An identity on IonizationX as it was harvested, not an account on this site. Nobody here has claimed it, and nothing connects it to a person by name.

Vacuum pumps

#1 ·

I've found a brand called Air Cadet vacuum pumps which might just have something worth looking into.

dual heads in series will pull 28"

Big price tag.

The part I'm interested in is where the ambient air travels through the "Gas Processor" and becomes ionized.

In-car timing adjuster

I agree to that, it's just that you dont get the right readings from the one you pointed at, just making shure you knew the ignition had to be retarded since you pinted out a advancing ignition controller

Btw for you guys runing EFI you can chose XFI F.A.S.T, they hawe realy good wire solutions for just about anny modern engine and you can adjust it easy with your laptop

Mr Brown / H2inICE

Not all those adjusters are as easy as u make it out to sound but ya its possible.

In-car timing adjuster

Guys you need to retard ur ignition and not advancing it, MSD hawe timing adjuster for retarding too, then again there is no problem doing this manualy

I found 0 deg. to 5 deg. after TDC to be good (this is not cham shaft angle guys)  ::)

Static ignition timing works good if you just runing H2+HHO, set it to around 0 deg and that is it

Mr Brown/H2inICE

This adjuster is variable 15degrees.
Set the distributor at your lowest desired timing. Then get in the car and turn the knob up or down 15degrees.

ALTERNATOR

#162 · date not recorded

Without reading all the pages of this thread, I would just like to chime in with the setup I had.
I used a 1978 Ford f150 alternator.
Was prolly a 60 amp unit.
Opened it up and removed the voltage regulator.
Re-routed the diodes outside the case and re assembled the case. I used a variac for the excite wire and a bridge rectifier to make the output 3-phase unregulated DC
It worked nice but I wish I would have been able to fluctuate the rpms of the motor. All I had was a one speed motor and so I never was able to change the frequency of the output. Hope this helps.

Your Design

Flagpole

Your gap is to wide, Unless your cell is going to be 24" tall or more.  Try to get at least .065 wall thickness,  Or .095 if you can. You will get better production.

Spike

I got good production at .024", but now I use .065" cuz my tubes are longer.

How's the new 100amp alternator working out for you spike?
