
Its a pitty that they didnt measure the isotopes of hydrogen during their tests.

how exactly is a solar panels built anyhow?
I have 5 panels, each is 37.5 volts and 8.5 amps.

If I connect 2 of the panels in parallel I get double the current production and the voltage remains the same.
But, If I connect 2 of my panels in series, the current production remains the same but the voltage doubles.

If I were to calculate the 600 watts directly from the utility pole, I would say I use 30 Milliamps at 20,000 volts, then onto the 240 pole transformer that consumes  2.5 amps, but my Window unit is 120 volts so I must have 5 amps.

I thought about powering the unit with a 12v  battery at one time since everyone says thats the logical way to do it, but then I decided that 50 amps from that battery at such low voltage was not as appealing as the 120v DC using a H Bridge at 5 amps. But then I realized that If I could just somehow use 240 volts at 2.5 amps I would be more than willing to donate a amp or 2 for the heat loss of stepping it back down to 120, since the unit does operate on 120 volts.


I installed a new unit the other day and the rotor locked up, the locked roter amps was 108 amps at 240 volts. I realized that a locked moter was consuming over 25,920 watts!!! But I dont think anyone hardly noticed since I was only using 1296 Milliamps from the 20kvolt power line wire!  :)

I still dont fully understand how my solar panel is built, Is it like one very long strip that produces 37 volts? and also, how you reckon it produces a whopping 9 amps of current at that 37 volts?

Anyone gave any thoughts to those 52 batteries in the question I ask above yet? Again, Your opinions are welcome, and No answer here has to be perfect. Get the Ideal in your head so I can be cleared up on this, then I will move on to the next step.

Thats a circuit I think is junk, But the Ideal is Legit, it has way to much computerized junk on it.

A solar panel is build out of small cells who are connected in serie.
I know as i have 40 panels here, pumping 90V dc into my MPPT which charges up my 20kw lit ion batterys
I use actually two mppt's.
I went for a 14S battery setup.

Tell me a bit more what your ideas are...What do you have and what goal have you set?
