I'll do what I can to help you get this as I think your work as reach an end pass without it and once you get it you will be all set to go.
Now comes the time when you will learn just who your friends are as nothing sorts them out like a little fundraiser. There are a lot of people in these forums who work for those that sell energy and they don't want to see their livelihood ended by this technology as anyone working for those that sell energy in any form more than likely are not a friend of this technology. I have found out this lesson the hard way in doing battle with them as they always prey upon the ignorance of others.
Just do the math on what you need as "we" will see what we can do as this is a good cause. But do take notice that not a single member of this forum has made a sound of support towards you right now as I sure am. This fundraiser will show you just who is truly on your side as nothing makes the Naysayer pucker up as tight as a snare drum when they are ask for funds to show their support for something they have no true intention of supporting.
As you can see through the school of hard knocks I have learned just how to weed them out.
Know that you have my support as my heart is truly in this.

Edd i think anyone that work in this technology today has a spirit of help the next although a commom problem today to all is this financial crisis... many of us are already married and they have their life to carry on normaly one would not spend more than 50$ at a time...
i tried fundraising before as i told you and got even a little mad when i saw nobody of my real life friend helped... i understand their side however... the only time when this fundraising worked was at the energetic forum right at the start some few people, i have here their names yet... from this forum also helped...
but man i really would be loosing my energy and time if i was to get mad if the crew cannot help today...
when i started this technology i was playing in the subway in milan and use to few hours playing and singing inside the train and at the end of the month i spend it all on 555 timers, transistors, copper, electrodes... well in the first months i remember to have gone with 20000euro. i always got some luky with the money for the technology... many of the high top equipment i get like labview 8000$ was totally free.. my cell was made at the university machines so i only spent like 1000$ or little more only of materials for just it..
i worked with platinum, paladium, barium titanate... i build a lathe milling maschine... i did manythings and aways someone somehow help... now i get my tools to build things... that summing with the ability i learned to build whatever i want makes me really happy.
if we sum at least 9 years expending +_ 10000 euros each.. than i expended more than would cost to buy a house here... luckly i have no great ambition... but i feel that with my way of thinking and capabilities developed i can do more than just make it work...
thats why i dont really care about having spend all... but is understandable that anyone living and paying their bills dont want or some times cannot take some money out without a strong reason...
as a retribution to who wants to donate me a nice help for buying the probe, or that could lend me a probe like that or bring me one... i would offer 1 month in my beach house here in brazil for how many friends you want to bring or family how about it?
i could just say help me and could be enough that when it work you will be welcome to come and see

well i could take the differential measurement somehow else its possible... but this probe allow you to have both connection points off ground with high voltage insulation.. this allow you to take measurements on places where if you connect a ground it kill the component actions... -

You can do exactly this with the simple op amp circuit and some precision voltage divider resistors. -

do you have any schematic? i know in theory how is it operating but i´m not really that good to construct a meter with some certaincy maybe 10 % is workable precision...
i got my multimeter floating and could measure what goes on at tre cell... i know its not whatever multimeter that can handle it... i pay like 300$ in this one..others would start to blink and change function way before it reachs the 1/3 peak...
a good point to start would be the datasheet of the thing...it say it got 40Mohm imput impedance and its output impedance is to the oscilloscope... it has an adapter to to conver the impedance so it can be used in a dmm too...
it has got 20Mohm impedance per input and 15kv insulation between each input and ground... i happen to have here exacly those silicon 20kv cables that comes in this unit so i could build a replication... would you help?

It's all about sacrifice as each and every person in these forums can go a day without a meal and give that money for that day to you. I have a family of six and yet I am willing to do my part to help you for I understand the meaning of sacrifice. So what if I have to go a day or two or even a week without eating big deal as this is for a good cause. Do you understand where I am coming from? All of us can do this without putting ourselves out too much but it comes down to choice and/or motive.
Remember what I told you. These forums are full of people that work for those that sell energy and their motive for being here is to keep this technology from coming out to the world as they will lose their livelihood. Just think of all the industries that are going to be put under when this technology goes mainstream. I am talking about any company that puts there power to the grid system and the grid system itself plus all of those that sell energy to power up the worlds moving machines. The only one that I can see that is sort of safe is solar but all of their solar farms will be gone as the take the energy they get from the sun and put it into a system of energy enslavement as that's just what the grid system is a system of energy enslavement.
They don't want you to get the right test equipment as you will start to see what I see and they can't have that. The need us all fighting tooth and nail so that nothing ever gets done and will tell you that, "Oh, you don't need to get the proper equipment just build your own." But they know you need precision to gain the scientific communities support and you are not going to get it with a home built item as you need the right tools for the job.
But like I said their fear is you will start to sound like me after you get the same tools I am using. And the more people that start sounding the same will show only one thing that this technology is in fact real and what we will be doing can be replicated by others. I already have others that have replicated what I am doing after they started listening to what I had to say and gave it a try in their labs. Trust me once you get this differential probe you will be able to see just what happens when the B+ and B- voltages are close to being equal plus a whole lot more. They can't have us working together like this for it spells the end of their way of life.
Like I said the best way to weed out friends from foes is to start a fundraiser as the foes will turn on you and withdraw all of their verbal support for you I know these things for it happened to me. Then you will find them starting counter threads to tell people you aren't telling the world the truth which is starting up a propaganda campaign against you. I've seen these things play out many times over since I started working on this technology back in 2006 and as such I have learned how this enemy operates as I've had to deal with them first hand.
Get a crowd fundraiser going as you have my support and if the people can see that I am willing to sacrifice for you given our past then just maybe they too will give you their support. Trust me when I tell you this those that are truly not your friends are going to turn on you but let them as they were truly never your friends in the first place. Like I said all it takes is for us to take a day without eating and give that money to you and I don't know a man or a woman alive that can't do that if they wanted too.

i have almost 1000 friend in facebook still no one donated... i didnt apealed much though.. maybe i should... i will tell them i´m going to suicide and they will have to live with it for not having helping me...haaa

if i undestood well the final resistance should be 1000 ohm ? for the opamp sensing side? in series with a 20Mohm ? so how the output of the opamp become 50ohm impedance? -

I'll give you and example of why you have to buy the right equipment.
Say your running an experiment at college in your chemistry class and it needs to be within +/- 0.00005. You take your materials and run to the local market and use their scales which only have a dial on them. What will your instructor say once you tell him what you did and why?
Like I said this fundraiser is going to show you just who your friends truly are.

I am in fact willing to help. If you donate $20 so will I. How much chance is there that anyone else will also? MONEY isn't the only form of help. I'll spend some time and find a schematic and other information. Even donate for the build. A BUILD may be his only realistic option.

thank you all for everything i need, for what is necessary steve is coorect lets put our focus on work...
i´m willing to construct one, i tried to make a voltage divider once but it were a mess and the waveform wasnt very good.. today i know little more about constructing maybe i could have luck... i would waste 3 hours maybe..
and edd yes i seem to really have only one good friend unfortunately far away in italy it was the only one who gave a like at the facebook link this in 900 friends.. blame the economy the television but they dont know what they are doing...poor them... i perceived this already in 2008/9 when i could get no fund for the project and started looking at everybody as a selfish piece of shitt, for me the rich people just stinked... up to i started to just dont care about them, if they were to be my inspiration today we would be damned. fortunately i got around and made it all by myself,.. i even made many rich friends in the way and saw how poor their lifes and objectives can be and sometimes how cool some others can be without even trying... as i told you i had much luky realy much more than many... but not that luck to also have infinite money or energy or time or space simultaneously. thats why i accept whatever help... for me is really a bad feeling everytime i burn something... haha
just listening to bobs songs to get away of that feeling..

Steve for me reference in HHO comunity he every day donates to all of us without we even remember of it, and he dont restric himself to this... the work he does maintaining this space is just amazing...he helped me more times but he keep it secret!
as i said when i tried fund raising in energetic forum yet some people from this forum ionizatiox donated there, but edd i dont know if you remember but you use to use that h2opower username... sorry if i´m confusing and werent you... but i remember someone telling everyone else to not donate anything to me since i was not going to get anywhere and the resonant tank informations i was releasing were useless and not what meyer did...
i could take you as my enemy also... but man i know it was just some maybe gelosie at that time.. you were just starting at this like me and others, we were very energetic and disproportional... it were 2006, 2007... i dont really care althout at the time i got little mad about it hehe.. dont worry i dont keep any bad feelings!

Brothers i thank you so much its being a year that want to get this... but as it costs 1150$ with the deliver to get it here it was really hard... if somebody of you could buy it and than send it as a gift from your country maybe the costume here let it pass without the importing taxes...but i guess your country may also have some sort of importing taxes... just trying to get around from 400 dollars...
i created today a 10kv i guess 8 amp diode that never get burn as long as the current in the circuit is limited.. .
25 tvs diodes in series...
it costed 10 dollars, but i used some used tvs i had tried before so the reverse leakage can be little higher than should if all were new,,, each suports 400v reverse leakage 1amp
is couterpart to you helping me i will release an updated schematic of my pll working circuit... and will opensource the data i generated about my research on barium titanate and how to make it... though this research stoped before testing fase but i got the material technology to make it and could release to those helping willing to know it... this infomation is priceless... is knowledge developed at the university with also many help´..

I did make a response but felt it was too much information sharing so I removed it. This question of yours has nothing to do with the information being shared in the interview video and ignores the fact that this technology works by way of IONIZATION which has already been proven to be true. As was said awhile back you don't get to ask questions as you are not a friend to the technology but one that is unknowingly or knowingly working for those that sell energy or working directly on their behalf out of ignorance. This time I guess the phase "it sucks to be you" applies as it's going to be used on you by me rather you like it or not. You don't get to ask me any questions as you burnt that bridge already.
It is pointless talking you to as you don't have an exciter array from which to work it nor do you have an injector from which to work with. You don't have an differential probe nor many other needed items to be able to observe this technology correctly. You don't even have a voltage intensifier circuit from which to work on as it seems your trying to solve Meyer's work with out duplicate a single thing Meyer used. No 8xa circuit, no anything dealing with Meyer's technology as given to us in the patents or from Don Gable's information sharing with all of us.
When I say the people of this forum it doesn't mean you do you understand? Again you burnt that bridge already.

In this forum it is clear that what I have to say, even though it is experiment based, is unwanted here. The last time I was posting I was attacked just for being black and not only did the person(s) who did it not get punished by I was banned for being attacked. If that seems backwards it's because it is. The reason for these attacks is quite clear, in the experiments I have shown no one is able to duplicate the results I am getting so it would seem that jealousy made it's way into the hearts of the masses here. Putting that aside for the moment what I have shown everyone is my actual experimental data and pictures to go along with it. Yes, I have reached 9.3-4kv being applied to the plates of the exciter array but this falls short of the needed 10-20kv as stated by Meyer in his patents for the working voltages of the exciter array. I ran into problems that all of you are going to run into once you reach these voltage levels. Unfortunately this is where most of you will be left behind as the solution to the problem is a costly one and most if not all of you simply can't afford the solution.
So, where does this leave us? Well, to be honest it leaves all of you never to be able to follow what I have shown as it's simply outside of your abilities to afford now meaning your out of the game. With this technology the scientific method is a must as there are simply too many unknowns that must be figured out as trying to sit down reasoning this out simply isn't going to work as you need hands on experiments performed so you can carefully observe and learn from the results. Making use of the scientific method will force you to ask the right questions just as long as you are honest with yourself and pay attention to eye witness accounts of Meyer's technology in action as what they saw you will need to be seeing with your experiments. If the water is getting warm stop and figure out what you are doing wrong. If you are not getting high voltages again stop and figure out what you are doing wrong. Note, not until you figure out how to get the voltages up and above 10kv can or should you be looking for jaw dropping gas production. When you start getting gas production you must take MMW numbers to make sure it is not Dr. Faraday style electrolysis. Taking careful temperature readings will confirm that as well for normal electrolysis will heat up the water at a predictable rate as well as produce gases at a predictable rate.
Now I take you to a bible scripture that I find relevant to this technology as it goes to those that put their pride and ego above the needs of the many. And for those of you that don't like the bible in this technology take it up with Stanley A. Meyer as he quoted Job 38:22-23 to explain this this technology and it's place in our future. Mathew 15:14 "Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch" Beware of these Blind Leaders that put pride and ego above all else making themselves look better than they actually are by putting forth lies in the place of real provable work. Some of them are paid to be here to make sure this technology never see's the light of day others are just puffed up full of pride and ego to the point nothing else matters to them other than their need to appear better than everyone else. The one thing you will notice with these people is the lack of any experimental data to back up what they are saying or showing. They will make claims that they are getting much higher voltages to their cells than Meyer gives us are to be the working voltages for the exciter arrays but not have jaw dropping gas production to go along with it. They will show their setups producing gases but refuse to give anyone any MMW numbers so that their work can be properly evaluated. And most of the time they will refuse to do any timed temperature test to prove that they are getting the same effects as told to us by the eye witness accounts of Stanley Meyer's work in action given to us in the Arthur C. Clarke video stating that it will run for a half hour and the temperature never goes up.
You all have to start holding people accountable for their actions and don't be afraid to ask the hard questions, like what type of test equipment are you using as if they don't have a differential probe they simply can't view this technology correctly. If they don't have a set up that is even remotely like that of Stanley A Meyer's then how can they expect to get the same results? Don Gable gave us all we needed to know in order to build the exciter array's correctly along with many other items. Sure they cost a lot to build but it comes with the territory if one wishes to pursue this field of study. You should be able to follow someone else's work providing that you also have the proper test equipment and similar cells from which to work and compare notes with. For those of you that get left behind don't take it personal and start adding in what you think will happen from your mind as this technology is very resistant to intuition and thus requires hands on experiments and at any point you find yourselves unable to perform the experiments simply choose to sit this one out as you will be doing everyone a favor by doing so.
In the video what people failed to ask me was is the unit getting hot? Well, the answer to that question is no. I ran the unit all day long and it's temperature never changed so I must be doing something right, agreed? In the video I showed a little above 4kv being applied to the exciter array but that falls short of what Meyer tells us are the working voltages for the exciter array being 10-20kv, correct? Thus you saw no jaw dropping gas production as I didn't reach the threshold for ionization with just 4kv being applied to the plates of the exciter array. I have improved much since then but as a result have run into problems that needed costly solutions to be able to correct those problems.
So, now where does this leave us and where to I stand? I can't answer for all of you but I will keep working on this technology at a pace I can handle. As for showing and sharing my work that remains to be seen as from my being kicked out for standing up for myself against racial attacks while the guilty go unpunished it leaves me terribly vexed.

Sure they cost a lot to build but it comes with the territory if one wishes to pursue this field of study. You should be able to follow someone else's work providing that you also have the proper test equipment and similar cells from which to work and compare notes with. For those of you that get left behind don't take it personal and start adding in what you think will happen from your mind as this technology is very resistant to intuition and thus requires hands on experiments and at any point you find yourselves unable to perform the experiments simply choose to sit this one out as you will be doing everyone a favor by doing so.
In the video what people failed to ask me was is the unit getting hot? Well, the answer to that question is no. I ran the unit all day long and it's temperature never changed so I must be doing something right, agreed? In the video I showed a little above 4kv being applied to the exciter array but that falls short of what Meyer tells us are the working voltages for the exciter array being 10-20kv, correct? Thus you saw no jaw dropping gas production as I didn't reach the threshold for ionization with just 4kv being applied to the plates of the exciter array. I have improved much since then but as a result have run into problems that needed costly solutions to be able to correct those problems.
So, now where does this leave us and where to I stand? I can't answer for all of you but I will keep working on this technology at a pace I can handle. As for showing and sharing my work that remains to be seen as from my being kicked out for standing up for myself against racial attacks while the guilty go unpunished it leaves me terribly vexed.

So my truth telling is considered verbal abuse huh? Interesting. It just goes to shows how far people actually are from the truth of this technology. As for following you around talk to Steve as he has the history behind why I returned to this forum and you will be surprised to find out it has nothing to do with you.
Everything I ever said about your version of this technology was true as with this technology you don't have a pot or a window to throw it out of. You don't have a WFC built to Meyer's standards, you don't have a differential probe, you don't have a properly built VIC transformer, need I go on? You have nothing but a bunch of untested ideas being compared to my actual experimental data with all the said components. These are the facts are they not? I have built all of these things and have been running experiments on them getting results that no one else is getting currently working on this technology. These results when explained sound just like Meyer's words on how this technology actually works from his descriptions... you know high voltage while restricting the flow of amps and the water bath not heating up over time and all of that.
I'd make real important breakthroughs that would help everyone get their set ups running like Meyer's words describes and you would treat them as nothing of importance telling everyone there was nothing to see here. But unknown to you some did give what I was showing a try and got the exact same results I was getting by getting high voltage while restricting the flow of amps into the mA range after they gave what I was showing everyone a try while ignoring you. You see what makes me different is I am running experiments that everyone can follow given they are willing to build this technology using the information given to us by Don Gable and get the necessary test equipment needed to be able to read and view this technology. My work can be followed and those that have followed it are getting the exact same results I am getting which in the world of science is known as second source verification. I do things by trial and error making use of the scientific method to solve problems and then try again and repeat until I get it right. Why on earth you, or anyone else, would resist this type of hands on approach is beyond me?
In a heated debate between one of Max's supporters I got them to admit that I am the only one, other than those that chose to follow my work, that is showing voltages this high being applied to the water fuel cell while restricting the flow of amps at the same time right now. Which shows there are some good people left in this world as normally when I ask questions like this people fall back on pride and ego and start making up stories that can never be verified. The "Blind Leaders" I talked about are much worse as they will not only start making up stories but will refuse to do any test that would allow someone to actually evaluate their work properly, IE, providing any MMW numbers or running timed temperature test showing there the water isn't being heated up while they push amps through the water as the voltages they are at are simply far below the threshold for ionization to take place. They make one claim after another but none can be verified or copied by others. They suffer from a need to be always be better than everyone else even if they are not provably. Most of the time they can not be saved as they have backed themselves into a corner with all of their lies from which they would have to swallow their puffed up pride and ego and that is something they are simply unwilling to do. In my last dealings with a Blind Leader and his followers they learned the power of reflection in that I'd ask them a question and they would in turn reflect that question back on me trying to make it sound as if I was fishing for information. But that type of fighting relies on someone not answering the questions so I simply answered the question they refused to answer. But then I realized that it works both ways as they didn't know the answer to the questions I was asking and figured out a way for me to give them the information that they needed so that they would be able to answer these questions in the future if asked. But I'm a lot smarter than that and only answered questions that can be easily read in the patents if one just takes the time to read through them to find the solutions to the questions I was asking. I didn't answer any questions that require one to learn from actually performing the experiments.
There is one thing that I do know that in time will hold to be true and that is the road I am on right now others will have to travel down these same paths that I have already been on as it's only a matter of time. I can say this as I understand the core science behind this technology and there are only a few ways to go about breaking the bonds of the water molecules like this. It's not ego or pride talking it's just what I have learned from trial and error with actual hands on experimentation making use of the scientific method as a tool to help guide my efforts.

Ive just seen latest 60mins usa , silicon valley is investing endless millions in driverless cars aswell as electric . their timeline is 2030 everything will be going their way .
any alternative to their product or projection is in direct conflict with the investment program
retrofit H2 system is only compatable with past and present tech , Im sure they are quite comfortable sacrificing the internal combustion engine itself in order to bring in the electric world
the only people running IE will be society out siders , out laws and rebels , because no doubt , what appears to be "greenies" will be the ones pushing to out law IE + diesel engines ........greenies like exxon etc
from my point of view , everyone working on H2 tech have limited time line no matter what technique is used
any cooperation is good stuff
