Its working in my simulator now.
It has been so obvious and i never seen it.
Stanley's schematic is a boost converter and he doesnt use a resistor between his capacitor and " ground" but a coil...
One side of a bifilar coil. Or a transformer like an audio transformer....Didnt he say that?
In his car he had to use his battery as basis.
Boost up the voltage in a controlled way. The waterfuel cell gets highly conductive when current flows and then the boost circuit doesnt work anymore.
So he had to add somekind of resistance between the cell and ground.....

Breakdown in Liquid Dielectrics

The breakdown mechanisme of liquid dielecrics depends on the purity of the dielectrics. To explain the phenomenon of breakdown, the liquid dielectrics are classified as (1) contaminated dielectrics containing emulsified water and solid mechanical particles, (2) technically pure dielectrics practically free from emulsified water and mechanical particles, and (3) highly purified dielectrics which are free from moisture and mechanical particles and are well degassed.
In the contaminated dielectrics the breakdown occurs due to the formation of conducting bridges between the electrodes by droplets of emulsified water and suspended particles especially fibrous particles. The time taken to form the bridge depends on the extent of contamination, the shape of the electrodes and the gap between them. For a short duartion voltage, the example and impulse voltage be applied, no continues bridge will be able to form in the liquid. When breakdown takes place the temperature will rise and the conductive bridges are broken due to the thermal convection flow in the liquid. After some time a second set of bridges will be formed and so on, thus making the breakdown process a rather indeterminate quantity in a highly contaminated liquid.

In technically pure liquid dielectrics the breakdown is initiated by ionization of the gas contained in the liquid. All liquids dissolve a certain quantity of gas especially air. At the spot where the electric field initiates ionization of the gas the intensity of the electric field rises sharply. The gas will act as a conductive medium eventually leading to a final breakdown. The distance between the electrodes, pressure, temperature, frequency of the applied field and to some extent the chemical composition of the liquid are the factors which influence the dielectric strength of technically pure dielectrics.
In degassed high purity liquid dielectrics breakdown is evidently due to the collision ionization initiated by secondairy electrons emitted from the kathode due to the strong electric field.
I tried to understand the electron volt thing in combination with water and breaking down water in atoms.

If you consider that there is a resistance in water that slowly giving up if you raise the voltage. Voltage is a potential difference of electrons between two electrodes.
So, you can have  a million electrons waiting on 1  electrode and a lack of electrons on the other electrode who want to suck in electrons from a source.

Part2 of what Meyer explained is that when you start with putting electrical stress to a water molecule and its atoms, you stretch the atoms, for real!!!!!!

You stretch the atoms for a moment.
Each time you stretch or flex the atoms, they release energy. The spinning moments of all internal particles in the nucleus of the atoms are slowing down and release energy.
The equilibrium state is broken.
So what does nature do in such a situation?
It starts to compensate and energy flows into the spinning particles, so they start spin again at the same rate as before.

So, if you shoot some voltage pulses into the water, the atoms are getting charged up.

The next phase of Meyer is to pluck the electrons out of the water bath.
When some atoms are releasing electrons, it is needed to extract the electrons out of the water.
The longer the non equilibrium state, to more zero point energy floats into the atoms for compensation.

This 2 till 3 seconds has to do with flipping the protons accoording to Puharich.
This will make the bonds weak and as such, easier ro break. It will rotate the magnetic nucleus of the protons.

Eccles use two capacitances.. Stan may have used a couple of cells

When we charge the cell we are adsorpting ions without effectively breaking perhaps the very negative spike force the ions to dissolve back but losing the electrons leaving the negative charge behind

A long long long time ago, somebody told me that he used 2 glas plates, water in between, and alufoil on the outside, not in contact with water.
He had seen some interesting things.........

How about this one? Added a resistor for preventing the leaky cell to leak to ground.
Input is 24v and LC is doing almost 30V...

How about just applying 300v to the LC and then get like 600V?
Or apply 600v and get 1200v?

We would lose less time if we would just all agree that the opposing wave is acting upon the water molecule . When everybody stops ignoring this I will be happy , from then on we can work by elimination .

I hate this negativism , lets not start turning in circles again .
Dankie, those opposing volts, is that not like using a 7812 with a 7912 regulator?
At the end, its all like having a potential difference between poles...except when you use the zero...

Listen, i really appriciate the work that is done on the VIC.
I really do. Keep on going. I do too.
However, my question was if you guys read the same as i did when you read that patent.
Or are my eyes making a foul out of me?

Hi,

I am a bit surprised by Dankie's reaction. First, we have to believe all whats written by Stan and now half of whats written by Stan is crap?
I do not have a problem with changing views on things, Dankie. No problem at all. ;)

In theory, we all hope to get some amps from the water. I know what Stan said, but i doubt his formula.
Till sofar i can confirm that I pulled a 10% of power out of the water, with my EEC circuit, compared to the input.
Not sure if we can get to the stage of 100V by 100amps.... Where did Stan get that idea?

The attached patent doesnt tell anything on using an EEC. It tells that the hydrogen generator used in that kind of setup is using amps and that the output of the alternator cannot compensate fully the power needed by the system....at least, in my point of view.
