Here's an idea. Place one of those electron extraction rings above your tubes, run a wire out to a light bulb, and back to your negative. If the bulb lights then you are removing electrons like Stan's drawings, and will probably make even more gas. Maybe that's what the static is, left over charged electrons? Or maybe I'm nuts too...lol.

I second that Fiditti, just bought some tubes from them myself. Waiting for them to arrive.

I hate to state the obvious guys, but putting water under a vacuum lowers the boiling point. You will get your regular amount of gas output from the electrolization but the rest is steam. This may be great for a plasma type setup with steam and gas mixed, but it's not going to burn well with a regular spark. Can we do something with the steam before it condenses?
