well i could take the differential measurement somehow else its possible... but this probe allow you to have both connection points off ground with high voltage insulation.. this allow you to take measurements on places where if you connect a ground it kill the component actions...

You can do exactly this with the simple op amp circuit and some precision voltage divider resistors.

If the Vic transformer only provides charging pulses to the electrodes, pulses can be generated electronically.  Doesn't work.  When the choke coils are on the same core as the primary, they are also secondaries.  With the main secondary wired to a choke secondary, the output has two waveforms, so that makes a standing wave.  Couldn't an op amp mixer provide the correct signal to a stand alone choke?

If two frequencies are slightly different, the standing wave will walk.  A wave sweeping across the water is the same as the water sweeping across a stationary wave.

Ed Mitchel said that Meyer discussed standing waves.  That's all the proof I need to believe that standing waves play a role in his system.

Standing waves are bi phasic.  Two waves traveling in opposite directions interfere to produce a sum which is a stationary waveform.  John Kanzius sends rf through salt water, then reflects the waves back through the water again, producing a standing wave.  His frequency (13.56 MHz) doesn't completely split the water, so the gas only burns, rather than explode.

With my Meyer's injector build, the rf travels through the injector then produces the plasmoid ignition spark.  The energy in that spark back couples through the injector, producing a standing wave.  This will split the water fast enough that the ignition spark is still there when the fuel gas hits it.

I'm going to spend less time typing and more time building.  I'm standing when I build.

How does your gas production compare with normal electrolysis, at the same amps?

According to Wikipedia, presenting information compiled from reliable external sources, a differential probe is used to measure changing voltages, not the static potential built up on the cell, due to the charging pulses.  This static potential, after it's there, can be measured with a VOM.

And you're completely ignoring the fact that he said he got the hv after turning one of the chokes around, which is exactly what you keep saying that no one listens to you about.

I agree no one should be ignored.  Anyone might have some little thing which is important.  It is the off topic which should be ignored.  More so if off topic is to distract or misdirect or clutter.  Off topic is ignore in reverse.  Some say too much "ignore yours, here is mine".  Even copy long messages from their own thread, instead of giving a simple link, with only a short discussion.  Which may still be off topic to the other's thread.  This should be ignored.

Molecular dissociation through photosynthesis is basically a two step process.  First, the molecule absorbs an electron delocalizing photon.  This does not produce ionization.  That occurs when the electron transfers to a second molecule.

This process is not at all the same as an electron being completely ejected from a water molecule in a single step, due to a voltage gradient established by a lightning bolt.

Stan Meyer captured free electrons, using ions or a charged electrode, to prevent water from reforming.  But that was not HOW he split the water.

Here's my theorem.  Or perhaps I should say my understanding.

Water can be easily split if the electrons are delocalized from the molecules, so that they each orbit a group of molecules (while still maintaining valence), then are nudged away from any molecule.  As a result, the water molecule simply falls apart.

This mechanism also represents one part of the photo synthesis process.

Did Stan Meyer delocalize the electrons, or did his type of pulses simply move the electrons away from the atoms incrementally?

hmmm how does cold cathode emitter doesnt consume power if electrons circulate ?

It's based on the virtual photons you guys were talking about.  Every time the field emits a virtual photon, it also pulls in a virtual anti photon from the environment.   The cold cathode MAY consume a small amount of power, but this should be offset by the gain due to the second anode.  The cusped field does the work, and the potential is not consumed, with an electret.

I was planning on creating an electron cloud with an electron emitter from an old tv. I came across a thread on a physics forum where someone stated that these electrons were just part of the circuit and enter back into it when hit the screen. This kind of puts a hole in my plans. Anyone have any good suggestions for creating an electron cloud?

A cloud of stationary electrons can be produced by sending an electron beam through a couple of nylon threads, around a half inch apart.  The nylon causes the beam to stop moving.

I was wondering why we can't take a crt and use an electret for the second anode?  Power output would go from the screen electrode, through a load, then back to a cold cathode emitter, which operates on potential only.

Faraday would most certainly have performed his initial first experiment   ,without any additive .

all the argument against H2 as a fuel always falls back on Electrolysis but once the additive is removed , theres no basic experiment out there to say for or against

Do a google search on impact dissociation of water.  There's a lot of non-electrolysis work out there.  This also includes OH splitting on impact with an electrode, or even a particle of water.  It's known that Hydroxyl ions occur naturally in water.  Couldn't a few of them be accelerated to produce an ion cascade?  "Instantly"?
Checking the literature to see what is already known in a given field is part of the Scientific Method.  doobie was using the Scientific Method when he found the information about lightning splitting water, as evidenced by the red component of the glowing discharge.  Now that Ed Mitchel has accepted this information as valid, here's a question for him:

It's because the coil isn't producing any amps, just voltage.  So this voltage, only, must be splitting a little of the water present in air as humidity.  Right?

I found out a long time ago how to get a red discharge from my Plasmoid circuit.  I wasn't using any Scientific Method.  I was just experimenting at random, and made an accidental discovery.  That's how I work, and that's the Method I use.  I'm good at making accidental discoveries.  Isn't this still valid to Stan Meyer's system?  Remember that Plasmoid produces an IONIZING RADIATION, red or otherwise.

The thing Mr. Ed is forgetting - and will continue to ignore (unscientifically) - is that there is no such thing as 'negative potential'.  All potential is positive.  Negative values are based on the convenience of assigning the earth's surface potential as 'zero'.  With positive hv potential on one electrode, and much less positive potential on the other, the strongest potential field will still be at the surface of the stronger electrode.

If he's talking about charge, in the sense that presence of electrons makes a negative charge while absence of electrons makes a positive charge, then his 'dual charged mini capacitor' theory violates Stan Meyer's stipulation of minimal current.  Without current, one side of a capacitor can't develop a negative electron charge.
The beauty of Meyer's system is that it takes very little energy to turn off the switch.

Covanent bonds are maintained through an exchange of virtual photons, as shown by the Nobel Prize winning Feynman diagram.  Shielding the covalent bond requires a higher order energy than is involved with maintaining the bond.  A photon has two components, so the shielding field must have at least four components.  Whittaker's equations show that a static potential can be decomposed, mathematically, into two bidirectional waves, at least one of which contains a harmonic.  Static is a higher order energy than a normal photon.

Once a molecule is elongated enough to allow a static potential to penetrate the molecule, the presence of that higher order energy, in the form of static potential, will instantly switch off the bond.  No ionization is required for this to happen, and any ionization which does occur will be coincidental.
Meyer had different theories at various times.  In one patent he said electrons revert to the H and all product gasses remain neutral.  Another time he said electrons migrate to the positive electrode.  If this is the true case, that's why there's a pause between the voltage pulses.  During this pause, electrons go to the plate and neutralize it's charge.  This happens faster than the potential build up from each single pulse.  This does not produce a current in the external circuit.

It's hard to know what the product gasses actually are, without spectroscopic analysis.  For all we know, CO2 may be playing a role, possibly even forming a synthetic compound together with the H.
