To update the board, resonance has been blocked by secret society. Off topic here, I have produced the gas Stan talked about during resonance. It is high voltage and no current, or very little current. I am descreet about what I share and do not wish to share much because I have already became a Target and I am on the watch list. With this being said I will point you to where you need to be.
Mosfets, fets, transistors, everything along the lines of semiconductors or anything that's been doped with silica is useless for resonance because resonance occurred at very high frequencies. How to bypass this issue follows. Before said, resonance can be seen with a few for very short periods before the glass base self destructs. A fet will not be base sensitive triggered but will still function and will operate at it's opposite on off state, and will no longer be sensitive. As the alternate setup works but then fails and it's unclear to the tester that the fet still functions but becomes un-sensitive at it's base after a static charge destroys it's base in a way the fet is still useful and still functions. This leaves the tester scratching his head in confusion.
The answer to the problem is Tesla, he used a glass vacuum triod or the like. Easy to Homebrew And a very high powerful switch that can hit frequencies in the millions. Coil at these frequencies become capacitors. I have first handely built such a circuit that will dissosociate extremely insulated none conductive distilled water that proves this technology to work. But it's not just about the fuelcell. This frequency also is why the Hutchison can do things you can't comprehend. His devices operate with glowing vacuum resonaters like those Tesla used. Anode cathode and base or the like, these thing have to be heated before they work. Put this forum on down low, be quite about it. Test vacuum mosfets and let the tube power a coil directly and switch it with a external coil. You will see this effect on how the switching coil then starts it's resonance and becomes staticly charged.
I will end this post with a generic wchematix that proves the claim. Power any coreless coil of around 20 to 30 ohms, using a diode charge a capacitor,s let the cell connect at one pole and mm arc at the other, around 2000hz tou can see this effect, you will see large cleAn bubbles. Let this lead you to the vacuum tube and higher power, not just for the fuel cell but for many other things, even an5igracity and time travel. Be careful, and most importantly be quite. -

The test setup doesnt say anything about the voltage level to use to charge the coil, the sparkgap etc....

I will construct a circuit to prove this theory that anyone can replicate. Understand, the circuit is very simple and the electrolysis is not current consuming but rather frequency fed where current flow is not as valuable as voltage potential. Give me some time, as I will set up a meeting to build this, I will gather for you the basics anyone can replicate. Do not laugh at the low production of gas, because this is not intended to be a joke but a gift of promise that this technology works. If I do not die before I free source this very simple circuit. My address, Stevie, you should have it. You sent me a meter, look in your PayPal. Meanwhile, I am currently collecting vacuumed Tubes from mucisions. When talking about switching HV in a vacuum I hope you are aware that can produce X rays at voltages as low as 15kV according to the link below. Be safe.

i'm having too many issues at the moment... I cant understand why the water explodes and the table jumps, I can not make it do this, it does this when it wants. This may take some more time. I will leave you for now with, Tesla's technolagy is the answer to stan.
The back emf is sent to the cell threw an (air gap) ark at a frequecy, and bubles boil in big sizes, but i'm getting explosions where I shouldn't, little current flow. Some of my parts have failed , i'm having issues here. -

It works, im out of components ATM. There is the spark gap, unlike what Stan did. But also, I understand stans point. But the Vic is only low scale. The resonance is of the circuit not the water, and the water does charge with the Vic but not to infinity with my setup as I used iron core but still hit resonance at 15 MHz -

when you start playing with the circuits you will start to see large water bubbles and you will hear popping inside of the cell there will be times it will sound like they sell will try to pop and jump off the table. Some of the results that I have seen has nothing to do with Stanley Mayer. I have noticed after they sell jumps is usually when you first connect it if it's going to do it for some reason it only happens with fresh water but this is where the research needs to be is in this area. I was limited on time so I could not go into great detail like for example The Dodd maybe on the output of the choke and not the input I drew these schematics from memory and you may need to play with them. I just got done installing pistons in my car for the second time thank God it's running right and I am dealing with raising four children so I am sorry that I am limited on time and there might be a era here and there but there is enough here to get anyone going. Some of the stuff my look familiar but don't knock it until you try it an experiment with it. I am aware of Stan's v i c and that is not exactly what I am posting here that stands v i c I have found to be a resonant circuit that you cannot only use on a fuel cell but it is the back EMF that is in resonance rather than using a shunt you use a capacitive coil. Also do not shunt the primary transformer as it kills everything the fat mechant it a little but there is high voltage at the primary with no shunt and at the right frequencies the fat will never get warm and current will not be a problem this is all cold. If your stuff is overheating refer to example 2. the potential mater change the polarity voltage difference at the gate and must be tuned far the call to properly operate and resonate you can go by ear or you can use an oscilloscope you can hear the resonant peak points for whatever given frequency you are on. With that said try 1000 to 8000 Hertz those are the golden areas and the spark between the Gap is in the millions. Then around 15000 Hertz is another are. Start with the lower thousand Hertz frequencies and understand what is going on before you move up. And these are iron cores primaries. -

Not at resonance as PWM thought, steady Wave! Play with DC ofset and 500 hertz to 4k hertz! And stevie, dont get stressed if you get no prodcuction, charge the cell with a battery first breifly, then try again!
