the Ti was only used on the negative my friend, you can use SS for all others. I would start small (normal cell) and work your way up, with Hydrogen (not hydroxy) you only need a small amount to get savings
. Try no more than 15 amps to begin with and go down to find the sweet spots.

just did three emissions test with it and got given some to test, we need to do the after in a few weeks. Will have an independent report for ALL.

I think all the earth nickel minerals and power produced is a civil right and should be devised [shared] and owned equally with all inhabitants of the earth..Lybia did a little of that concept.If we all put in a share we could all power our selves forever. I have known people who tried to reproduce this, they could not, the Z5 people have some way of stopping oxidation of the metal alloys, i have seen first hand, however this is not open source . The fact its easy you never have any maintenance , works and pays for itself is good news for us as we want a way to improve public health and relieve an economic burden with a low cost device so far this may be it.

Guys sorry i forgot to add, this changes the molecules of the air to improve the burn rate and is not a type of "air vortex" device as listed in the patent. Examples of those are the cyclone etc ..

Hi All, we have done many tests with this modification and will have a summery video of them soon.Also going to publish our open source mods and more testing with the gas splitting. In this test He is getting around 10$ back at fill up,(13% decrease in fuel consumption.)others are saving around the same even in trucks report soon. Looks like one of the lowest cost mods, set and forget,sadly is not open source.However we will have a report on the best open source mods soon.

Worth a look guys, open source mod, we achieved 4 sprays from one tank instead of usually 3, so this is around a 30% saving. Did an emissions test and will do our best to try and work towards subsidies for farmers to use this, either way, its still a great open source mod for the farmers. All 304SS

This supplementary system was inspired by inventor Paul Pantone's GEET technology. Credits to Pail and Giller.
The SPAD is a water fed kit, the water vapors are fed through a heat reactor and "steam reformed" to produce hydrogen rich gases. These are fed into the air intake and the governor is then is tuned to improve economy and reduce pollution. Some tuning of the governor will be required. Plans are completely open source and available on the Panacea university website.
If you cannot build the SPAD, Variant kits (they differ a lot from the SPAD) can be sourced through Hypnow and Ecopra. Contact us if there are any problems. Other low cost fuel savers are featured. Panacea intends to use this data to help get a subsidy for farmers to help reduce their pollution and save them fuel.

Why do you think the degradation is so slow and the amps so miniscule?? Everything is proportionate thats why! You boost the moisture and acidity like a standard wet cell and suddenly the amps will appear but the life will shorten.
Mucking around with these cells and cement type things is a joke and makes the FE community look uneducated ESPECIALLY when you start claiming it is something that it is not! If you read the history books, the French actually researched battery technology with this type of thing 100 years ago using plaster of paris as the medium before they later moved on to acidic pastes etc.
It's all Galvanic...wake up.

The cells are esentially an electret, an electrical version of a permanent magnet. The cells are made of pennies, rochelle salt and epsom salt. The epsom salt and rochelle salt are made into a paiste then dried into a waffer between the pennies. I disolved copper into the salts by using electrolysis on some copper wire submerged in the salt paiste. One penny, in a pair, is oxidized while the other is shiny and new. The crystals are polarized with a very brief tap of current from a power supply during the drying process. Cells should not be used until the crystal is completely dry. Once dry, they can be stacked to create voltaic piles. Once complete, power cells should be kept under load, otherwise they will build up excessive charge and short themselves out.
