Vacuum and heating a WFC

Ok,
A new topic about pulling vacuum on a Waterfuelcell.
here is a link about a person who shows how he did it and he got lots of gas.
The question is if this gas is HHO with or without watervapour.
The results are very good.
He preheated the water till 76 degrees Celcius and then he put the vacuum on it.
The vacuum lowers the boiling point of water, so it vapourizes.
Lets followe this techic and see what it can bring towards gasproduction numbers.

Get a vacuum pump. There are a few different types of pumps. I've used a 12v8ADC powered .1hp diaphram pump and was able to pull 22" of mercury. I've seen some people with mechanical air/vacuum pumps, I have limited experience but I think those might be over-powered for their application. I did like ZeroFossilFuel's paint sprayer video where he shows you his vacuum pump. Its just a paint sprayer but it runs real trick and he explains it where the load on the motor fluctuates when it is under a load.... $.02

When you put a vacuum to the cell the bubbles expand. The white froth you have at the top will almost instantly become two or three times thicker. The bubbles that come from between the tubes/plates pours out as large bubbles which flow at high rates of speed upwards.
I'm not sure of the reaction which is occuring while the vacuum is applied. The large bubbles happen when 15" and up of mercury are applied.
These large bubbles do no not have the same explosive power.

I think if you pull too much vacuum, the water will boil inbetween the plates/tubes because of the electrolosys process. Its sweetspot would be just before the water boils. The water dosent seem to boil when its UNDER 15" of merc. -

What kind of vacuum pump? Try this: Impact Instrumentation (Caldwell, N.J.) MDL # E-12, 12 vdc, 8.0 amps. You'll need to put a pot on it to control the speed. It will pull over 30" HG. Used in ambulances for pure oxygen. Works great! Make sure you use reinforced tubing. Voltar -

The gas that comes out the exhaust of the vacuum pump are weak gasses. About as powerful as a Bic Lighter.
No popping sounds when lit. Just a dull red flame that wont stay lit on its own. It just affects the lighter flame... Maybe this gas will work good in the plasma arc accelerator?? -

That sounds like the one to get. The pot is a good idea to regulate the suction flow rate. I have a regulator on mine which lets air into the system in order to regulate the vacuum. But this mixes lots of ambient air into the charge. -

Now that I think about it, the sides of the WFC gets foggy like steam at the top...
The cell may be creating hho and steam at the same time?! -

I hate to state the obvious guys, but putting water under a vacuum lowers the boiling point. You will get your regular amount of gas output from the electrolization but the rest is steam. This may be great for a plasma type setup with steam and gas mixed, but it's not going to burn well with a regular spark. Can we do something with the steam before it condenses?

Why not just super heat the water under a pressure above the xombustion engine, and release the fuel in the combustion chamber so it can convert instantly from a liquid to it's gas form? -

I refferanced the Thomson effect thinking steam under a huge pressure drop would freeze or is it the other way around? -
