    I think the waveform in this picture is very important.  I've been wondering about the difference in total energy of a pulse train in which each pulse starts at the bottom, compared to a sequential fluctuation with increasing amplitude.  Since Stan appears to have used the latter, this may hold part of the key to his amp restricting technique.

    I have tried to work with my pc on yr copy and these are my results. Its a bit better viewable...

    i though a lot over this picture too... it comes from one of those new videos of stanley meyer where he shows his gms circuit...

    it apears too me like the representations of spark gaps somehow...

    it also seem to have a capacitor in parallel with the cell...

    The sch shows the cell driver circuit,a square wave below it.The vic transf.those lines represent mutual induction,the lines on the chokes shows amp restriction noted''E''
    and in paralel with the cell might be a simbolic representation of a resistor....

    The cell seems to be a rod inside a tube, both connected at the bottom, with the tube also connected at the top to a wide band around the outer water jacket containment vessel.

     itd be better to see the video and hear his description as he draws it

    when watching the film on the tv its seems bigger but not that clear...

    Correct, its a clip from a video and I have tried with various filters, sharpening, gamma modification
    to bring out details but without much luck. You may want to compare it to the "1989 Knapkin Image"
    seen at Jeff Rense site, another rough drawing,   maybe something will match up or give a clue

    ocr came up with a few words off that diagram.................
