So what he does is elongate the molecules, then shake them with a Deflection Field. (Ding! He has a Deflection Field.)
He also had a Stress Field provided by energy pulses having the proper frequency composition.
He injects sub critical water into the spark plug.
He keeps talking about Resonance and that associates with the Stress Field, which is present in the spark plug/Injector.
In the Injector, The Resonance is the sound a super critical water droplet makes when it detonates, due to a change in the Latent Heat to Temperature ratio when the fuel gas is ignited, and a conversion of the Surface Tension throughout. This rather loud sound is remarkably similar to a rattle snake, faster, with a higher pitch, the same duty cycle, and a shortened envelope. (High speed cat scattering).
Even better, the Stress Field could also carry a signal which matches the endwise chime of the length-adjusted electrode tube.
