By quoting that bubz are you trying to use it as an arguement for how does it help in this instance? or are you confirming what was being said on how it works?
Pretty much the idea is using the heat produced (however it is produced) to increase the amount of usable pressure from x amount of HHO. Now i am sure Steve will confirm that when he ran is motorcycle on his electrolysis cell the engine still warmed up. Utilizing this heat to convert more power to the engine would mean less fuel (gas production) is required.
Thats the theory from what i understand.

I am not saying it can't be done, it may be doing it already for all I know. It's just weird to think of heating water with something that turns into water. The opposite would be akin to, fighting fire with fire...
Hi Bubz, not to be condescending to you as I respect your work that you do here and your opinion on things I find to be well thought out a lot of the time! but fighting fire with fire is a valid tactic, I believe its called over burn, where you force a fire to use all of its fuel up quickly so that it burns out faster.
I understand what you saying though! I don't think its the process of the water reforming of the gas but more the molecular friction that causes the heat which is absorbed by the water :)
it is assumed there will be enough energy to effectively run a certain type of motor/engine? Is that the gist of it?
I believe the point of the added water is to turn some of the energy converted to heat during the detonation of the gas into pressure. This is not as far fetched. In WWII this idea was used extensively to conserve fuel.

If you are talking about EBN, I had a membership there a while ago. Not sure if it is still valid. They died off a fair Bit when IH hit the wall in his ideas. The core 2- 3 driving that forum sort of ran out of "steam" i don't know what they are up to now though.

If you read and look at Stans work you will notice that there is the same principals in all of the stages. Its not one method to do X and then something completely different to do Y. He also states that just his cell is enough to power a car and that mixing in the exhaust and the ionized gases was part of his improvements to the efficiency of his system. It would be like making a car without knowing how an engine works... ALSO KISS principal is relative, the man was an electronics radar engineer for the US navy, i am sure there is lots of things that are simple to him but slightly more difficult to understand for someone who works at Burger King.... Also the theory breaks no Laws of Physics, it breaks the rules but not the laws. There are plenty of documented over unity reactions in physics most of these are difficult and expensive to replicate and only happen on a microscopic level. One you get some years under your skin you will understand there is rules for everyone, usually accepted as laws to prevent problems for the masses, and then there are laws for the learned.

I believe it,s a 3x5 file card which is being used to hold open the butterfly valve on the carburator.  I use to do this all the time when my duster was flooded. You will see Stan put it in his pocket, a little hard to do with a cup

I remember reading that there was a team that entered a Hydrogen powered "car" into the land speed races in the US. They couldn't get the Carb to work with the hydrogen well so they ended up forcing it to WOT and then adjusted the flow rate of hydrogen to control engine speed. If all Stan needed was a little fuel to start the engine surely he could of devised a way to release the hydrogen into the intake while the starter was kicking over... to tell you the truth if i had to warm my engine up on petrol then drive on HHO its still worth its weight in gold!

just a thought, if you build an inductor to match your resonant frequency of 10KHz, once production starts and the capacitance of your cell drops (due to more gas and less air in between plates) you will need to raise your frequency to match the lowered capacitance? would it not be a better idea to choose say 5Khz (or less) as your starting frequency?

The diode is for BEMF, to allow flow without putting strain on your switch/mosfet/gate. While your interpretation of Meyers transformer is very nice, i do believe that it says "torodial" or "torid" at the primary on his schematic (I could be wrong there is about 8 patents with the same basic outlay, not all of them his).

I think you mis interpret my post. In his "lecture" movies Stan is talking to (who ever is the class) they talk about needing to increase the voltage on the "water cap", the class responds with increasing the input voltage, to which Stan replies, "or increasing the amount of coils here" to which he adds "coils" to the top inductor (between the diode and the cap). Now what I was pointing out was that if this was just an inductor (regardless of how it is wound) adding coils will not increase the output voltage. This only happens with secondaries on transformers. What I am pointing out is if the "inductors" are actually 2 secondaries in paraelle to each other but in series to the main secondary. Nothing overly new to observe. But this changes the calculation for resonance. I am yet to change the calculation but it will have more to do with the interaction between the inductance of the "inductors" vs the colapse time of their magnetic field vs the charge and colapse time of the secondary vs the capacitance (which changes dependant on gas in the cell).
 
Now all that is one hell of a calculation, also it means that transformers and cells will need to be specifically built as transformers have a range of frequency that they work in, so you will need to know how much capacitance vs inductance you require to build the frequency to operate in. To all of you thinking this sounds easy enough, manipulating the operable frequency ranges of transformers also changes the inductance of the primary and seconary(ies).
 
 
Now to you comment about the diode acting as a pump. I am yet to test this but when put in series with caps diodes also maintain voltage, so by placing the diode in between the inductor and secondary the inductor has the voltage of the cap still present accross it. What happens to the secondary of a transformer when there is a voltage across its winding and you saturate the core with a field? does the voltage increase in proportion? Then when the field colapses and the charge tries to stablize how does this effect the primary? i think there is a lot to the diode, more than making a charge pump out of a resonant tank circuit.
 
Also in tune with this idea, in a lot of Stans drawings he shows that he is recifying the AC and simply using one side of the recifacation. Could you build a reverse circuit? to use the negative side? technically doubling his output from the same work? BUT one step at a time, i am currently trying to source a soft iron square, or even a torid but it is proving difficult where i am.
 
As per normal please feel free to disect and tell me where i am wrong, be sure to include the reason also :)
You may want to take into account the energy required to turn the alternator in your energy in side of your equation

If your using frequency to split the water then you will need a voltage range, being that salt water and distilled water will require different voltages in order to split. For a basic start a small gap (work with the same gap as the cell/s) then connect a static generator, the voltage will rise until it can travel through the gap, use the tail end of the connection at the signal wire to adjust input voltage (or ampere depending on wiring)

I think i have already said this, but have you thought that the alternator was used to modify the frequeny over some unapparent magical force??? the electric motor was used to adjust the RPM of the Alternator to the desired output. Low voltage and amps meant little power was needed but he simply adjusted the primary on the alternator with a gated signal. Or if you like,
Gated input --- Signal alternator (first frequency) --- Frequency alternator (second frequency) --- Cell. This would line up with Phuriac's work, also why he only needed a small amount of voltage (1.2V per mm gap i would say). If this is true then neither of them birthed this technology simply the method.
Sorry let me reword,
A certain amount of heat is required. Now if you can disperse the heat over that point then your in business... also the process of liquid to gas has a cooling effect :)
just a point in fact in order for it to be steam you will need heat. If there is no heat there is no steam. Once water splits it occupies more "space" than the water did. but your implosion method is flaw in 2 ways. For this to work you would need to do the molecule splitting intside the cylinder and it would need to be full. The full part also relates to the recombination of the water as if its not a pure mix (ie ambient is added) it is no longer implosive.
Thats my recolection of how it works, feel free to tell me i am wrong though :)

CrazyEwok, yes, if you use a regulator, it will output constant voltage, however this design is non-regulated, and using a constant speed motor with constant rpm, and a variac to control input to control output
Sorry to be pedantic but my implecation was that by "adjusting" the "inward" power to an alternator then "shorting" the output you can adjust the outward voltage. Also the regulator for voltage and for amp flow are 2 different applications. which means you could remove one and leave the other... Still its a nasty piece of work trying to jerry rig an alternator to do what you want... might almost be worth while "re-wiring" it to get what you want... **wink** **wink**

your basing your assumption on an OR gate to "layer"/"combine" 2 frequencies??? an OR gate turns 2 signals into 1 signal by pre determined association. it select 1 OR the other...

nice try though... you want to generate 2 freq. with AC your best bet is the 2x alternator method... Set one freq. with one alternator then your second with the second alternator. Feed the out put of No.1 into Number 2... your output from number 2 is the frequency of number one over the top of number 2...

maybe OR gate to pulse DC voltage but those gates are not very robust compared to relays and MOSFETS...

Not to stamp on your electronic engineering degree...
