Understanding Step Charging

When Stan talks about "Step Charging", what do you think he means? Does he mean forced step charging? Or does he mean that step charging is an effect that takes place? -

It's an effect that takes place. They are two ways to charge a capacitor, you can use the 5 time constants (period of time) that it takes to charge the capacitor and lump all 5 time constants into one pulse. Or you can use the the 5 time constants and 5 pulse and pump the capacitor charged using a 50% duty cycle, But you must have the frequency doubling effect in order to fill in for the off times of the 50% duty cycle with a pulse in order for it to look like one pulse of the same time. It appears to me that when gating the stepcharging is something that takes place because the voltage peak is always higher when gating but it also goes to zero somewhere...
A curious thing about coils and capacitor is that the conservation of energy can be used to calculate what will be the capacitor voltage equating for the energy you get in a coil in terms of amps and inductance.
for example!: we get 1 amp at a 100 mh coil and it will discharge into a 1nf capacitor the resultant voltage will be 10kv
To veryfy that you calculate the resonant freq and find the Xc and xl and multiply by the amps and should give same result.
In the case:
15915 hz than xc = 10000 xl = 10000
The time constants are referred to when you get a fixed voltage to charge the capacitor, resonant charging it will discharge with resonant timing so it takes a quarter of the frequency period...

I believe step charging to be more of a Forced Oscillation than an effect. I've seen some of Stan's still private documents that would suggest that step charging is electronically forced! -

I can imagine what you're talking about. Like maybe controlling the voltage input at primary coil or something?

Tony, correct me if I am wrong. Those drawings are for the water injector plug and not for the resonate cavity cell. Two completely different animals. -

I'll answer that for you X-Blade, This is not saying Tony is a prat of all this at all, But here is the answer. When the elite has something over the masses they can control the masses. It's no different than the elite having control over the money, If they can control the money they can control your life. But the best part about all this is, to find other ways to live your life without letting them control it, then they lose all control. It's kinda like when all the estate files came to life, they were hidden from the masses for a very long time also, due to the fact they thought they could get it to work and control the mass of people. But once they could not figure out how to use the valuable information, they sold it to some selected politicians to see if they could get it to work for them, once they couldn't get it to work, then and only then they gave it out to the mass of people to see if they could get it to work. But keep in mind they are always one step ahead of the mass of people. As you know the elite nor there politicians has yet to figure out the first batch of estate files that was released to the mass of people yet. This next batch will not be released until the elite has there chance of going through it and building it then passing it down to there politicians first. Then and only then when they fail to be able to use it, Just like the estate files, then it will be released to the masses to see if they can do anything with it. Again one step ahead just waiting for someone to give them what they need to stay ahead of the mass of people so they gain control once again. Also keep in mind that the elite that has all this information, has all this built already, They just need what it takes to make it work. Which is the tuning process. Without it, they have nothing but a pile of parts and pieces collecting dust just waiting for someone like you or me to give them what it takes to make it work. My advice is if you get it to work, do as the elite and there politicians has done, but in reverse share it with the masses of people in a way that the elite and their politicians gets it last. Then and only then the Masses of people has the control over the elite and their politicians.
P.S. Keep an eye out for the politicians, the elites make money off them by selling the information to them. Then and only then the information is filtered down or leaked from the politicians to the mass of people if they can't get it to work. The elites always wins they make money off their politicians. You can bet your bottom dollar the mass of people would not get any of this information if the elites or their politicians could get it to work first. If you want to see a real pissedoff politician, Just let one of the people from the mass get it to work and not share it with them, they can't stand it when they have been beaten at there own game, that they and the elite played on the mass of people. -

Maybe that transistor limits the current in the primRy allowing the pll to keep resonance in tune while the voltage rises on the cell

I wouldn't worry over it to much, It will find it's way down to everyone soon enough once the elite makes a buck off it. They think they are holding the key to all this, but the key is how to tune it so it will work. -

You got that right Tony, their is a lot of information that is still out there that is not being shared, I know a few that is setting on information. Like you said they are well known people, I call them the elite people. But their is enough information from the estate files that was released to get this working. I was silenced for over 3 years and banned from a forum myself also a threat of a law suit, called a thief, So I know what all that's like. It's like I said in the post above, They may hold some documents from the mass of people, but the key to get this working is not in any of Stan's documents. They can build everything they are holding back from everyone, but until they learn the procedure of how to tune the coils and capacitors it's useless to them. I am doing my best to get this information out there to everyone. But I am doing it in a way that the mass of people get it first. It's a hard thing to do publicly because I know for a fact the elite has everything ready to go. I/We can beat the Elite at their own game one person at a time until we over power them. They may ban us from their forums and such but there is other communication they have no power over, and I use them a lot to help people. They can only see what I post in public on forums, but have no idea what I'm doing through other way's of communications. It's going to be a fun day when working cells start popping up on all these forums and the elites that has been holding back information is left out in the cold. I'm doing my part publicly and privately to see that this happens. The Mass will someday have control over all this if I have anything to do with it.
I love it when people say I don't have a working cell, It just makes me go turn it on and see if it still works or not. Who knows they may be right one of these days, I may go turn it on and it don't work. But so far it's not let me down yet. -

The reason I'm saying the cell needs to be more electronegative is because of two reasons:
1) Electronegativity - the attractive force that an atom exerts on an electron (e-). A dipole covalent bond is attracted more towards an electronegative field.
2) I think that is what Stan means in the drawing below, where he drew (-)(-) = (+)

Meyer talked straight about electronegativity of the oxigen explaining that the positive charge of its nucleus forces the hydrogen electron to stay within its orbits more than on hydrogen orbits.. this only occur because the electrons of oxygen and hydrogen have opposite spin so the spins can cancel and allow the situation of water molecule formed to be a situation of smaller energy than the separated gases.
Covalent bounds are strong but weaker than ionic bound only materials that are ionicaly bounded has greater electronegativity diference such that the atoms totally steal the electron from the other atom totally...
Meyer said water could be split because of this sharing existence
He specifically say that whenever the water molecule lose one electron momentarily the covalent bound ceases to exist than he says that the atoms regain their lost electrons stabilize and exit as gas.
Here what he say is kind of a problem because is likely very hard to take this electrons away for a moment or at least it would theoretically takes lots of force to achieving it -

The bottom line is that water molecule is neutral it has same number of protons and electrons so as its constituent parts was initially neutral charge only opposite spin..
I was thinking maybe Meyer was sorting the atoms by spin to impede the formation of water molecule since in a combustion chamber you get only spin up oxigen and spin up hydrogen the water molecule cannot be form I guess...
I also consider the possibility that he was kind of trying to make combustion of charged gas such as to get the energy of the impact to impede the stability of the molecule or at least forming it at a very intense temperature.
The problem with this is that it would leak the charge very fast upon passing the injector if it's not all plastic and also maybe the engine cylinder and piston coated with some insulator ceramic
If you get a negative voltage zone it will attract all the protons of the water for real and repel electrons
Some molecules will align others will be in the most difficult to imagine how...
If you get a positive voltage zone it will repel the protons and attract electrons to itself
Now
Electrons only can move in a electronic circuit is true but when a proton move in the electrolytes it causes the same effect in the circuit..
For example you apply a positive voltage and say you get the molecule ionized the electron not only will develop a current consumption on the high voltage line but will repel the positive proton resultant thru the electric field
This movement will cause in you opinion reaction on the input circuit?
Think about the cell has for example 5v across it but than in a moment it has a high voltage to dislodge the electrons, in what direction would it have to be to do all this ? Withou power consumption?

The fact of the hydrogen forming on the negative electrode and oxigen at the positive is not a mere coincidence it's related to the greater tendency of oxygen to have the hydrogen electrons at its orbits making it more eletropositive if you want and hydrogen electrons deficiency will make it be attracted to the negative side.
Diferent electrolytes have diferent mechanisms of conduction when the ph is 7 its said to have same amount of positive and negative ions
The presence of ions is related to contaminants if there's sodium it will have more OH- ions because the H+got suffocated by sodium íons..
let's think why you get burned when get wet with sodium solutions?
The OH- bond has already half the way broken and it become a linear molecule with a net charge.
If applying positive voltage in this perspective could it somehow be possible to attract more electrons than it would repel the protons? Would it be useful?

In this napking you see the drawing where stan represent the force between the hydrogen protons and oxygen electrosphere and the oxygen protons to the hydrogens electrons
this is the base behind covalent atraction...
is possible to understand meyer idea but when we calculate to water size the electric field holding the molecule is on the order of 10^9
thats why is for the physicists and engineers hard to believe what we are trying to accomplish
meyer args that is the resonance that makes it possible to develop a force that exceed the covalent attraction force...
in my opinion he is right there and this is the way but if the molecule is already stretched with such high electric field there is two ways to make it oscillate one is to pull even harder to stretch and the other would be to atenuate the electric field in order to make it oscilate...
let me try to explain you can go up in tension or go low to start a vibration upon a tensioned string
normaly we go up applying a further tension...
but electric fields in nature are such as the covalent bounding is prof that its a kind of field that try to cancel as fast as possible some times in complex ways look water the oxygen really wants the hydrogen electrons while hydrogen wants oxygen electrons.. we never happy with what we have if we are alone !!!

this is how you determine the best load for a cell to be able to use the most power it can give
theoretically would of course be more eficient to have many more cells than needed so you can work where the voltage is close to open ckt so more power can be generated by the gas consumed... and so on
a water fuel cell has the same kind of polarization curve for a very small applied voltage there is very low current than it will start to rise and than will get limited to a maximum
