An identity on IonizationX as it was harvested, not an account on this site. Nobody here has claimed it, and nothing connects it to a person by name.

Check with Bob Boyce  I think one of his early devices output  had a 3 frequency output for use in the early plate HHO generators

The fusion neutron yield from a laser-irradiated heavy-water (D2O) spray target was studied. Heavy-water droplets of about 150nm diameter in the spray were exposed to 35fs laser pulses at an intensity of 1×1019W/cm2. Due to the 10–50 times bigger size of the spray droplets compared to usual cluster sizes, deuterons are accelerated to considerably higher kinetic energies of up to 1MeV. Neutrons are generated by the deuterons escaping from the plasma and initiating a fusion reaction within the surrounding cold plume of the spray jet. For each 0.6J of laser pulse energy, 6×103 neutrons are produced by about 1011 accelerated deuterons. This corresponds to a D(d,n) reaction probability of about 6×10−8. Compared to cluster targets, the reaction probability in the spray target is found to be two orders of magnitude larger. This finding apparently is due to both the considerably higher deuteron energies and the larger effective target thickness in the spray target. The measured neutron yield per accelerated deuteron [i.e., the D(d,n) reaction probability], is employed to compare and extrapolate the neutron emission characteristics from different target arrangements.

IT APPEARS THAT HEAVY WATER RELEASES NEUTRONS WHEN EXPOSED T  LASER ENERGY

2 in the e-cat process by the Italian inventor Rossi an increase in Copper was reported in the nickel powders utilized

3 in the environmental tape by Meyer  he mentions the  remediation of radioactive waste

Question is the gINT mentioned by Meyer actually  a Mizuno or LENR process?

EPG With Ionized Gas

imho Unlike liquids, gases can manifest compressional waves.  For the mag gas systems linear magnetic pumping  creates sequential zones or waves of greater and lower flux levels. in the circulating
gas. This is analogous to soundwaves and varying pressure and air density The movement of varying flux past the pickup coils induces a current.
Also by decreasing the distance between the zones or waves of higher flux density ( think increasing frequency of mag pulses in linear drives) it is analogous
to cutting more lines per/sec

In the mechanical drive EPGS, it is the increasing velocity that increases the output but only if the increased magnetic zones are
synchronized to the coil spaces. For example if the mechanical drive has let's say sixty pick up coils and the velocity of the ferrofluid is( as reported0"
50 ips and the ferrofluid is pulsed once per second and the alignment coils and the circumference of the "loop" is about 50 inches  (pi times 16), there would be 1 zone of aligned ferrofluid imparting
a magnetic pulse to 60 coils in 1 second. But if you  create 2 magnetic pulses in the core at twice the frequency, you now have all  the pickup coils being
subject to 2 pulses per second It is like having 2 magnets on a generator rotor. If you pulse 60 times per second in the final alignment coil AND have proper
tuning so that all the magnetized zones in the ferrofluid are passing the pickup coils at the same time you have multiplied the output by sixty times

In the parallel setup, it the train of  pulses are not aligned properly, the one current induced in one coil could be cancelled out by another magnetic zone arriving too soon or too late
or leaving the next adjacent pickup coil...That why Stan is seen adjusting the EPGs

I  looked at the  list of materials being offered.
I compared it to my master list and all of it seems to be on the net
Globalkast has all or most of these documents.

How much HHO do we need?

I think there is confusion here over atomic number and atomic weight

Atomic weight includes the weight of the neutrons protons and electrons

Since the weight of the electron is negligble compared to the weight of a neutron or proton
the number of protons and nuetrons in the nucleus is roughly the atomic weight
Oxygen has 8 protons and nuetorns so its atomic weight is 16 but its atomic number is 8

http://www.infoplease.com/encyclopedia/science/atom-atomic-weight-number.html
The manuals and documents of Stanley A Meyer, when posted at Ionizationx,  will not only preserve
the written legacy of  a truly remarkable person but also serve as a standard to compare with other
copies of  his work. New scans of the photographic images will have slightly different gammas which
bring out details not visible in previous scans. For serious experimenters, archivists and photogrammetric
enthusiasts,  this is a remarkable find that Steve at ionizationx is sharing with the HHO community.

Two of the more significant replications consider acoustic resonance to be important. Dave Lawton and Scott Cramton. See attached

Dave attached brackets at the nodal point. Cramton tuned like wind.chimes

If may be that the sympathetic vibrations help to release the gas bubbles more quicky leading to a more constant release of bubbles and greater stability of the dialectric characteristics of the cell.. In the
variable plate video ( where the plates are fixed and do not  vibrate)in the Stanley Meyer Estate material the oscillation of bubble release is seen, whereas in the Cluster Tube Array cell the gas release is more constant. A variation in the amount a water between the plates causes by a periodic release of bubbles would likely cause a variation in the capacitance of the cell .

A more rapid release of gas bubbles may result in a greater effective  plate surface area exposed to water and increased  gas yeilds. However, "an ease of construction" cannot be discounted in Stanley Meyer's contsruction but it is felt that the coefficent of friction between the nylon cross pieces and the inside of the outer stainless tube  would remain the same whether or not the nylon is sliding across the first ,mid section  or end of the inner stainless electrode. In otherwords the force needed to slide the nylon accross the stainles steel tube remeains regardless of the position of the nylon peg

The electrical resonance, however,  is entirely a different matter
Phil B. the original poster of the DSM has indicated that there may be more material  to come from Dec.  18 2011 meeting across the pond. Now that would be a nice Christmas present :)

Thus, there is a very good consistency between photogrammetric measures of photo0066.jpg and
photo0068.jpg and the information so graciously provided by Dynodon!!

Assuming a close but not too tight fit for the Cell housing, Dynodon's measurments fo 5.5 OD for
the cell housing  (minus 2X .375 for cell wall thickness) = 4.75 are right. About  0.13 inch clearance
which would allow for close O ring fit  and a close (but not jam fit )for the upper tube holder.

Actually the figures are better than that!  4.75"-4.49"= .26"    .26/2 = .130 which is sooo close to .125  1/8th inch for O ring  Almost  like it was planned that way!

On page three of Issue 3 Winter-Spring 86/87, there is a picture of a
resonant cavity. What is thelikely diameter?

Quick Analysis

For this analysis, it was determined that glare line on the cylinder basically was midline of the housing. The diameter of the tube is likely the same as Stan's other tubes. The outside dimension is likely to be 5.5 inches, possibly 6.
********
Since the sphere wil be placed in the center of the tube, the edges of the cylinder as rendered in 2d will be the same distance from the observer as the center of the sphere, If the cycinder is assumed to be 5.5 inches in outer diameter then the  ratio of the diameter of the sphere to the tube diameter will give a rough idea of the sphere diameter.

It appears as though the slots could have been cut with a hacksaw and the bottom squared off with a small triangular
or flat file. There are definite angled marks on the edges of
slots. The slots on each tube are directly opposed fom each
other. This does not look like a milling bit was used. It is very rough.

Steve from Ionizationx discovered this tape and obtained it from his Dutch professor friend. In the first few minutes the professor is talking to his sons in Dutch and mentions that the vehicle has been recently updated, that its not running at the time and that they are allowed to examine it. Then Stan discusses the various parts of this configuration of the buggy. This is an important find of new material made available to the HHO world by Steve. of Ionizationx

Format:   DVD
Audio:     Good to Very Good depending on the source of the original
Video       Good to very good depending on the source of the original
Runtime   Not calculated

Discussion:
The DVD Collection consists of 2 discs:

One disc contains over 1,000 pictures (including a few originals that I had posted on ionizationx)
and the Dynodon collection Very high resolution photos
The pictures are organized into about 18 folders

The other disc has about  20 files of videos including a few that have disappeared from the web such as the
ones from the Lone Lantern Society

The files are compressed with a 7 zip file manager  (trial expires in 40 days)
which didn't work on my 64 bit machine but it  was available as free download from the web.
Basic sources were the web, Dynodon, Alex Petty and rwg research for the photos
Tony Woodside has most of the videos although there were a few surprises  All in all a nice collection so if you have some loose change and want an instant collection to put on your laptop ,go for it. The description at stansdream was pretty accurate as to content. A good set to have for the serious researcher who wants to save a lot of time or to have something to watch where there is no internet connection.

This is the main source of Stan Meyers DVDs and materiel. Included in the DVD series are the presentations that Stanley Meyers made in Switzerland, Colorado and New Zealand as well as some footage from public TV newscasts and a portion of the public BBC broadcast of "It Runs on Water" You may want to support  one of the oldest forums by actually purchasing the DVDs. The four disc collection includes:

Title:        New Zealand House Meeting 1989

Format:    DVD
Audio:      Good
Video:      Good
Run-time   02:37:00
Date         1989

Discussion:
This is the longest of the extant Meyer recordings. Originally available in VHS format from Murray's old NuTech2000 site, it is now currently available from in DVD format. This is a recording of an informal gathering of HHO enthusiasts and inventors where Stan gives a blackboard presentation of the water
fuel concept. Stan glosses over a few pointed questions but the video presents some comments and ideas not found elsewhere.

Disc 2
Title:       International Symposium on New Energy, Colorado 1993

Format:   DVD
Audio:     Good
Video:     Good
Runtime   01:38:52
Date:      1993

Discussion:
Stan gives a fairly long discourse on the history and the politics on the development of the  water fuel cell. Stan is  is rushed at the end to present the  technical water fuel concepts. The slide presentation is marred by the overhead lighting which makes the slides have a washed out appearance.

Disc 3

Format:   DVD
Audio:     Good
Video:     Good
Runtime:  57:21:00
Date:       1989

Discussion:
This is the most formal of Stan's presentations. It is a slide presentation at the Einseideln conference center in Einseideln Switzerland. Although Stan keeps on topic the presentation was interrupted by the audience calling for him to slow down as the translators had trouble keeping up with Stan's rapid delivery and subsequent difficulty in translating it to a largely German speaking audience.

Discussion: "Too Close to the Sun" is episode 30x10 of the popular British documentary programme Horizon.  This particular episode originally aired on 21 March 1994 and its primary focus is on Cold Fusion. However, short segments of the broadcast at the beginning and end has some footage of the Stanley Meyers vehicle. It is likely that the sound of the engine running was dubbed in later because would you take pictures
of a car running in a closed garage.? Also the dune buggy is being pushed out of the garage  in the end segment and their  is the  statement the car was not running when they came to film it footage was taken by a local station of the car running ( WTVN footage).

Herman talks to the Nashville City Paper in April of 2002.
Read the story.

Soon after Herman was issued patents from the US Patent & Trademark Office, his work was mentioned in the London Times and the New York Times.

In the October 2, 2000 issue of The New York Times, in an article entitled Patents...Amid public outrage over oil prices, how much progress on alternatives to fossil fuels? Alas..., Sabra Chantard writes: "In the last two years, only one patent has been issued that describes itself as a vehicle engine powered by alternative fuel...

The single patent was issued to Herman P. Anderson of Brentwood, Tenn. Mr Anderson developed an engine that runs on hydrogen gas, a fuel that has held some promise for years. Several other inventors have won patents using hydrogen to power small engines. But the gas is also problematic.

Because its mass energy density is low, hydrogen gas needs to be compressed to create useful energy levels. That makes it difficult to generate enough power to run a car. And though the gas is hard to ignite when it is cool, heating it can cause premature ignition and backfiring.

All of these faults are carefully described in the patent awarded last month to Mr. Anderson, his second patent for a similar technology. He says his engine overcomes the drawbacks of hydrogen with an adapter he installed between the sparkplug and cylinder in an internal combustion engine. The adapter contains a plug with a grooved surface and a protruding electrode. When hydrogen is forced through the adapter, it flows over the grooves and is mixed with oxygen taken in through a carburator. The grooves create a tornado of hydrogen and air that heads toward the engine cylinder.
"The stratified hydrogen-air mixture is compressed in the compression stroke of the engine via a piston and push rod, which are standard structures in an internal combustion engine," Mr. Anderson wrote in his patent. He uses a spark plug modified to create a hotter spark than necessary in conventional engines, so the voltage will be great enough to light the hydrogen.

He said his system would also "provide reduced or zero emissions of environmentally harmful gasses." Mr. Anderson received patent 6,119,651.

NY Times, October 2, 2000 by Sabra Chantard

From The Tennessean, Wednesday, November 29, 2000.

Brentwood inventor Herman P. Anderson, 83, has patented the hydrogen fueled engine that he has been working on for 18 years with help from Mark Beasley and other colleagues from Middle Tennessee State University. So far, their work has yielded a Murray lawn mower and a Chevrolet Cavalier equipped with hydrogen and gasoline hybrid engines.

Pictured above, the hydrogen powered race car developed at MTSU by Herman's colleagues Mark Beasley, Terry Young and Dr. Cliff Rickets. The car has set several world speed records for alternative fuel cars. For more info on Dr. Rickets and the alternative fuels programs at MTSU click the following link: MTSU

From the Brentwood Journal, Wednesday, July 18, 1984
Brentwood man invents system
Car gets top mileage with water
By Bill Mitchum
Herman P. Anderson's 1969 Ford LTD gets 38 miles per gallon - of water.
That astonishing figure is the heart of a patent application for a hydrogen fuel supply and water injection system that Anderson has developed during the last two years at his Brentwood home on Hill Road.
Of course, there are several technicalities to explain. Anderson's system requires the mixing of hydrogen gas to mix with the water. The result he says, is in effect a "powerful steam engine."
"I could sell it now," Anderson, 67, said, "I've done a patent search on the improvements and there aren't any like mine on the market. The patent is pending without any infringements on anyone else."
The patent, which will take several years to process, wold be limited to any improvements Anderson makes on already patented hydrogen fuel supply systems - a point Anderson quickly concedes.
The existing patents differ from Anderson's application because they depend on refillable tanks of hydrogen connected to the carburator or manifold by pressurized lines.
The already patented systems also run only on hydrogen gas. Anderson says he has improved on that by injecting water vapor at the point of combustion to create a "steam engine" effect.
"The hydrogen as fuel is nothig new," the retired Air Force fighter pilot said. "It's the efficiency improvements that make this engine highly patentable. I'm generating my own supply of hydrogen right here under the hood."
The eight-cylinder Ford block can be switched from hydrogen fuel to standard gasoline with the flip of a switch on the dashboard demonstrating more flexibility than the existing hydrogen systems, Anderson noted.
Anderson has a long history of working with chemical and nuclear elements, yet has never taken formal training in the fields, he said.
He developed a welding rod that made the union of two types of metals easier and then sold the rights to the invention.
While living in Williamson County's Allisona Community in 1960, he developed a magnetic ion motor that uses radioactive particles as a power source, drawing interest from Arnold Engineering officials in Tullahoma.
"I'm basically self-taught and naturally interested," Anderson said.
Here is Anderson's account of the workings of his latest experiment:
Situated in a back corner of his car's engine compartment is a reservoir of ionized water, into which positive and negative electric terminals are p
Besides the increased horsepower, which has been measured on a dynamometer, Anderson contends that the engine runs about 20% cooler and produces only water vapor and nitrous oxide - laughing gas - as emissions.
The entire alternative fuel system has been intricately coordinated with the conventional carburator and timing system, making it possible to switch fuel sources while the engine is running, Anderson demonstrated with a toggle switch on the car's dashboard.
Anderson who sas he has been inventing since age 12, further demonstrated the engine by disconnecting the gasoline fuel lines and allowing the engine to deplete the fuel left in the carburator. He then switched on the electricity to the hydrogen gas generator and restarted the motor.
