The cell may be creating hho and steam at the same time?!

What kind of vacuum pump? Try this: Impact Instrumentation (Caldwell, N.J.) MDL # E-12, 12 vdc, 8.0 amps. You'll need to put a pot on it to control the speed. It will pull over 30" HG. Used in ambulances for pure oxygen. Works great! Make sure you use reinforced tubing. Voltar

That sounds like the one to get.   The pot is a good idea to regulate the suction flow rate. I have a regulator on mine which lets air into the system in order to regulate the vacuum. But this mixes lots of ambient air into the charge.

The gas that comes out the exhaust of the vacuum pump are weak gasses. About as powerful as a Bic Lighter.
No popping sounds when lit.  Just a dull red flame that wont stay lit on its own. It just affects the lighter flame... Maybe this gas will work good in the plasma arc accelerator??

Just curious, are your outer (neutral) tubes connected to each other?
Are you checking your PM's lately?

i wondered the same thing! but i think the trick to that will be in the cell setup

Are your outer tubes connected to one another?  Also, how close to one another are your tube sets?  Thanks. 

Outer tubes are connected but the inners are not. My tubes are .070" and .024" on the 2 demo units ive built. The .024" is much more responsive.

hydro, today I hooked my variac with the bridge straight to the 4 tube cell +-+- center electrode only and had some amazing output. I turn the variac 50% and making more gas than ever.   I'm not getting the static on the outside so far from what I have noticed.    Very exciting!

They've watched me go silent but not sure what to make of me... I no longer talk with them or let them know my moves.

He thinks I'm a paid EPA guy watching him.   We used to be friends and talked for hours on end about fuel cell. It was awesome! I always admired his work. Then one night he told me something he told me not to tell anyone.
Then a strange someone the next day said it on the forum. I dont know how it occured but I had nothing to do with it and then from that day on he would not talk with me. I can prove who I am on the internet because I have been using the same handle "carbednotch" or "92carbednotch"on all forums and youtube since 2001 which is way before getting involved in fuelcell but he wont respond.   
Brian, I have nothing to do with the EPA nor was I the one who said that shit on the forum. Your being overly paranoid man.
