An identity on IonizationX as it was harvested, not an account on this site. Nobody here has claimed it, and nothing connects it to a person by name.

Who is right discusion

I do think that basic principles are being ignored.

1. To vibrate or stretch the molecules apart, the Mid-infrared spectrum is needed. That is the only thing that will get into the molecules. To accomplish this there are two ways. Infra-red emitting ceramic or a Yag laser. The laser, is ruled out because the power source is not part of the breakdown process. Which I will get into in a moment.

2. This leads us to another aspect. Heat - In playing around with infrared, you would soon realize that creating the infra red involves generating heat!.

We know that Electrolysis breaks the water apart. We know that heat is generated, we know that a double electric layer is formed on the plates, we know that once that layer is formed, more current is needed to break thru the layer to produce more gas, which produces more heat.

What to DO?.  All of our efficiency is being lost as HEAT.

1. If I could recycle the heat back into the process, I could gain MORE efficiency.
2. If I could eliminate the Double Electric layer, I could increase efficiency.
3. If I could current limit the electronics, I could increase efficiency.

Double Electric Layer - A Resonant Cavity with water being pumped thru it, with gasses being produced, will create resonance at a certain pressure. This is not even debatable. It at least doubles production with straight DC, and also makes nano bubbles. So, with this in place, efficiency has been increased, because the double electric layer is being destroyed by the moving molecules, which also creates
particle impact.

Heat - Designing a cell with the use of an infrared emitting ceramic, in the 2-3um range will take the heat and convert it into IR. That IR will weaken the bonds even more, thus raising the efficiency. This is the only path "INTO" the molecules. Also, this part of the device should be heat sinked to the atmosphere!.  Any "overunity" device would incorporate this technology.

Combined together with a resonant cavity (vibration) and a gated pulsing circuit. 100% efficiency should be realized.  Resonance is in the breaking apart of the molecules (electronic), with the action of the water. (physical)

Forget Stan Meyer when it comes down to magically breaking water down with just voltage. The VIC is not designed to stop current leakage thru it. It is a thermostat, He even states that in his patent. Does the thermostat on the wall of your home generate the heat in your home. I think not!.

This is all about recycling energy. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

Voltage without current

See WO89/12704

Both choke coils are wound together.

The polarity is DOT positive.  That is where you start winding the coil.  If it were dot negative he would be sending the pulses in the other end.

If you dig up the above mentioned Wo, and look at figure 9 you will see that ALL the coils are wound in the same direction.
Note the connections made to the chokes from the secondary in each picture.

The DIFFERENCE between the two Pics is the direction that he wound the coils.
In fig 9 he winds the coils counter clockwise from the Dots. in 3-23 he winds them clockwise, but because he wound them in that direction he can rotate the choke coils and dosen't have to route the secondary wires across the bobbin cavity.

The confusion of it, is for convienence of winding it.

One 304 S.S. tube Will become positive charged and the other 304 S.S. tube will Become Negative Charged. Just like he says, he did not stretch the truth on that.

The cell should work like a pump according to Stan, This means that for each pulse train there must be a relaxation period for new water to enter the resonant cavity. This is evident by the discharge time in the graphic.
You dont want it arcing without water in there.
I guess sebasfato wants to make it more complicated than it really is. What I said is how it works, your not going to theorize it into something else.  What's so damn hard about putting a cap across the cell  with a fet on the low side. Between the cell and the cap.

Well, I made this test over and over. From DC to 1GHz, it acts as a resistor, with voltage in the cell beign Rcell x Icell. No voltage/current returning when switching off signal, only resistance (voltage and current are linear functions). The cell can hold aprox. 1,5[V] before electrolysis begin and thats all.

As Stan said:

Water now becomes part of the Voltage Intensifier Circuit in the form of "resistance" between electrical ground and pulsefrequency positive-potential ... helping to prevent electron flow within the pulsing circuit (AA) of Figure 1-1.

You are correct Uziao

IF the chokes are made so that the electrons can not flow at a high rate through the positive choke and hit the forward diode, but rather get trapped in the choke, the positive tube will polarize.(just like Stan states). It also has to be on a floating ground so the current is limited. (isolation xfmr).

The reason your not getting more than 1.5v on the cell is because the electrons are whizzing right through the positive plate into the choke so fast a positive charge can not build up on the plate.
For example,  The gap of the cell and the conductivity of the water determine how much voltage will build up on the cell. A .060 gap with rain water will start making gas somewhere around 24volts. Tap water would  be around 14v. (straight across the cell) A tighter gap would also give less voltage.  This is all dependent on how the chokes are made.

In my tests, with a .060 gap and rain water, The pulse train would charge up to the 24v level. Meaning the whole pulse train floats positive. From there with continued pulsing, it would step up to 90v. When pulsing is stopped. The pulse train will drop fast to the 24v level then very slowly down. (the gas output is still a function of the current in the circuit)

So, once the threshold level is met we get electron crossover from ground and electrolysis. If this was not the case the cell would keep charging higher and higher (like he states).

He does a lot of mixing different processes with his patents etc to cover all the bases for patent infringement. What he describes applies to water vapor in the water injector because it is in a different state. If this is applied to that, then it all makes sense. The voltage and resistance go sky high. However, it is also possible to do it on a small scale like I did, but your not going to be making boat loads of gas.
