and to make a little tiny point here, because i have to.....
I own and maintain this forum now for 12 years now. I have seen nice people here and hugh assholes, who tried to bash me. I always tried to keep the peace and non emotional. Just kept the focus on the technology.
Who knows how many hours i spent on maintenance and how much money i paid for it.
So, please if any credits are to be given, then please to the right person...
Very well put! And I have to admit you've done an amazing job keeping it nice and running! And if it hadn't been for you it would not exist today! I'm very thankful for you and your generosity towards me. As well as the hardcore testing times we've spent together, and the stuff you have sent me over the years! Thanks, Hydrocars. It's nice to feel appreciated. I'll always be around. But I am going to join the IGTOW movement. (Inventors Going Their Own Way). Most of the stuff I'm into is a little too 'alternative' for a specialised forum like this. And this is my last forum. I just wanted to do a little public service work, trying to help sort this all out. -

Ok, Hydrocars.
I have made an attempt to replicate what you draw.
I have tried some coils and capacitors and a diode.
Drawing nr. 3
Step number 1 i have on my breadboard.
When i short the AP, i get a spark / bang.
And then i blew up my mosfet.....kak
I used the primary of my ignitioncoil with similar capacitors as you showed.
What is next? -

Stevie, charge the cell first for step 3. That's a very difficult circuit to tune, when u get close you'll see small bubbles then large ones. Use a coil that's 24 volts. Try to use an air core. That means 20 to 30 ohm coil. Start at 600 hertz be very patient with this circuit. -

120v to 12 volts transformer iron core, TV chokes. Don't laugh don't knock it till you try it. This is the circuit I used to put static potential across the cell. Works with distilled water and additives doesn't consume what u might think! Try her out!

Yes, all you need is any transister. Try different voltages after you master it. -

what are you sleeping? look, I think you can use a small PNP transistor, I havent tried it but the only reason I see it wouldn't work is if the Base got zapped by the static feedback coil, it very well may work with distilled water! I'm almost sure it will!

I will end this post with a generic wchematix that proves the claim. Power any coreless coil of around 20 to 30 ohms, using a diode charge a capacitor,s let the cell connect at one pole and mm arc at the other, around 2000hz tou can see this effect, you will see large cleAn bubbles. Let this lead you to the vacuum tube and higher power, not just for the fuel cell but for many other things ...
Where's the spark gap, then? And is the capacitance intrinsic to the 'air core' TV choke? Or the transformer? And the cell requires only a momentary bias from a car battery? Is this the same circuit? -

Coil at these frequencies become capacitors. I have first handely built such a circuit that will dissosociate extremely insulated none conductive distilled water that proves this technology to work. But it's not just about the fuelcell. This frequency also is why the Hutchison can do things you can't comprehend. His devices operate with glowing vacuum resonaters like those Tesla used.
I like the way your cell jumps when you first turn it on. But what Hutchinson has isn't Anti-. It's actually A-grav, the absence, due to a shielding effect. His video does show a field shape defining electrode. Put that on the opposite side of your cell and see what happens.

You tested the circuit?
I'm working on a circuit which doesn't require a valve, just a couple of spark gaps. However, I do believe in your effect, due to a recent patent I saw. It says that Meyer's system is too technically complex, due to constantly changing parameters. Therefore, it says, all that is needed is a capacitor and a spark gap, with Tesla's flat bifilar coil. Of course, with that coil there has to be some amount of space between all the wires to resonate really high frequencies. So your discovery looks better. But I can get the 'bifilar' effect with my special capacitor. So I don't need a tuned pancake coil. -

One more thing I was thinking about. There's a compound called simeticone (found in GasX) which changes the surface tension of water, causing small bubbles to merge into larger bubbles. What if the capacitive coil is producing some kind of exotic energy which affects surface tension? According to my analysis, surface tension is a Gauge effect, similar to gravity. -
