Tesla tech combined with meyer ?

Ive been doing some digging recently at some ou devices using tesla coils . I just had a bit of a brainwave and thought why not mix the two together , ie add a fuel cell to the tesla tech ?
This devise by don smith looks interesting (page 110-123)
And this replication of the Kapanadze by jean louise jaudin looks easy enough to do :

They would be no good for vehicles because they need an earth but might work on stationary applications ?

I think Stan was well aware of Tesla, Stan's video "It Runs On Water" talks about Tesla and other Inventors. Why would Stan mention them in his video if he didn't study them?
Also, normal circuit analysis will not work on Tesla coils. The voltage output of a Tesla coil is not modeled mathematically with conventional analysis. To do it properly to have to use Maxwell's (Original) equations. This leads me to think that the VIC can also not be modeled properly with conventional analysis, and would require a rigorous approaching using the Original Maxwell equations, the Resonant Charging Chokes are not simple inductors, just like a tesla coil is not a simple step up transformer.
In the Independent report Stan points back to Maxwell's equations when talking about the relation to the Thermodynamics, back then Maxwell used the concept of aether, which is now called the Vacuum, or in Stan's own terms, Universal Energy...
It you want to look at What tesla was doing, I think he was trying to pull energy out of the earth, and not so much the aether, (maybe he was in other systems, but the wardencliff system was about the earth, I think) The earth's magnetic and electric fields oscillate naturally at 7.83 Hz, By building tuned coils to resonant with the earths natural frequency then you can use the energy in the earths magnetic and electric fields just like any other magnetic or electric field in any other conventional circuit....

You mean that if we build a resonance parallel or serial circuit of 1 coil and capacitor that resonanates on the 7.8hz we could extract power from the environment?

Can you extract energy from an oscillating magnetic field? ... The earth has an oscillating magnetic field...
Sounds possible to me, but I haven't done it...
That was what i meant...
Still it should be a nice experiment..

I think is possible to absorb this energy using a coil, but we need to know where the fields are going (direction)... We should also want to know why there are this fields and what create them to understand why is the frequency so low.
Well I think that the coil also must be Very big..
I think tesla builded the winderclift for extracting energy from the electrostatic field of the earth.
He might have created a resonant tank able to support millions of volts and huge amperage and it would just resonate by itself charging from the sky...
Than he created another tank tuned to receive the electro magnetic energy irradiated from his giant coil.
Do you remember Benjamin Franklin discovering the atmosphere electricity with his kite? -

Yea, i'd be interested in it too, i posted a video in another thread, where a guy was pulsing a coil next to 3 magnets, and when he pulsed the coil at 7.8 Hz the magnets went crazy, if you designed something around that idea, with some pickup coils to collect the energy when the magnets interact with the earths magnetic field.... i think it would be worth trying, could even give you COP > 1
Maybe for fun, i will order 2 inductors......
